本发明公开了一种栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分、引诱剂及诱捕方法,该栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,包括活性组分和非极性有机溶剂,所述活性组分为2‑乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3‑庚桐、α‑罗勒烯、6‑甲基‑5‑庚烯‑2‑酮、正丁醇、3‑甲基‑1‑丁醇中的至少一种组分,所述非极性有机溶剂为正己烷;该诱捕剂可用于虫情测报,大量诱捕栎黄枯叶蛾,避免使用化学农药,对环境友好、安全,使用方便,成本低,有效期长,不产生抗药性,达到有效防治栎黄枯叶蛾的目的,减轻果树及树林的危害程度,具有显著的生态效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于害虫防治领域,尤其涉及到一种栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分、引诱剂及诱捕方法。
背景技术
栎黄枯叶蛾,又名栗黄枯叶蛾、蓖麻黄枯叶蛾,主要分布于我国陕西、宁夏、青海、内蒙、甘肃、河南、山西、河北等地,危害栎类、板栗、核桃、苹果、海棠、沙棘等植物,近年来栎黄枯叶蛾在内蒙古沙棘人工林中大面积暴发,幼虫取食叶片,往往将受害区内的树叶全部吃光,造成树势下降甚至死亡,严重影响到了沙棘种植区的生态建设和经济发展。
目前,关于栎黄枯叶蛾的防治措施主要是农药喷洒,但其防治效果差,且农药防治具有很大的局限性。农药防治会增加害虫的抗药性,使得防治日益困难;其次果树喷药后,杂食性害虫可能会转移为害周边林区或其他植物,也会造成经济损失;农药残留会通过食物链传递,使化学毒物富集于人体,对人类健康产生影响。因此,从生态环境和食品安全的角度出发,寻找一些稳定、高效的绿色防控技术已成为现代害虫防治的重点工作。新型绿色防控技术中信息素防治具有选择性高、安全性好、对生态系统影响小等优点,是害虫综合防治中不可缺少的重要组成部分,研究绿色安全有效的防控技术已经成为现代农林业发展的一种趋势。明确昆虫对性信息素成分的反应,筛选和鉴定出活性成分并开发成诱剂,是害虫安全治理的重要方向,对减少常规化学农药的使用进而防止害虫抗药性发展和保护环境具有重要意义。
发明目的
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分、引诱剂及诱捕方法,该诱捕剂可用于虫情测报,大量诱捕栎黄枯叶蛾,避免使用化学农药,对环境友好、安全,使用方便,成本低,有效期长,不产生抗药性,达到有效防治栎黄枯叶蛾的目的,减轻果树及树林的危害程度,具有显著的生态效益和经济效益。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇中的至少一种组分。
优选的,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇的混合物。
进一步的,所述活性组分按以下体积份记:2-乙基己醇乙酸酯 1份、长叶烯 1份、3-庚桐 1~3份、α-罗勒烯 1~3份、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮 1~3份、正丁醇 2份、3-甲基-1-丁醇2份。
栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,包括活性组分和非极性有机溶剂,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇中的至少一种组分,所述非极性有机溶剂为正己烷。
优选的,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇的混合物。
所述活性组分和非极性有机溶剂正己烷的体积比为1:9~49。
进一步的,所述引诱剂还包括缓释剂,所述缓释剂为石蜡油,在每个引诱瓶中加入体积为1000μL。
栎黄枯叶蛾诱捕方法,包括以下步骤:将栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分加入至非极性有机溶剂中制得栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇中的至少一种组分,将所述栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂加入至带有子母塞的棕色玻璃瓶中制得栎黄枯叶蛾引诱瓶,加入缓释剂;将栎黄枯叶蛾引诱瓶置于三角形诱捕器中,并将挂有栎黄枯叶蛾引诱瓶的三角形诱捕器悬挂于树枝上进行诱捕,三角形诱捕器与地面之间的距离为1.5m,相邻的两个三角形诱捕器之间的距离为20-30 m。
本发明的应用前景和效果分析:
1.监测虫情:本发明提供的栎黄枯叶蛾性引诱剂作虫情测报可及时而准确地了解果树林或森林中栎黄枯叶蛾种群的发生和消长情况,为进行适时有效地防治提供科学依据。用本发明的性引诱剂测报虫情,灵敏度高,专一性强,使用方便,费用低廉,适于普遍推广。
2.大量诱捕:根据虫情监测结果绘制出成虫发生曲线,在成虫发生期,将本发明提供的栎黄枯叶蛾性引诱剂悬挂于受害的果树林或森林中,可大量诱捕到栎黄枯叶蛾的雄成虫,导致田间雌雄比例严重失调,减少雌雄间的交配比率,使下一代虫口密度大幅度下降,进而降低虫口密度、减轻危害程度。
本发明提供的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分,是经过沙棘叶、花和果实挥发物成分的分析鉴定及田间引诱试验观察得到的组合物,各组分的比例是根据沙棘叶、花和果实挥发物各组分在气相色谱上的积分面积之比确定的。栎黄枯叶蛾每年8月中旬开始羽化,9月上旬达到羽化高峰。可以在此期间利用植物源引诱剂来诱集栎黄枯叶蛾,进行预测预报和防治工作。
本发明经实验室和林间反复试验而成,不论是用来做虫情测报还是大量诱捕,都有利于保护天敌,避免使用化学农药,对环境友好、安全,使用方便,成本低,有效期长,能够达到有效防治栎黄枯叶蛾的目的,是一类重要的害虫绿色防控产品,对减少常规化学农药的使用进而防止害虫抗药性发展和保护环境具有重要意义。

