and clearing the equipment identification and the historical user portrait information corresponding to the user equipment with the disconnection duration time longer than the preset time.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for pushing content of an intelligent television, where the method for pushing content of an intelligent television includes:
step S10, detecting whether the local area network currently connected with the smart television has new access user equipment;
the intelligent television in the invention is an intelligent television with a networking function.
The user equipment can be a mobile terminal of a user, such as a mobile phone terminal, a computer terminal, an electronic reading book and the like, which can be networked.
The new access user equipment does not refer to user equipment which accesses the local area network for the first time, but is user equipment which enters the coverage area of the local area network at a certain time and successfully establishes a connection relation with the local area network.
The smart television obtains network resources based on a connected local area network, and the user equipment also obtains the network resources based on the local area network, so that the local area network is equivalent to a transfer station, and an internal processor of the smart television can obtain information of the user equipment connected with the local area network in real time, wherein the information of the newly accessed user equipment refers to an Internet Protocol (Internet Protocol) Address of the user equipment, and a unique equipment identifier of the user equipment, namely a Media Access Control (MAC) Address, can be inquired based on the IP Address of the user. The intelligent television can detect the access of the user equipment at the first time when the newly accessed user equipment is accessed to the local area network, so that the problem of delay of pushing related content caused by timing detection is avoided.
It should be noted that, at this time, the on-off state of the smart tv does not affect the access state of the newly accessed user equipment, and only the networking state will affect the detection result.
Step S20, if a new access user equipment exists, acquiring the equipment identification of the new access user equipment;
the internal processor of the smart television can acquire the device identification of the user equipment according to the detected new access user equipment.
The device identifier, namely the MAC address, is obtained through the gateway device of the local area network, and the smart television can obtain user portrait information of the user device, such as downloaded movies, dramas, games, and the like, thereby realizing timeliness of pushed related content.
Step S30, judging whether the equipment identification exists in a user database of the intelligent television;
the smart television searches whether the same equipment identification exists in the user database based on the obtained equipment identification of the newly accessed user equipment, and if so, the smart television can directly extract the user portrait information corresponding to the newly accessed user equipment in the user database, so that the pushing speed of the related content is accelerated.
Step S40, if the device identification exists in the user database of the smart television, acquiring historical user portrait information corresponding to the device identification in the user database, and using the historical user portrait information as current user portrait information;
the historical user portrait information refers to user portrait information of the user equipment which is connected with the local area network in the previous period and is stored in the user database before the access.
The current user portrait information is extracted from a user database and is used as the user portrait information to be converted into a real-time content push strategy.
The user database is located inside the smart television and used for storing the device identification of the user device and the corresponding user portrait information.
After acquiring the device identifier of the newly accessed user equipment, the smart television first detects whether the device identifier corresponding to the newly accessed user equipment exists in a user database, if the corresponding device identifier exists, it indicates that the smart television acquires the information when the newly accessed user equipment accesses the local area network earlier, and the user database already stores historical user image information corresponding to the device identifier, the historical user image information corresponding to the device identifier can be directly extracted as the current user image information, for example, the device identifier of the newly accessed user equipment a is a1, after the internal processor of the smart television searches in the user database, the corresponding device identifier a1 is searched, it indicates that the newly accessed user equipment a has connected the local area network earlier, so that the new accessed user equipment a does not need to be repeatedly searched for the user image information, the historical user portrait information of the equipment identifier a1 is directly extracted from the user database, the historical user portrait information is directly used as the current user portrait information, and a real-time content pushing strategy is generated based on the current user portrait information, so that the time for searching the user portrait information corresponding to the equipment identifier can be saved, the waste of performance and capacity caused by repeated searching and storage can be avoided, and the speed of pushing the real-time content can be increased.
And step S50, generating a real-time content pushing strategy according to the current user portrait information, and controlling the smart television to push content based on the real-time content pushing strategy.
Referring to fig. 6, the current user portrait information is converted into a real-time content push policy according to the extracted current user portrait information, where the real-time content push policy includes, but is not limited to, a television program, a television game, a display interface layout, a commercial advertisement, and the like. For example, the current user profile information of the device identifier a1 includes a tv program a, a tv program b, and a tv program c, the internal processor controls the smart tv to display the content push of the tv program a, the tv program b, and the tv program c.
For example, in the user database in the smart television shown in fig. 6, the left image is a real-time content push generated for the user according to the historical browsing records in the conventional technology, and the real-time content push generated according to the left image is not targeted because the left image is not specifically divided into the historical browsing records of which user, but integrates the browsing records of a plurality of users; and the right image stores the equipment identification and the historical user portrait information of the user equipment accessed to the local area network, so that when the intelligent television identifies the newly accessed user equipment A, the historical user portrait information of the user equipment A is extracted to be used as the current user portrait information to generate a targeted real-time content pushing strategy, the intelligent television correspondingly adjusts the displayed content based on the generated real-time content pushing strategy, and compared with the left image, the right image realizes the real pushing of related content for the user based on the user requirement, and provides convenience for the use of the user.
