Description

一种绕径缝制方法及其装置
技术领域
本发明属于特种缝制技术领域,具体涉及一种绕径缝制方法及其装置。
背景技术
在医疗器械及相关领域,需要用到人造血管等进行辅助治疗和康复修复,其用途包括人造血管植入(类似心脏支架)、血液透析等。
目前,制造人造血管100的材料主要包括支架101、高分子过滤膜102和将两者缝合在一起的缝线103,如图1所示。从人造血管100的结构来看,主要是将高分子过滤膜102缝合形成一个管状通道,然后将特殊的金属合金支架101按照一定的规则排列、缝制于该管状通道内,用手术用的缝线103将高分子过滤膜102和支架101绑缚在一起,从而形成人造血管100。
(1) 该金属支架一般是由记忆性合金材料(如钛合金)制作,具有高弹性、高收缩比、具有形状性能等特点或功能。并且,该支架要预先进行高温定型,首尾端需闭合形成一个类似王冠形状的多重“W”形环状结构,其中首尾端的闭合需在高温下进行。
(2)人造血管的孔径一般在1cm到5cm之间,长度为10~50cm。现行缝制工艺要求:必须先将高分子滤材缝合成起来,形成一个筒状的形式(下文称之为:“血管壁”),然后再将支架放进去,然后才能将两者进行绑缚式缝合。
(3)从现状来看,目前人造血管的缝制都是且只能是采用人工缝制。其原因是,支架预先形成一个立体的“W”形环状物体,且需将其装入“血管壁”内,随后的缝制工作就属于3D缝合的范畴。而3D缝合技术属于世界性难题,目前基本都是靠人手缝制才能完成。
现实中,随着劳动力日益短缺以及用工成本急剧上升,业界急需能够实现自动缝制的技术或缝制系统。涉及到人造血管的自动化缝制问题,自然而然地联想到各式缝纫机械,然而理想与现实之间的冲突在于:
(1)从缝纫机的机械结构来看,无论是链式线迹还是锁式线迹的成缝结构,都需要针杆机构与梭机构(底梭或弯针)配合才能完成缝制线迹。但是,现有的底梭或弯针机构的直径都太大,远远超过5cm的范围,无法套入人造血管的筒内,也就无法实现机器缝制。
(2)如前所述,由于支架首尾端的闭合必须在高温下才能实现,所以,将支架展平与滤材薄膜先缝合再卷起成筒状的思路不具有可操作性。
(3)为实现替代人工的目的,有人探索采用两个或者多个机械手实现缝制,如国外的达芬奇机械手,该类技术有可能能够实现目标,但是需要机器人技术、机器视觉技术等支撑,其实现成本极高(百万美元级别),针对人造血管的销售价格来说,不具有实用价值。
综上所述,需要寻找一种能够以较低成本实现对人造血管这类小管径、需绕径缝制(即沿支架路径)的自动化缝制方法和技术解决方案。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种绕径缝制方法及其装置,能够实现对柔性材料制备的小管径物体的绕径缝制,解决了人造血管及类似场景下的绕径缝制困难的问题。
技术方案:一种绕径缝制的装置,包括内撑、螺旋形缝针、驱动机构、回收机构、挑线机构和供线机构;沿所述内撑的轴向外周分布有沟槽,所述沟槽的路径与待缝制的金属支架的路径一致,沟槽的宽度与螺旋形缝针的外直径相匹配;所述螺旋形缝针为弹性伸缩结构,未发生形变下的长度大于沟槽的路径长度,其头部设有针尖,尾部设有穿线孔;所述驱动机构可拆卸地设于螺旋形缝针的末端,包括驱动轮、穿针杆和可变孔径挡板,所述驱动轮上设有偏心通孔,所述穿针杆的一端与驱动轮的中心固定连接,所述可变孔径挡板设于穿针杆的一侧,与驱动轮的距离等于螺旋形缝针的压缩长度;所述回收机构可拆卸地设于螺旋形缝针的前端,包括回收轮,所述回收轮上设有偏心通孔,回收轮的厚度等于未发生形变的螺旋形缝针的相邻两个螺旋的距离;所述挑线机构沿沟槽的路径方向设置,端部为钩状;所述供线机构设于螺旋形缝针的尾部,包括卷线轴、弹簧压线器和连杆,所述连杆的两端分别连接卷线轴和驱动轮,所述弹簧压线器设于连杆上。
