Abstract
The invention provides a sand blasting system for a metal packaging type tube shell, which comprises a main bracket and a fixed cover, wherein the main bracket is fixedly connected with the fixed cover; a rotating motor is arranged on the main support, a compression adjusting cavity is connected to the output end of the rotating motor, a vertical main sliding rail is arranged in the compression adjusting cavity, and an upper sliding block component and a lower sliding block component which slide along the main sliding rail are arranged on the main sliding rail; the side end face of the compaction adjusting cavity is connected with a main machine body, and the fixed cover is provided with a cylindrical sand blasting part and an inner sand blasting pipe which are used for being inserted into the main machine body. Through setting up slider part, host computer body, cylinder sandblast part, upper bracket, arc rubber pad, fixed lid, sandblast pump and interior sandblast pipe can follow the inside sandblast simultaneously with the outside of pipe fitting to can rotate the body at the in-process of sandblast and make the sandblast more even.

Background
The sand blasting machine is a mechanical device which can use various abrasives, such as metal abrasives and non-metal abrasives, and sprays the abrasives to the surface of a workpiece by using compressed air as power to perform impact grinding on the surface of the workpiece so as to remove impurities, variegates and oxide layers on the surface.

The sand blasting system for the metal-packaged tube shell has the following advantages:

According to an embodiment of the application, an upper sliding block part 4 and a lower sliding block part 13 of the metal-encapsulated tube shell sand blasting system are respectively connected with an upper supporting frame 7 and a lower supporting frame 12 which extend into the main body 5, and an arc-shaped rubber pad 8 is respectively arranged on the upper end face of the upper supporting frame 7 and the lower end face of the lower supporting frame 12.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the main body 5 of the metal encapsulated shell-and-tube blasting system is a cylindrical structure.
According to one embodiment of the application, the outer end face of the inner sand blasting pipe 11 of the metal packaging type pipe shell sand blasting system is uniformly distributed with sand blasting ports.
According to one embodiment of the application, the inner end face of the cylindrical blasting component 6 of the metal-encapsulated shell-and-tube blasting system is uniformly provided with blasting ports.
According to one embodiment of the application, the feeding end of the sand blasting pump 10 of the metal-encapsulated tube-like shell sand blasting system is communicated with the sand storage cavity.
