Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，所述箱体包括基底层，且基底层的内侧设置有内层，同时，内层包括玻璃棉层和过氯乙烯涂层，所述基底层的外侧设置有外层，且外层包括聚四氟乙烯涂层和丁腈橡胶层，所述过氯乙烯涂层涂设于基底层的内侧，且玻璃棉层通过PP胶水连接于过氯乙烯涂层的内侧，所述玻璃棉层的厚度为过氯乙烯涂层厚度的4‑6倍，且过氯乙烯涂层的厚度为一百到两百微米。本发明设置了包括聚四氟乙烯涂层和丁腈橡胶层的外层，可起到对箱体外侧进行两层防水保护的作用(其中的丁腈橡胶层起到第一层防水保护作用，聚四氟乙烯涂层在丁腈橡胶层损坏后起到第二层防水保护作用)，从而有效提高了本瓦楞纸箱整体的防水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸箱技术领域，具体为一种防水的瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成瓦楞纸箱，瓦楞纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品，用量一直是各种包装制品之首，它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外，还起到美化商品，宣传商品的作用，但现有的瓦楞纸箱其防水性能较差，从而降低了其使用寿命，为此，我们提出一种防水的瓦楞纸箱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，包括箱体，所述箱体包括基底层，且基底层的内侧设置有内层，同时，内层包括玻璃棉层和过氯乙烯涂层，所述基底层的外侧设置有外层，且外层包括聚四氟乙烯涂层和丁腈橡胶层。
优选的，所述过氯乙烯涂层涂设于基底层的内侧，且玻璃棉层通过PP胶水连接于过氯乙烯涂层的内侧。
优选的，所述玻璃棉层的厚度为过氯乙烯涂层厚度的4-6倍，且过氯乙烯涂层的厚度为一百到两百微米。
优选的，所述聚四氟乙烯涂层涂设于基底层的外侧，且丁腈橡胶层通过PP胶水连接于聚四氟乙烯涂层的外侧。
优选的，所述丁腈橡胶层的厚度为聚四氟乙烯涂层厚度的3-5倍，且聚四氟乙烯涂层的厚度为一百五十到两百五十微米。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
1、本发明设置了包括聚四氟乙烯涂层和丁腈橡胶层的外层，可起到对箱体外侧进行两层防水保护的作用(其中的丁腈橡胶层起到第一层防水保护作用，聚四氟乙烯涂层在丁腈橡胶层损坏后起到第二层防水保护作用)，从而有效提高了本瓦楞纸箱整体的防水性。
2、本发明设置了包括玻璃棉层和过氯乙烯涂层的内层，可起到对箱体内侧进行两层防火保护的作用(其中的玻璃棉层起到第一层防火保护作用，过氯乙烯涂层在玻璃棉层损坏后起到第二层防火保护作用)，从而提高了本瓦楞纸箱对内部物品的保护效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4，一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，包括箱体1，箱体1包括基底层11，且基底层11的内侧设置有内层12，同时，内层12包括玻璃棉层121和过氯乙烯涂层122，可起到对箱体1内侧进行两层防火保护的作用(其中的玻璃棉层121起到第一层防火保护作用，过氯乙烯涂层122在玻璃棉层121损坏后起到第二层防火保护作用)，从而提高了本瓦楞纸箱对内部物品的保护效果，过氯乙烯涂层122涂设于基底层11的内侧，且玻璃棉层121通过PP胶水连接于过氯乙烯涂层122的内侧，玻璃棉层121的厚度为过氯乙烯涂层122厚度的4-6倍，且过氯乙烯涂层122的厚度为一百到两百微米，基底层11的外侧设置有外层13，且外层13包括聚四氟乙烯涂层131和丁腈橡胶层132，可起到对箱体1外侧进行两层防水保护的作用(其中的丁腈橡胶层132起到第一层防水保护作用，聚四氟乙烯涂层131在丁腈橡胶层132损坏后起到第二层防水保护作用)，从而有效提高了本瓦楞纸箱整体的防水性，聚四氟乙烯涂层131涂设于基底层11的外侧，且丁腈橡胶层132通过PP胶水连接于聚四氟乙烯涂层131的外侧，丁腈橡胶层132的厚度为聚四氟乙烯涂层131厚度的3-5倍，且聚四氟乙烯涂层131的厚度为一百五十到两百五十微米。
使用时，设置了包括聚四氟乙烯涂层131和丁腈橡胶层132的外层13，可起到对箱体1外侧进行两层防水保护的作用(其中的丁腈橡胶层132起到第一层防水保护作用，聚四氟乙烯涂层131在丁腈橡胶层132损坏后起到第二层防水保护作用)，从而有效提高了本瓦楞纸箱整体的防水性，设置了包括玻璃棉层121和过氯乙烯涂层122的内层12，可起到对箱体1内侧进行两层防火保护的作用(其中的玻璃棉层121起到第一层防火保护作用，过氯乙烯涂层122在玻璃棉层121损坏后起到第二层防火保护作用)，从而提高了本瓦楞纸箱对内部物品的保护效果。

1.一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，包括箱体(1)，其特征在于：所述箱体(1)包括基底层(11)，且基底层(11)的内侧设置有内层(12)，同时，内层(12)包括玻璃棉层(121)和过氯乙烯涂层(122)，所述基底层(11)的外侧设置有外层(13)，且外层(13)包括聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)和丁腈橡胶层(132)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述过氯乙烯涂层(122)涂设于基底层(11)的内侧，且玻璃棉层(121)通过PP胶水连接于过氯乙烯涂层(122)的内侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述玻璃棉层(121)的厚度为过氯乙烯涂层(122)厚度的4-6倍，且过氯乙烯涂层(122)的厚度为一百到两百微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)涂设于基底层(11)的外侧，且丁腈橡胶层(132)通过PP胶水连接于聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)的外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水的瓦楞纸箱，其特征在于：所述丁腈橡胶层(132)的厚度为聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)厚度的3-5倍，且聚四氟乙烯涂层(131)的厚度为一百五十到两百五十微米。
