Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in one embodiment of the invention, the recuperative knee pad comprises a knee pad body 1, a bladder 2, a fluid circulation device 4 and a fluid temperature control tank 5; the bag body 2 is used for containing liquid and is arranged on the outer surface of the kneepad body 1; a first temperature monitoring device 21, an air pressure monitoring device 22 and a pressure adjusting device 23 are arranged inside the capsule body 2; said first temperature monitoring means 21 is intended to monitor the temperature of the liquid inside said capsule 2; the air pressure monitoring device 22 is electrically connected with the pressure regulating device 23, the air pressure monitoring device 22 is used for monitoring the air pressure in the capsule body 2, and the pressure regulating device 23 is used for changing the pressure in the capsule body 2; the liquid temperature control box 5 is communicated with the capsule body 2, and is internally provided with a heating device 51, a refrigerating device 52 and a second temperature monitoring device 53 which are electrically connected; the heating device 22 can heat, the refrigerating device 23 can refrigerate, and the second temperature monitoring device 53 is used for monitoring the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5; the liquid circulating device 4 is used for controlling the liquid flow and liquid circulation between the capsule body 2 and the liquid temperature control box 5; the first temperature monitoring device 21 and the second temperature monitoring device 53 are electrically connected to the liquid circulation device, respectively.
In the structure, liquid heated or refrigerated in the liquid temperature control box 5 is input into the capsule body 2, the capsule body 2 is arranged on the kneepad body 1 to realize hot compress and cold compress on the knee of a human body, and then the capsule body 2 is continuously pressed to the knee by continuously changing the pressure in the capsule body 2 to carry out mild massage on the knee; when hot compress is needed, the heating device 51 in the liquid temperature control box 5 heats the liquid inside; the second temperature monitoring device 53 monitors the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 and sends monitoring data to the liquid circulation device 4, and when the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 is heated, the liquid circulation device 4 replaces the liquid in the capsule 2 with the liquid heated in the liquid temperature control box 5.
When cold compress is needed, the refrigerating device 52 in the liquid temperature control box 5 refrigerates and reduces the temperature of the internal liquid; the second temperature monitoring device 53 monitors the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 and sends monitoring data to the liquid circulation device 4, and when the refrigeration of the liquid temperature in the liquid temperature control box 5 is finished, the liquid circulation device 4 replaces the liquid in the capsule body 2 with the liquid which is finished in the refrigeration of the liquid temperature control box 5; the overall temperature of the liquid in the capsule body 2 is uniformly distributed, and the hot compress and cold compress effects are better; after the liquid in the capsule body 2 is replaced, the pressure regulating device 23 continuously pressurizes and depressurizes the interior of the capsule body 2, so that the capsule body 2 is continuously expanded and contracted; the bag body 2 is pressed to massage the knee and the periphery of the knee of the human body when being expanded; the liquid circulating device 4 can enable liquid to continuously circulate between the capsule body 2 and the liquid temperature control box 5, the liquid forms a fixed flow direction in the capsule body 2, water pressure mildly stimulates the knees of a human body when the liquid flows, and the mild massage effect is also achieved.
Preferably, the heating device 51 is a heating pipe, and the cooling device 52 is a cooling pipe; the pressure regulating device 23 is a booster pump and is arranged on the outer surface of the capsule body 2. It should be noted that the heating pipe and the cooling pipe are both prior art, and the heating device 51 may employ other liquid heating and cooling devices in the prior art, and the cooling device 52 may employ other liquid cooling devices 52 in the prior art. The booster pump is used for increasing the internal pressure of the capsule body 2 and is arranged on the outer surface of the capsule body 2 to facilitate gas exchange with the external space when increasing and reducing the air pressure.
Preferably, the liquid circulation device 4 comprises a liquid inlet device 41 and a liquid discharge device 42, and both the liquid inlet device 41 and the liquid discharge device 42 are electrically connected with the control circuit board; the liquid inlet device 41 and the liquid outlet device 42 are connected between the capsule body 2 and the box body 31, the liquid inlet device 41 is used for controlling liquid to flow into the capsule body 2, and the liquid outlet device 42 is used for controlling liquid to be discharged out of the capsule body 2. Specifically, the liquid discharge device 42 is an electromagnetic valve, and the liquid inlet device 41 is a circulation pump. In the above structure, the liquid inlet device 41 makes the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 enter the bag body 2, the liquid discharge device 42 discharges the liquid in the bag body 2 to the liquid temperature control box 5, and the liquid inlet device 41 and the liquid discharge device 42 operate simultaneously to form liquid circulation.