本发明提供的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分,是经过沙棘叶、花和果实挥发物成分的分析鉴定及田间引诱试验观察得到的组合物,各组分的比例是根据沙棘叶、花和果实挥发物各组分在气相色谱上的积分面积之比确定的。所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇中的至少一种组分,为方便描述,活性组分按以下字母表示:
A:2-乙基己醇乙酸酯;
B:长叶烯;
C:3-庚桐;
D:α-罗勒烯;
E:6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮;
F:正丁醇;
G:3-甲基-1-丁醇。
以下实施例中,配制包括A、B、C、D、E、F、G的多种组分的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,有效成分与非极性有机溶剂正己烷按体积计用量比为1:9稀释,加入至带有子母塞的棕色玻璃瓶中,制成引诱瓶,加入1000 μL石蜡油缓释剂,置于三角形诱捕器中。将装有含本发明的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂的诱捕器悬挂于受害林中树枝上,挂在上风口,距地面1.5米,诱捕器之间相距20~30米。于2021年8月25日至9月21日在内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗薛家湾镇杨家村和红台子村,每组试验设5个重复,同时设置3个栎黄枯叶蛾处女雌蛾(将当天羽化的雌蛾置于6×6×6cm的小纱笼中并悬挂于有粘胶的诱捕器中,每3天更换一次雌蛾)。对照为只加50 μL正己烷和1000 μL石蜡油的空白引诱瓶。每天更换诱捕器上的三角形粘虫板。

取2-乙基己醇乙酸酯 1份、长叶烯 1份、3-庚桐 1份、α-罗勒烯 2份、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮 1份、正丁醇 2份、3-甲基-1-丁醇 2份配制为溶液1。
Ⅰ:50μL溶液1,450 μL正己烷
Ⅱ:50μL溶液1,950 μL正己烷
Ⅲ:50μL溶液1,1450 μL正己烷
Ⅳ:50μL溶液1,1950 μL正己烷
Ⅴ:50μL溶液1,2450 μL正己烷
分别取50μL加入至带有子母塞的棕色玻璃瓶中,每瓶各加入1000μL石蜡油作为缓释剂,制成引诱瓶,结果如表4:
由实施例4中可以看出,活性组分和非极性有机溶剂正己烷的体积比为1:9~49稀释时有诱捕效果,其中按1:9稀释时诱捕效果最好。
由实施例1-4可以看出,含有2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇的混合型引诱剂的诱捕效率比含一种组分或减少任一组分的高,且配比为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯 1份、长叶烯 1份、3-庚桐 1份、α-罗勒烯 2份、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮 1份、正丁醇 2份、3-甲基-1-丁醇 2时诱捕效果最佳,有效成分与非极性有机溶剂正己烷按体积计用量比为1:9稀释时诱捕效率最高。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (8)
1.栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分,其特征在于,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇中的至少一种组分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分,其特征在于,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分,其特征在于,所述活性组分按以下体积份记:2-乙基己醇乙酸酯 1份、长叶烯 1份、3-庚桐 1~3份、α-罗勒烯 1~3份、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮 1~3份、正丁醇 2份、3-甲基-1-丁醇 2份。
4.栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,其特征在于,包括活性组分和非极性有机溶剂,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇中的至少一种组分,所述非极性有机溶剂为正己烷。
5.根据权利要求4所述的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,其特征在于,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,其特征在于,所述活性组分和非极性有机溶剂正己烷的体积比为1:9~49。
7.根据权利要求4所述的栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,其特征在于,所述引诱剂还包括缓释剂,所述缓释剂为石蜡油,在每个引诱瓶中加入体积为1000μL。
8.栎黄枯叶蛾诱捕方法,包括以下步骤:将栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂活性组分加入至非极性有机溶剂中制得栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂,所述活性组分为2-乙基己醇乙酸酯、长叶烯、3-庚桐、α-罗勒烯、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、正丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇中的至少一种组分,将所述栎黄枯叶蛾引诱剂加入至带有子母塞的棕色玻璃瓶中制得栎黄枯叶蛾引诱瓶,加入缓释剂;将栎黄枯叶蛾引诱瓶置于三角形诱捕器中,并将挂有栎黄枯叶蛾引诱瓶的三角形诱捕器悬挂于树枝上进行诱捕,三角形诱捕器与地面之间的距离为1.5m,相邻的两个三角形诱捕器之间的距离为20-30 m。