优选的,所述挑线机构包括挑线轴和挑线钩,挑线钩的中部与挑线轴铰接。
优选的,所述驱动轮的中心与驱动轮上的偏心通孔的距离等于螺旋形缝针的半径;所述回收轮的中心与回收轮上的偏心通孔的距离等于螺旋形缝针的半径。
优选的,所述沟槽内设有丝道。
优选的,所述沟槽的深度大于螺旋形缝针的外直径长度的2/3。

一种绕径缝制方法,包括步骤如下:
S1.将待缝制的金属支架嵌入沟槽内,再将内撑套设在缝料内,将驱动机构安装在螺旋形缝针末端并压缩螺旋形缝针;
S2.通过驱动机构旋转螺旋形缝针,使针尖不断重复刺入缝料、绕过金属支架和刺出缝料的过程,被压缩的螺旋形缝针随旋转动作回复弹性,并沿沟槽的路径持续前进;
S3.当螺旋形缝针完成绕径后,将针尖旋出沟槽,驱动机构停止作用,将回收机构安装在螺旋形缝针的前端,通过供线机构向穿线孔提供缝线;
S4.通过回收机构旋转螺旋形缝针,使螺旋形缝针被旋出沟槽,螺旋形缝针尾部的缝线将金属支架和缝料绑定;
S5.通过沟槽路径上的挑线机构挑动缝线,再通过回收机构和供线机构共同收紧缝线,重复该挑线和收紧操作;
S6.当螺旋形缝针的末端被旋出沟槽后,拆除螺旋形缝针和回收机构,将缝线的两端打结,完成绕径缝制。
优选的,步骤S6中通过打结机构完成缝线的自动打结。
有益效果: 本发明的螺旋形缝针为一种旋进式的缝针,可以与驱动机构相结合,缝制过程中,一方面可以带线前进;另一方面,可以绕径缝制,将类似纺织品的柔性材料形成的筒状缝料与内撑性的金属支架缝合在一起。其螺旋直径可以设计得很小(大于金属支架的金属丝直径即可),且螺旋形缝针只是围绕金属支架的路径进行缝制,与被缝制物品的管径大小无关。
本发明的装置及方法具有机构简单、成本低的特点,能够实现对柔性材料制备的小管径物体的绕径缝制,解决了人造血管及类似场景下的绕径缝制困难的问题,可推广价值高。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
如图2所示,一种绕径缝制的装置,包括内撑1、螺旋形缝针2、驱动机构3、回收机构4、挑线机构5、供线机构6和打结机构。
内撑1为筒状,其直径稍小于待缝制的筒状缝料的内径,用于撑开缝料。按照待缝制的金属支架的分布需要,沿所述内撑1的轴向外周开设有约束性的沟槽11,用于容纳金属支架。其中,沟槽11的路径与金属支架的路径一致,宽度与螺旋形缝针2的外直径相匹配,深度大于螺旋形缝针2的外直径长度的2/3,沟槽11内设有内嵌的螺纹丝道,可以约束螺旋形缝针2按照丝道的轨迹前进。
螺旋形缝针2为弹性伸缩结构,未发生形变下的长度大于沟槽11的路径长度,可以充满沟槽11的路径。其头部设有针尖21,用于刺破缝料;尾部设有穿线孔22,缝线经穿线孔22进入后,可随螺旋形缝针2旋转前进。其内直径大于金属支架的直径,小于沟槽11的宽度,可以环绕金属支架的金属丝并沿丝道前进。