In the embodiment, the collected device identification and the user portrait information corresponding to the device identification are stored in the database, so that the next extraction is facilitated, the performance and capacity waste caused by repeated searching and storage is avoided, the pushing speed of related content can be accelerated, the effect of judging whether the user equipment exists in the smart television user database is achieved through detection based on the device identification newly connected to the user equipment, the accuracy of the obtained user portrait information is achieved, the pushing of the smart television content based on the user requirement is really achieved through the generation of a real-time content pushing strategy based on the obtained user portrait information, and the generated real-time content pushing strategy is targeted.
Further, referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for pushing content of an intelligent television, where based on the embodiment described in step S20, before the step of acquiring a device identifier of a new access user device if the new access user device exists, the method further includes:
step S21, based on the local area network, obtaining the address resolution protocol table of the new access user equipment;
step S22, obtaining, from the address resolution protocol table, a device identifier corresponding to the first IP address according to the first IP address used by the new access user equipment to connect to the local area network.
After the connection relation between the smart television and the local area network is established, the smart television can detect whether the access of the newly accessed user equipment exists or not in real time based on the connection relation, and if the access of the newly accessed user equipment is detected, an address resolution protocol table of the newly accessed user equipment can be obtained based on the local area network.
The purpose of the address resolution protocol table is to enable the smart television to resolve the equipment identifier used by the user equipment based on the IP address used by the newly-accessed user equipment for accessing the local area network.
Optionally, after the step of acquiring the device identifier corresponding to the first IP address in step S22, the method further includes:
step A1, detecting the real-time distance between the newly accessed user equipment and the smart television;
step A2, if the real-time distance is greater than a preset reference distance, executing the step of judging whether the equipment identifier exists in a user database of the smart television;
referring to fig. 7 to 8, the real-time distance is a distance from the smart television after the newly accessed user equipment accesses the local area network, and is used for determining the next operation and avoiding a situation of low user experience caused by slow system response.
The preset reference distance is a numerical value obtained by calculating the loading time required by the smart television to generate the real-time content push strategy based on the current user portrait information of the device identifier and calculating the time setting required by the user to walk from the access local area network to the smart television, for example, the coverage area of the current local area network is 20m, the loading time required by the smart television to generate the real-time content push strategy based on the current user portrait information of the device identifier is a, the time required by the user to walk from the access local area network to the smart television is b, and the preset reference distance is (20m/b) × a.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, at this time, the real-time distance of the newly-accessed user equipment is greater than the preset reference distance, that is, the newly-accessed user equipment is located in the area a, which indicates that the newly-accessed user equipment is far away from the smart television at this time, the smart television has sufficient time to load the content push policy of the current user portrait information corresponding to the newly-accessed user equipment, and when the user arrives before the smart television, the content push policy is displayed on the display interface of the smart television, so that the effect of pushing related content is achieved under the condition that the user is not aware.
Step A3, if the real-time distance is less than or equal to the preset reference distance, loading hot content marked in the intelligent television, and executing the step of judging whether the equipment identification exists in a user database of the intelligent television.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, at this time, the real-time distance of the newly accessed ue is less than or equal to the preset reference distance, that is, when the smart television detects a new access user device at the first time and the new access user device is located in the area b, it indicates that the new access user device is closer to the smart television at this time, if the smart television forces to load the content push strategy of the current user portrait information corresponding to the user equipment, the experience of slow system response is brought to the user, and based on this consideration, when the real-time distance of the newly-accessed user equipment is detected to be less than or equal to the preset reference distance, the smart television loads the hot content marked in the smart television while performing the subsequent steps, when a user opens the television but the content pushing strategy is not generated well, hot content can be pushed to the user first, and the experience of slow response of the system is avoided.
In this embodiment, the smart television detects the access state of the user equipment in real time through the local area network, so that the problem of delay of pushing related content caused by timing detection is avoided, the acquisition of user information and the accuracy of the user information are realized by acquiring the equipment identifier of the user equipment, and whether hot content identified in the smart television needs to be loaded or not is determined by judging the distance between the user equipment and the smart television, so that the problem of low user experience caused by slow response of a system is avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a content pushing method for a smart television, where based on the embodiment described in step S30, after the step of determining whether the device identifier exists in a user database of the smart television, the method further includes:
step S31, if the device identifier does not exist in the user database of the smart television, adding the device identifier to the user database, and constructing initial user portrait information associated with the device identifier in the user database;
the intelligent television obtains network resources based on a connected local area network, the user equipment also obtains the network resources based on the local area network, therefore, the local area network is equivalent to a transfer station, the intelligent television can obtain equipment identification of newly-accessed user equipment in the transfer station, and the intelligent television can obtain user portrait information in the user equipment based on the obtained equipment identification.