Preferably, the liquid temperature control device further comprises an adjusting component 3, wherein the adjusting component 3 is electrically connected with the liquid temperature control box 5 and the pressure adjusting device 23 respectively, and can adjust the maximum liquid temperature and the minimum liquid temperature of the liquid temperature control box 5 and the maximum air pressure and the minimum air pressure of the pressure adjusting device 23.
The regulating component in the structure is provided with a key, the key comprises a power switch, regulating buttons in hot compress, cold compress, air pressure massage and liquid flowing massage modes, regulating keys for liquid temperature and air pressure of the bag body, and a charging interface, and a user starts to work through the power switch on the key; the charging interface is used for connecting an external power supply to charge the power storage device; the liquid circulation device 4 is used for receiving monitoring signals of the first temperature monitoring device 21 and the second temperature monitoring device 53; the adjusting component presets a highest liquid temperature value and a lowest liquid temperature value; the adjusting component enables the heating device 51 or the refrigerating device 52 in the liquid temperature control box to heat or refrigerate liquid, the liquid circulating device receives the real-time monitoring temperature of the second temperature monitoring device 53, and when the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 reaches the highest liquid temperature value or the lowest liquid temperature value, the adjusting component 3 enables the liquid circulating device 4 to replace the liquid in the capsule body 2 with the liquid which is heated or refrigerated in the liquid temperature control box 5; when a user triggers air pressure massage through a key, the pressure adjusting device 23 intermittently pressurizes and depressurizes the interior of the bag body 2, the maximum air pressure value is reached during pressurization, and the minimum air pressure value is reached during depressurization, so that the bag body 2 is continuously expanded and contracted; the bag body 2 is pressed to massage the knee and the periphery of the knee of the human body when being expanded; when a user triggers liquid flowing massage through a key, the liquid circulating device 4 drives liquid to continuously circulate between the capsule body 2 and the liquid temperature control box 5, the liquid forms a fixed flow direction in the capsule body 2, and water pressure generated when the liquid flows mildly stimulates knees of a human body.
Preferably, the capsule body 2 is provided with a first liquid inlet 24 and a first liquid outlet 25, and the liquid temperature control box 5 is provided with a second liquid inlet 54 and a second liquid outlet 55; the first liquid inlet 24 is connected with the second liquid outlet 54 through a connecting pipe, and the first liquid outlet 25 is connected with the second liquid inlet 55 through a connecting pipe; the inlet means 41 is disposed at one end of a connecting pipe between the first liquid outlet 25 and the second liquid outlet 311, and the inlet means 41 is disposed at one end of a connecting pipe between the first liquid inlet 24 and the second liquid outlet 312.
In the above structure, the liquid discharge device 42 is controlled to be opened, so that the liquid in the capsule 2 flows out through the first liquid outlet 25 and flows into the liquid temperature control box 5 from the second liquid inlet 311; the heated or refrigerated liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 flows out through the second liquid outlet 55 and flows into the capsule body 2 from the first liquid inlet 24, so that liquid circulation is formed, the liquid in the capsule body 2 can be conveniently replaced, and the temperature of the liquid in the capsule body 2 is kept.
Preferably, the first liquid inlet 24 and the first liquid outlet 25 are both disposed at the upper part of the capsule body 2 or both disposed at the lower part of the capsule body 2; or the first liquid inlet 24 is arranged at one side of the bag body 2, and the first liquid outlet 25 is arranged at the other side of the bag body 2; or the first liquid inlet 24 and the first liquid outlet 25 are respectively provided at the upper and lower portions of the capsule body 2.
