Description

Ultrasonic monitoring method, ultrasonic device and ultrasonic monitoring system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an ultrasonic monitoring method, ultrasonic equipment and an ultrasonic monitoring system.
Background
According to clinical literature reports, intussusception is one of the most common causes of infantile ileus, and is common in infants from 3-12 months of age, with a peak of onset at about 9 months of age. Intussusception refers to the condition that a part of the intestinal tract prolapses into the adjacent distal intestinal cavity, most of which is found in the ileum of children, and if the treatment is not carried out in time, the tissue necrosis appears at the intussusception, so that the intussusception develops into malignant tumor or cancerization.
The current treatment for this disease is usually by enema to restore the intussusception site to normal. The pressure value in the intestines needs to be monitored in the clystering process, because if the pressure value in the intestines is overlarge, the intestines are damaged, and if the pressure value in the intestines is too small, the purpose of dredging intussusception can not be achieved. At the same time, the location of intussusception also needs to be monitored to facilitate accurate intussusception positioning. Therefore, most of the clinical applications at present adopt a sphygmomanometer connected with a catheter to monitor the enema pressure and an ultrasonic device to position the intussusception. In the enema process, a doctor needs to check an image on the ultrasonic equipment to monitor the intussusception position, and the other side needs to check the blood pressure value on the sphygmomanometer and adjust the flow rate of the infusion apparatus.
Above-mentioned enema in-process is the velocity of flow of blood pressure adjustment transfusion system on the doctor real-time observation sphygmomanometer, however, the doctor still need look over the ultrasonic image in this process, if the doctor looks over the blood pressure of sphygmomanometer not in time, or look over the velocity of flow that the transfusion system was not in time adjusted after the pressure value, this will lead to the doctor to be inaccurate to the aassessment of real-time enema pressure, and then lead to the rate of accuracy and the efficiency of enema to be lower, bring patient's body fluid backward flow easily and pollute the pressure gauge.

and S11, acquiring ultrasonic data and monitoring data of the target body.
Wherein, ultrasound data includes the ultrasonic image of the target body, guardianship data includes the enema pressure value of enema external member, the enema external member is connected with ultrasonic equipment.
The ultrasonic device acquires ultrasonic images of the target body to obtain ultrasonic data of the target body. For example, an ultrasound image of the target volume may be acquired using the intussusception cuff. The ultrasound device may further process the ultrasound image to obtain other ultrasound data, such as a diameter of a blood vessel, on the basis of the obtained ultrasound image, and the ultrasound data that the ultrasound device specifically needs to obtain may be set correspondingly according to an actual situation.
The ultrasound device may acquire, in addition to the ultrasound data of the subject, also monitored data of the subject, for example, an enema pressure value of an enema set, or other monitored data. The monitored data may be obtained as described above, and is not described herein again.
S12, the ultrasound image is processed to determine the intussusception position in the ultrasound image.
The ultrasound device, after acquiring the ultrasound image, may output the location of intussusception in the ultrasound image by inputting it into a network model. Wherein, the network model can be obtained by training in advance, the input of the network model is an original image, the output can be the position of intussusception marked in the original image, and the position coordinate of intussusception can also be given.
The ultrasound device may also automatically identify the bright and dark annular regions by using a Softmax algorithm or a machine learning algorithm after acquiring the image gray scale feature value of the ultrasound image, for example, after the ultrasound device acquires the image gray scale feature value, the ultrasound device represents the image larger than the threshold value as two regions according to a preset threshold value, otherwise, the image represents the dark region. After the treatment, the ultrasonic equipment can automatically acquire bright and dark rings, namely, the intussusception concentric circle area in the ultrasonic image is automatically found out.
Optionally, the electronics, after determining the intussusception position in the ultrasound image, may save the intussusception position of the ultrasound image for subsequent post-enema reduction comparisons.
S13, controlling the action of the enema kit based on the enema pressure value and the intussusception position.
After the intussusception location has been identified at said S12, the ultrasound apparatus may direct the action of the enema set so that the enema set can be accurately positioned at the intussusception location; and the ultrasonic equipment can control the action of the enema set in real time based on the obtained enema pressure value so as to control the enema set in real time in advance.