The premise that the smart television acquires the user portrait information inside the user equipment is that the user agrees to the acquisition of the smart television on the user equipment.
The intelligent television directly searches the obtained equipment identification in the user database, judges whether the equipment identification needs to construct corresponding user portrait information in the user database according to the judgment that whether the equipment identification exists in the user database, namely the initial user portrait information.
If the device identification is detected not to exist in the user database, the newly accessed user equipment is indicated to be accessed to the local area network for the first time, the intelligent television is indicated to need to search the user portrait information of the device identification at the moment, and initial user portrait information related to the device identification is established in the user database.
The initial user profile information refers to user profile information stored in a user database for a newly accessed user device that first accesses the local area network.
The establishment of the initial user portrait information associated with the equipment identifier in the user database refers to the search and storage of the user portrait information of the equipment identifier, so that when the next access of the equipment identifier is detected, the corresponding user portrait information can be directly extracted from the user database, and the waste of resources and time caused by repeated search is avoided.
And step S32, using the initial user portrait information as the current user portrait information, executing the step of generating a real-time content push strategy according to the current user portrait information, and controlling the smart television to push the content based on the real-time content push strategy.
After initial user portrait information of newly accessed user equipment is constructed in a user database, before the intelligent television detects that the newly accessed user equipment is disconnected from a local area network, the intelligent television generates a real-time content pushing strategy by taking the initial user portrait information as the current user portrait information, and controls the intelligent television to adjust television content based on the generated real-time content pushing strategy, for example, the title of a webpage recently browsed by a user is related to a terrorism type, the intelligent television can automatically push terrorism related content for the user according to the user portrait information; for example, when the smart television detects that a user wants to purchase a product c in a chat record of the user through a local area network, the smart television displays advertisement push of the product c on a display interface in a pause state when the user pauses a program. The method and the device realize the real pushing of the related content for the user based on the user requirement and provide convenience for the user.
In this embodiment, by storing the corresponding user portrait information for the user equipment that is first accessed to the local lan to which the smart tv is connected, the user equipment can extract the corresponding historical user portrait information directly from the user database when detecting the access of the user equipment next time, which saves the time for searching the user information corresponding to the device identifier, avoids the performance and capacity waste caused by repeated searching and storing, and accelerates the speed of pushing the related content.

whether user preference setting such as color and style preferred by a user is included in the current user portrait information is detected, and the use feeling of the user can be improved by matching the user preference setting.
Step S52, if the current user portrait information contains user preference setting, setting a customized display interface generated by the smart television based on the user preference setting, and displaying the content to be pushed of the real-time content pushing strategy on the customized display interface;
if the current user portrait information contains user preference settings, for example, the color liked by the user is pink, the background of the display interface is updated to be pink by the smart television; for example, if the user likes to pass a festival, the smart television displays an animation conforming to the style of the mid-autumn festival on the startup interface when recognizing that the date is the mid-autumn festival.
The display interface of the intelligent television is generated through user preference setting, the condition that a user needs to manually adjust the display interface is avoided, the intelligence of the intelligent television is realized, and the use feeling of the user is further improved.
And step S53, if the current user portrait information does not contain user preference setting, displaying the content to be pushed of the real-time content pushing strategy on a default display interface of the smart television.
If the current user portrait information does not contain user preference setting, setting a display interface of the smart television according to default setting, and enabling the user to set and adjust the display interface at the background of the smart television.
Optionally, after the step of controlling the smart television to push the content based on the real-time content push policy in step S50, the method further includes:
and step S54, dynamically updating the current user portrait information based on the acquired operation record of the smart television and/or the feedback information of the user equipment corresponding to the current user portrait information.
The feedback information of the user equipment corresponding to the obtained operation record of the smart television and/or the current user portrait information refers to the selection and playing duration of the relevant content pushed by the user to the smart television, for example, the d content pushed by the user is played selectively, and the playing duration is longer than the average playing duration, which indicates that the satisfaction degree of the user to the d content is higher, the smart television calculates the information data based on the satisfaction degree, and dynamically updates the current user portrait information by using the obtained information data as the user feedback information and stores the current user portrait information in the database. The intelligent television image information updating method has the advantages that the image information of the current user is timely, the image information of the user is dynamically changed, the image information of the user needs to be updated in real time in order to enable the relevant content pushed by the intelligent television to meet the requirements of the user, the requirements of the user can be truly reflected, and the untimely nature of the pushed relevant content is avoided.