In the structure, the flowing direction of the liquid in the capsule body 2 is changed according to the arrangement positions of the first liquid inlet 24 and the first liquid outlet 25 on the capsule body 2; the first liquid inlet 24 and the first liquid outlet 25 are arranged at the upper part of the bag body 2, liquid flows downwards when liquid is fed, and liquid flows upwards when liquid is discharged; when the first liquid inlet 24 and the first liquid outlet 25 are both arranged at the lower part of the bag body 2, liquid flows upwards when liquid is fed, and liquid flows downwards when liquid is discharged; when the first liquid inlet 24 is arranged at one side of the bag body 2 and the first liquid outlet 25 is arranged at the other side of the bag body 2, liquid flows in from one side and flows out from the other side; the first liquid inlet 24 is arranged at the upper part of the bag body 2, the first liquid outlet 25 is arranged at the lower part of the bag body 2, and liquid flows downwards when being fed and upwards when being discharged; the direction of fluid pressure created by different liquid flow directions is also different. Preferably, the kneepad body 1 comprises a contact layer cloth 11, a main layer cloth 12 and a surface layer cloth 13 which are sequentially laminated from inside to outside, a silica gel pad 14 is arranged between the main layer cloth 12 and the surface layer cloth 13, and the silica gel pad 14 is positioned at the patella of the human body; the bag body 2 and the control component 3 are arranged on the outer surface of the surface cloth 13. In the structure, the contact cloth layer needs to be in direct contact with the skin of a human body, and skin-friendly cloth is adopted; the main layer cloth 12 is made of elastic cloth, so that the main layer cloth is convenient to cling to the knees of a human body; the surface cloth 13 is made of wear-resistant cloth. When the bag body 2 is in a pressurized expansion state, the silica gel pad 14 arranged between the main layer cloth 12 and the surface layer cloth 13 is driven to be compressed and pressed to the knee part, so that heat conduction and cold conduction are conveniently carried out on the knee and the maintenance part around the knee.
Preferably, elastic bands are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the kneepad body 1 and are used for fixing the kneepad body 1 on legs of a human body; the outer surface of the kneepad body 1 is provided with a plurality of elastic bandages with adjustable lengths. In the structure, the elastic band is arranged between the contact layer cloth 11 and the main layer cloth 12, so that the kneepad body 1 can be conveniently fixed above and below the knees of a human body; because the sac body 2 is internally provided with liquid, the self weight of the recuperation knee pad is heavier than that of a common knee pad, the recuperation knee pad can be fixed on the knee cap of a human body by the aid of the elastic bandage, and the knee pad is not easy to slide; the elastic bandage with adjustable length is the prior art, can adopt the length of a word knot to adjust the elastic bandage, and is applicable to the crowd of different statures.
Preferably, the knee pad further comprises a base 31, the base 31 is fixedly connected with the knee pad body 1, and the adjusting component 3 is detachably connected with the base 31. In the above structure, the box body 31 can be easily detached from the kneepad body 1, and the kneepad body 1 can be conveniently cleaned after being soiled.
Preferably, the bottom of the box 31 is provided with a first magnetic layer, the top of the base 31 is provided with a second magnetic layer, and the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer are magnetically attracted. The first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer both adopt magnets, so that the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer are attracted; or the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer are respectively made of magnet and metal, and are fixed by utilizing the magnetic attraction of the magnet and the metal.
According to the technical scheme, liquid which is heated or cooled in the liquid temperature control box 5 is input into the bag body 2, the bag body 2 is arranged on the knee pad body 1, hot compress and cold compress on the knee of a human body are achieved, then the pressure in the bag body 2 is continuously changed, the bag body 2 is continuously pressed to the knee, and mild massage is carried out on the knee; when hot compress is needed, the heating device 51 in the liquid temperature control box 5 heats the liquid inside; the second temperature monitoring device 53 monitors the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 and sends monitoring data to the liquid circulation device 4, and when the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 is heated, the liquid circulation device 4 replaces the liquid in the capsule 2 with the liquid heated in the liquid temperature control box 5. When cold compress is needed, the refrigerating device 52 in the liquid temperature control box 5 refrigerates and reduces the temperature of the internal liquid; the second temperature monitoring device 53 monitors the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box 5 and sends monitoring data to the liquid circulation device 4, and when the refrigeration of the liquid temperature in the liquid temperature control box 5 is finished, the liquid circulation device 4 replaces the liquid in the capsule body 2 with the liquid which is finished in the refrigeration of the liquid temperature control box 5; the overall temperature of the liquid in the capsule body 2 is uniformly distributed, and the hot compress and cold compress effects are better; after the liquid in the capsule body 2 is replaced, the pressure regulating device 23 continuously pressurizes and depressurizes the interior of the capsule body 2, so that the capsule body 2 is continuously expanded and contracted; the bag body 2 is pressed to massage the knee and the periphery of the knee of the human body when being expanded; the liquid circulating device 4 can enable liquid to continuously circulate between the capsule body 2 and the liquid temperature control box 5, the liquid forms a fixed flow direction in the capsule body 2, water pressure mildly stimulates the knees of a human body when the liquid flows, and the mild massage effect is also achieved.