如图3~5所示,驱动机构3可拆卸地设置在螺旋形缝针2的末端,用于将螺旋形缝针2旋进沟槽11。其包括驱动轮31、穿针杆32和可变孔径挡板33,驱动轮31上设有偏心通孔,且驱动轮31的中心与驱动轮31上的偏心通孔的距离等于螺旋形缝针2的半径,穿针杆32的一端与驱动轮31的中心固定连接,可变孔径挡板33设于穿针杆32的一侧,与驱动轮31的距离等于螺旋形缝针2的压缩长度。驱动机构3工作时,螺旋形缝针2的末端穿过偏心通孔,整体套设在穿针杆32上,并被压缩在可变孔径挡板33后,随着驱动轮31的转动,螺旋形缝针2的前端部分不断转出可变孔径挡板33。回收机构4可拆卸地设置在螺旋形缝针2的前端,用于将螺旋形缝针2旋出沟槽11。其包括厚度与无形变下的螺旋形缝针2的相邻两个螺旋距离相等的回收轮,所述回收轮上设有偏心通孔,且回收轮的中心与回收轮上的偏心通孔的距离等于螺旋形缝针2的半径。回收机构4工作时,螺旋形缝针2的前端部分穿过偏心通孔,随着回收轮的转动,螺旋形缝针2不断穿出偏心通孔。挑线机构5沿沟槽11的路径方向设置,具体可以设置在沟槽11的拐点处。其端部为钩状,用于挑动缝线以便收紧。挑线机构5包括挑线轴51和挑线钩52,挑线钩52的中部与挑线轴51铰接,通过转动挑线钩52的末端,可以使挑线钩52的前端钩状部分勾缠住缝线,再通过挑线轴51的移动,可以拉动并收紧缝线。供线机构6靠近螺旋形缝针2的尾部设置,用于提供缝线。其包括卷线轴61、弹簧压线器62和连杆63,连杆63的两端分别连接卷线轴61和驱动轮31,弹簧压线器62设于连杆63上,具体可以采用盘绣绣花旋转机头实现。打结机构临近缝线的两端重合的位置设置,用于缝线的打结,具体可采用纺纱环节的自动接头装置实现。
利用本装置进行绕径缝制的方法,包括步骤如下:
S1.将待缝制的金属支架嵌入沟槽11内,使金属支架能够处于沟槽11的中心位置附近;再将内撑1套设在缝料内,撑开缝料;将驱动机构3安装在螺旋形缝针2的末端并压缩螺旋形缝针2;
S2.通过驱动机构3旋转螺旋形缝针22,使针尖21不断重复刺入缝料、绕过金属支架和刺出缝料的过程,被压缩的螺旋形缝针2随旋转动作回复弹性,并沿沟槽11的路径持续前进;
S3.当螺旋形缝针2完成绕径后,将针尖21旋出沟槽11,驱动机构3停止工作,将回收机构4安装在螺旋形缝针2的前端,通过供线机构6向穿线孔22提供缝线;
S4.通过回收机构4旋转螺旋形缝针22,旋转方向与驱动机构3相同,使螺旋形缝针2被旋出沟槽11,螺旋形缝针2尾部的缝线将金属支架和缝料绑定;
S5.通过沟槽11路径上的挑线机构5挑动缝线,再通过回收机构4收紧缝线,重复该挑线和收紧操作,可以有效防止缝线不断进入后因摩擦增大而卡线或断裂;
S6.当螺旋形缝针2的末端被旋出沟槽11后,拆除螺旋形缝针2和回收机构4,由于缝线在缝合一圈后,起始端与结束端重合,两端各自留有一段长度的自由线头,可以通过打结机构将缝线的两端打结,完成绕径缝制。
综上所述,本发明能够实现对柔性材料制备的小管径物体的绕径缝制,解决了人造血管及类似场景下的绕径缝制困难的问题,整个过程可以实现自动化和无人化,为后续智能化的开发解决了最为关键的技术问题。

Claims (10)

1.一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,包括内撑(1)、螺旋形缝针(2)、驱动机构(3)、回收机构(4)、挑线机构(5)和供线机构(6);沿所述内撑(1)的轴向外周分布有沟槽(11),所述沟槽(11)的路径与待缝制的金属支架的路径一致,沟槽(11)的宽度与螺旋形缝针(2)的外直径相匹配;所述螺旋形缝针(2)为弹性伸缩结构,未发生形变下的长度大于沟槽(11)的路径长度,其头部设有针尖(21),尾部设有穿线孔(22);所述驱动机构(3)可拆卸地设于螺旋形缝针(2)的末端,包括驱动轮(31)、穿针杆(32)和可变孔径挡板(33),所述驱动轮(31)上设有偏心通孔,所述穿针杆(32)的一端与驱动轮(31)的中心固定连接,所述可变孔径挡板(33)设于穿针杆(32)的一侧,与驱动轮