According to the ultrasonic monitoring method provided by the embodiment, the ultrasonic equipment acquires the ultrasonic data and also acquires the monitoring data, the intussusception position is determined after the ultrasonic data are processed, and the action of the enema set is controlled by utilizing the enema pressure value and the intussusception position, so that the action of the enema set is controlled based on the real-time ultrasonic image and the enema pressure value, the enema accuracy is ensured, and the enema efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, an ultrasound monitoring method is provided, which can be used in the above-mentioned ultrasound apparatus, and fig. 4 is a flowchart of an ultrasound monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the flowchart includes the following steps:
and S21, acquiring ultrasonic data and monitoring data of the target body.
Wherein, ultrasound data includes the ultrasonic image of the target body, guardianship data includes the enema pressure value of enema external member, the enema external member is connected with ultrasonic equipment.
Please refer to S11 in fig. 3 for details, which are not described herein.
S22, the ultrasound image is processed to determine the intussusception position in the ultrasound image.
Please refer to S12 in fig. 3 for details, which are not described herein.
S23, controlling the action of the enema kit based on the enema pressure value and the intussusception position.
Specifically, the step S23 includes the following steps:
s231, positioning the enema set by using the intussusception position.
As described above, the ultrasonic apparatus utilizes the intussusception location to guide the placement of the enema set accurately to the intussusception location. For example, during an enema procedure, the ultrasound apparatus acquires in real time an ultrasound image of the target volume in which the position of the current enema set within the body can be displayed and compares the position of the enema set within the body with the intussusception position to determine whether the current enema set has been positioned at the intussusception position.
Optionally, during positioning, the ultrasound device may also issue a positioning prompt to inform the physician whether the enema set is currently positioned in the intussusception position.
S232, judging whether the enema pressure value is in a preset range.
The preset range may be preset, for example, a corresponding preset range may be set according to the age, weight, sex, and the like of the target body; but also stored in the ultrasound device, etc.
The ultrasonic equipment compares an enema pressure value obtained in real time with a preset range in an enema process, and when the enema pressure value is not within the preset range, the enema kit needs to be adjusted, namely S233 is executed; otherwise, S232 is executed.
And S233, sending a pressure adjusting instruction to the preset monitoring equipment so that the preset monitoring equipment can adjust the flow rate of the liquid in the enema set based on the pressure adjusting instruction.
Wherein, preset guardianship equipment respectively with the ultrasonic equipment with the enema external member is connected.
When the ultrasound device determines in S232 that the enema pressure value is not within the preset range, the ultrasound device compares the enema pressure value with the preset range, determines a pressure adjustment instruction, and sends the pressure adjustment instruction to the preset monitoring device. The preset monitoring equipment adjusts the flow rate of the liquid in the enema set after receiving the pressure adjusting instruction.
For example, the ultrasound device compares the enema pressure value with a preset range, when the enema pressure value is greater than the maximum value in the preset range, the ultrasound device determines that the current enema pressure is too large, and simultaneously sends a pressure adjustment instruction with the too large pressure to the preset monitoring device, and the preset monitoring device reduces the enema pressure by reducing the infusion flow rate of an infusion set in the enema set; on the contrary, if the enema pressure value is smaller than the minimum value in the preset range, the ultrasound equipment determines that the current enema pressure is too small, and simultaneously sends a pressure adjusting instruction with the too small pressure to the preset monitoring equipment, and the preset monitoring equipment increases the enema pressure by increasing the infusion flow rate of the infusion set in the enema set.
The ultrasonic monitoring method provided by the embodiment locates the enema set by using the intussusception position, and when the enema pressure value is not within the preset range, sends a pressure adjusting instruction to the preset monitoring equipment to adjust the flow rate of liquid in the enema set, and adjusts the pressure in the enema set by adjusting the flow rate, thereby realizing the real-time control of the enema set.
In this embodiment, an ultrasound monitoring method is provided, which can be used in the above-mentioned ultrasound apparatus, and fig. 5 is a flowchart of an ultrasound monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the flowchart includes the following steps:
and S31, acquiring ultrasonic data and monitoring data of the target body.
Wherein, ultrasound data includes the ultrasonic image of the target body, guardianship data includes the enema pressure value of enema external member, the enema external member is connected with ultrasonic equipment.
Please refer to S21 in fig. 4 for details, which are not described herein.
S32, the ultrasound image is processed to determine the intussusception position in the ultrasound image.
