The public demand for drinking water has gradually changed from pure water to multi-functional drinking water, such as hot water, cold water and bubble water. The existing mode for making hot water is generally a single-function water dispenser or a kettle, and the operation is inconvenient and complicated; products for modulating cold water are few, and the requirements of common consumers cannot be met; most people choose to buy bottled soda water for cold storage drinking, and cannot know whether additives in the bottled soda water are healthy or not, and the bottled soda water occupies a large space. Therefore, the invention provides a cold and hot integrated water dispenser capable of filtering pure water and integrating the function of self-making bubble water, and the cold and hot integrated water dispenser solves various complicated drinking scenes.
According to the water dispenser provided by the embodiment of the invention, tap water can be filtered, purified water can be produced, the water dispenser can heat and refrigerate the purified water to meet the requirement of common drinking water, and a self-made bubble water component is arranged, so that the drinking scene is greatly enriched. And the integrated product design can control the volume of the whole machine to be a smaller size, and basically meets the installation scenes of all kitchens or living rooms. And the design of the original water tank is avoided, so that a user does not need to frequently replace the original water tank, and the problem of tap water supply is not needed to be considered after the original water tank is purchased and installed for the first time.
According to the waterway system 100 of the water dispenser provided by the embodiment of the invention, a set of control logic for realizing the co-assisted operation of multiple systems is provided, so that the multifunctional integrated operation of the water dispenser is realized, and the multi-scene drinking water requirement is met. The method comprises the following specific steps:
water purification system of waterway system 100: as shown by the arrow in the line in fig. 8, when the complete machine is normally powered on, if the water level detection assembly 11 detects that there is a water shortage in the water tank assembly 10, the water inlet valve 84 is opened, the booster pump 85 is started, and the waste water valve 83 is closed. So that the tap water can smoothly enter the filtering assembly 50 for filtering. Therefore, pure water can be supplied to the water tank assembly 10 until the water level sensing assembly 11 senses the water level is full. After the water is full, the filter assembly 50 will start a flushing procedure, i.e. the waste water valve 83 is opened, the booster pump 85 is kept started, and the water inlet valve 84 is also kept opened, and after the flushing in this state is carried out for 30 seconds, the filter assembly 50 is ready to enter a standby state, at this time, the booster pump 85 will stop working, the water inlet valve 84 is also closed, and the waste water solenoid valve will also be closed. The water purification system enters a standby state.
The water level detection assembly 11 includes a sensing signal corresponding to the second predetermined water level and the first predetermined water level. The induction signal corresponding to the second predetermined water level is indicative that the tank assembly 10 is filled with water; when the induction signal corresponding to the first preset water level comes out, the whole machine is started to produce water, and the water taking operation is not interrupted at the moment; if the sensing signal that first predetermined water level corresponds comes out the back and continues the water intaking and drink, because of making water speed and being less than water intaking speed far away, then the final water level of water tank set spare 10 will descend to the water tank bottommost, the sensing signal that third predetermined water level (being minimum water level) corresponds through first predetermined water level, play water velocity of flow signal and system water signal are combined and are calculated and reachd, for preventing to produce heating assembly 40 dry combustion method and the empty scheduling problem of taking out of water pump this moment, the water intaking operation will stop passively, and the complete machine sends out the water shortage warning information, can only carry out the water intaking operation again after water tank set spare 10 is full of water once more.
Normal temperature water taking logic of the water path system 100: as shown by the solid arrows in fig. 8, when water shortage does not occur in the water tank assembly 10, the water taking operation is not limited, at this time, if the water taking button of the operation panel is clicked to take normal-temperature water, or the control module 301 controls the water channel system to take normal-temperature water according to the built-in water making information or the instruction water making information, the water outlet valve 82 is opened immediately, the second water pump 72 is also started to operate after the water outlet valve 82 is opened for 0.5 second, at this time, normal-temperature pure water is pumped from the water tank assembly 10 to the heating assembly 40 by the second water pump 72, the heating assembly 40 is not heated, and the normal-temperature pure water flows out through the water outlet valve 82 and the water outlet assembly 30 which are in the opened state.