(31)的距离等于螺旋形缝针(2)的压缩长度;所述回收机构(4)可拆卸地设于螺旋形缝针(2)的前端,包括回收轮,所述回收轮上设有偏心通孔,回收轮的厚度等于未发生形变的螺旋形缝针(2)的相邻两个螺旋的距离;所述挑线机构(5)沿沟槽(11)的路径方向设置,端部为钩状;所述供线机构(6)设于螺旋形缝针(2)的尾部,包括卷线轴(61)、弹簧压线器(62)和连杆(63),所述连杆(63)的两端分别连接卷线轴(61)和驱动轮(31),所述弹簧压线器(62)设于连杆(63)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,所述挑线机构(5)包括挑线轴(51)和挑线钩(52),挑线钩(52)的中部与挑线轴(51)铰接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动轮(31)的中心与驱动轮(31)上的偏心通孔的距离等于螺旋形缝针(2)的半径;所述回收轮的中心与回收轮上的偏心通孔的距离等于螺旋形缝针(2)的半径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,所述沟槽(11)内设有丝道。
5.根据权利要求所述的一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,所述沟槽(11)的深度大于螺旋形缝针(2)的外直径长度的2/3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,所述挑线机构(5)设于沟槽(11)的拐点处。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋形缝针(2)的内直径大于金属支架的直径。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种绕径缝制的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括打结机构,用于缝线的打结。
9.利用权利要求1所述装置的一种绕径缝制方法,其特征在于,包括步骤如下:
S1.将待缝制的金属支架嵌入沟槽(11)内,再将内撑(1)套设在缝料内,将驱动机构(3)安装在螺旋形缝针(2)的末端并压缩螺旋形缝针(2);
S2.通过驱动机构(3)旋转螺旋形缝针(2),使针尖(21)不断重复刺入缝料、绕过金属支架的金属丝和刺出缝料的过程,被压缩的螺旋形缝针(2)随旋转动作回复弹性,并沿沟槽(11)的路径持续前进;
S3.当螺旋形缝针(2)完成绕径后,将针尖(21)旋出沟槽(11),驱动机构(3)停止发生作用,将回收机构(4)安装在螺旋形缝针(2)的前端,通过供线机构(6)向穿线孔(22)提供缝线;
S4.通过回收机构(4)旋转螺旋形缝针(2),使螺旋形缝针(2)被旋出沟槽(11),螺旋形缝针(2)尾部的缝线将金属支架和缝料绑定;
S5.通过沟槽(11)路径上的挑线机构(5)挑动缝线,通过回收机构(4)和供线机构(6)收紧缝线,重复该挑线和收紧操作;
S6.当螺旋形缝针(2)的末端被旋出沟槽(11)后,拆除螺旋形缝针(2)和回收机构(4),将缝线的两端打结,完成绕径缝制。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种绕径缝制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中通过打结机构完成缝线的自动打结。