Claims (10)
1. A spa knee pad comprising:
a kneepad body;
the bag body is internally filled with liquid and is arranged on the outer surface of the kneepad body; a first temperature monitoring device, an air pressure monitoring device and a pressure adjusting device are arranged in the bag body; the first temperature monitoring device is used for monitoring the temperature of the liquid in the capsule; the air pressure monitoring device is electrically connected with the pressure adjusting device, the air pressure monitoring device is used for monitoring the air pressure in the capsule body, and the pressure adjusting device is used for changing the pressure in the capsule body;
the liquid temperature control box is communicated with the bag body, and is internally provided with a heating device, a refrigerating device and a second temperature monitoring device which are electrically connected; the heating device can heat, the refrigerating device can refrigerate, and the second temperature monitoring device is used for monitoring the temperature of the liquid in the liquid temperature control box;
a liquid circulation device for controlling liquid flow and liquid circulation between the bladder and the liquid temperature control tank; the first temperature monitoring device and the second temperature monitoring device are electrically connected with the liquid circulation device.
2. The nursing knee pad of claim 1 wherein said fluid circulation means comprises an inlet means and a discharge means, both of said inlet means and said discharge means being electrically connected to said control circuit board; the liquid inlet device and the liquid discharge device are connected between the bag body and the liquid temperature control box, the liquid inlet device is used for controlling liquid to flow into the bag body, and the liquid discharge device is used for controlling liquid to be discharged from the bag body.
3. The nursing knee pad of claim 2 wherein said bladder has a first inlet port and a first outlet port, and said fluid temperature control chamber has a second inlet port and a second outlet port; the first liquid inlet is connected with the second liquid outlet through the connecting pipe; the inlet means set up in first liquid outlet with the one end of connecting pipe between the second inlet, inlet means set up in first inlet with the one end of connecting pipe between the second liquid outlet.
4. The nursing knee pad of claim 3 wherein said first fluid inlet and said first fluid outlet are both disposed at an upper portion of said bladder or both disposed at a lower portion of said bladder; or the first liquid inlet is arranged at one side of the bag body, and the first liquid outlet is arranged at the other side of the bag body; or the first liquid inlet and the first liquid outlet are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the bag body.
5. The nursing knee pad of claim 4 further comprising an adjustment assembly electrically connected to said fluid temperature control chamber and said pressure adjustment means, respectively, for adjusting the maximum fluid temperature, the minimum fluid temperature of said fluid temperature control chamber and the maximum air pressure and the minimum air pressure of said pressure adjustment means.
6. The nursing knee pad of claim 2 wherein said heating means is a heating tube and said cooling means is a cooling tube; the liquid discharge device is an electromagnetic valve, and the liquid inlet device is a circulating pump; the pressure regulating device is a booster pump and is arranged on the outer surface of the capsule body.
7. The recuperative knee pad according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the knee pad body comprises a contact layer cloth, a main layer cloth and a surface layer cloth which are sequentially laminated from inside to outside, a silica gel pad is arranged between the main layer cloth and the surface layer cloth, and the silica gel pad is positioned at the patella of the human body; the capsule body and the control assembly are arranged on the outer surface of the surface cloth.
8. The spa knee pad of any one of claims 1-6 wherein said body of said knee pad is provided with elastic straps at each of a top end and a bottom end thereof for securing said body of said knee pad to a leg of a human body; the outer surface of the kneepad body is provided with a plurality of elastic bandages with adjustable lengths.
9. The nursing knee pad of claim 5 further comprising a base, said base being fixedly attached to said knee pad body, said adjustment assembly being removably attached to said base.
10. The nursing knee pad of claim 9 wherein said case has a first magnetic layer disposed on the bottom and a second magnetic layer disposed on the top of said base, said first magnetic layer magnetically attracted to said second magnetic layer.