The hot water outlet can realize various water temperature selections, such as: boiling water, green tea making water, warm water, milk making water and the like. The heating assembly 40 and the second water pump 72 receive different water outlet temperature signals of the system, and different temperature water outlets are realized by matching different flow rates of the second water pump 72 and heating power of the heating assembly 40 in combination with the NTC value of the inlet and outlet water temperature set on the heating assembly 40. When water taking is stopped, the second water pump 72 and the heating assembly 40 stop working immediately after receiving a water taking stopping signal, and the water outlet valve 82 is also closed after the second water pump 72 stops working for 1 second, so that the water outlet valve 82 is prevented from being pressed to cause no water taking in the subsequent process.
Chilled water logic for waterway system 100: as shown by the hollow arrow in fig. 8, when the water tank assembly 10 is not in short of water, the water getting operation is not limited, and at this time, if the water getting button of the operation panel is clicked to get cold water, or the control module 301 controls the water channel system to get cold water according to the built-in water making information or the instruction water making information, the outlet valve 82 is opened immediately, and the first water pump 71 starts to pump water even 0.5 second after the outlet valve 82 is opened, so as to pump out the cold water in the refrigeration assembly 20. The discharged cold water can be directly drunk or used for preparing bubble water. When water taking is stopped, the first water pump 71 stops working immediately after receiving a water taking stopping signal, and the water outlet valve 82 is also closed after the first water pump 71 stops working for 1 second, so that the water outlet valve 82 is prevented from being pressed to cause that water cannot be taken out subsequently. The top of refrigeration subassembly 20 is located to water tank set spare 10, the water level in the water tank set spare 10 is higher than the water level in the refrigeration subassembly 20, consequently, the pure water can freely get into and store in the refrigeration subassembly 20, and be provided with the temperature sensor in the refrigeration subassembly 20, temperature in the refrigeration subassembly 20 can be surveyed to this temperature sensor, when the temperature is higher than predetermined cold water temperature value, refrigeration subassembly 20 can full power operation refrigerate, when the temperature reaches predetermined cold water temperature value, refrigeration subassembly 20 will get into standby state or get into low-power heat preservation mode.
High-temperature sterilization control logic: when the machine is not used for a long time, the internal pipeline is easy to breed bacteria in a humid environment, so that high-temperature sterilization can be used for sterilization. As shown by the solid arrows in fig. 9, when the first sterilization mode is started, the water outlet valve 82 is in a closed state, the sterilization valve 73 is immediately opened, after the sterilization valve 73 is opened for 1 second, the second water pump 72 and the heating assembly 40 are simultaneously opened and heated, the normal-temperature purified water in the water tank assembly 10 is pumped by the second water pump 72, and then is heated by the heating assembly 40, at this time, the water outlet valve 82 is closed, the sterilization valve 73 is opened, so that the heated water returns to the water tank assembly 10, the water circuit is continuously performed in this way until the water in the water tank assembly 10 is heated to a specified high temperature (the temperature is sensed by the water outlet NTC of the heating assembly 40), and after the heating is completed, the pipeline is continuously circulated for a period of time for sterilization. As shown by the hollow arrow in fig. 9, when the first sterilization mode is completed, the second sterilization mode is started, the second water pump 72 stops working, the first water pump 71 is started to pump the hot water in the water tank assembly 10 out through the refrigeration assembly 20 (the refrigeration assembly 20 does not refrigerate during sterilization), at this time, the water outlet valve 82 is also always in a closed state, the drain valve 81 is opened, and the high-temperature water is discharged from the drain valve 81, and this stage also lasts for a while until the water in the refrigeration assembly 20 is pumped out. After the second sterilization mode is completed, the whole machine enters a standby mode, and all valves, pumps and heating components 40 are closed.
