And the replenishment unit 04 is used for sending the replenishment request of the goods to the warehouse according to the priority. See step S4 above for details.
The embodiment also provides a replenishment system for a sorting stock area, the sorting stock area includes a plurality of stock channels for transporting goods, an inlet of the sorting stock area is connected to a warehouse to obtain needed goods from the warehouse, an outlet of the sorting stock area is connected to a sorting line through a cache replenishment line, the sorting line sorts the goods according to orders, the replenishment system further includes a memory and a processor, as shown in fig. 4, the memory 604 and the processor 601 are connected through a communication bus 602, the memory 604 stores computer instructions, and the processor 601 executes the computer instructions to perform the replenishment method for the sorting stock area in the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
The memory 604 may include a volatile memory (RAM), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory may also include a non-volatile memory (english: non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (english: flash memory), a hard disk (english: hard disk drive, abbreviation: HDD) or a solid-state drive (english: SSD); the memory 604 may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
The processor 601 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of a CPU and an NP.
The processor 601 may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or a combination thereof. The PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or any combination thereof.
Optionally, the memory 604 is also used for storing program instructions. The processor 601 and the memory 604 are connected by a communication bus 602, and the communication bus 602 may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus or an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus. The communication bus 602 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 4, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The processor 601 may call program instructions to implement the replenishment method for sorting the stock areas as shown in the embodiment of fig. 2 of the present application.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a non-transitory computer storage medium, where computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions may execute the processing method in any of the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A replenishment method for a sorting stock area, wherein the sorting stock area comprises a plurality of stock channels for conveying goods, an inlet of the sorting stock area is connected with a warehouse, the needed goods are obtained from the warehouse, an outlet of the sorting stock area is connected with a sorting line through a cache replenishment line, and the sorting line sorts the goods according to orders, and the replenishment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the quantity of goods in each stock channel, and initiating a replenishment request of the goods when the quantity of the goods is smaller than a preset replenishment threshold value;
acquiring initiated replenishment requests of a plurality of goods within a preset time period;
calculating the priority of the replenishment request of each item aiming at each item needing replenishment, comprising the following steps: calculating the time tn required by the goods from the initiation of the replenishment request to the completion of the replenishment through historical data; from the current time t to the time t + tn, the quantity of the goods required by the sorting line is a, the replenishment quantity of the goods is m, the stock quantity of the goods in the sorting and stocking area is n, the quantity of the goods on the cache replenishment line is l,
if a is more than or equal to m + n + l, the priority of the replenishment request of the goods is first level,
if n + l is less than a and less than m + n + l, the priority of the replenishment request of the goods is second level,
if a is less than or equal to n + l, the priority of the replenishment request of the goods is three levels;
and sending the replenishment request of the goods to the warehouse according to the priority.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and for the goods initiating the replenishment request, acquiring the quantity of the goods required by the remaining sorting tasks, and if the quantity of the goods is less than m + n + l, setting the priority of the replenishment request of the goods to be four.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising secondary sorting the replenishment requests of different items belonging to the same priority according to the replenishment position in the current time period.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preset restocking threshold is set according to a total amount of the goods corresponding thereto in the sorting order of the day.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the greater the total amount of the items in the sort order on the day, the higher its corresponding pre-set replenishment threshold.
6. A method according to claim 1, 2 or 5, wherein an item can be transported using one or more of said stock aisles.
7. The method of claim 1, 2 or 5, wherein the goods comprise cigarettes.

the priority calculating unit is used for calculating the priority of the replenishment request of each item aiming at each item needing replenishment, and comprises the following steps: calculating the time tn required by the goods from the initiation of the replenishment request to the completion of the replenishment through historical data; from the current time t to the time t + tn, the quantity of the goods required by the sorting line is a, the replenishment quantity of the goods is m, the stock quantity of the goods in the sorting and stocking area is n, the quantity of the goods on the cache replenishment line is l,
if a is more than or equal to m + n + l, the priority of the replenishment request of the goods is first level,
if n + l is less than a and less than m + n + l, the priority of the replenishment request of the goods is second level,
if a is less than or equal to n + l, the priority of the replenishment request of the goods is three levels;
and the replenishment unit is used for sending the replenishment request of the goods to the warehouse according to the priority.

A replenishment system for a sorting stock area, the sorting stock area comprising a plurality of stock channels for transporting goods, an inlet of the sorting stock area being connected to a warehouse for retrieving a desired goods from the warehouse, and an outlet of the sorting stock area being connected to a sorting line via a buffer replenishment line, the sorting line sorting the goods according to an order, the replenishment system further comprising a memory and a processor, the memory and the processor being communicatively connected to each other, the memory having stored therein computer instructions, the processor executing the computer instructions to perform the replenishment method for the sorting stock area according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the replenishment method for sorting stock areas of any one of claims 1 to 7.
