In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways other than those described herein, and persons skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Further, reference herein to "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic can be included in at least one implementation of the invention. The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for safely repairing broken wires, which is capable of repairing bare live wires.
The apparatus for safely repairing a broken wire includes a clamping unit 100 including two clamping assemblies 200 clamped on a wire, the clamping assemblies 200 including a first half 201 and a second half 202; and a movable unit 300 mounted on the clamping unit 100, including a rotating assembly 301.
Specifically, the first half 201 includes a first engaging seat 201a, a U-shaped notch 201a-1 is disposed on the first engaging seat 201a, a first arc-shaped column 201b and a first limiting boss 201a-2 are vertically disposed on one surface of the first engaging seat 201a, and the openings of the first arc-shaped column 201b and the U-shaped notch 201a-1 face the same. The second half 202 includes a second engaging seat 202a, a limiting notch 202a-1 is disposed on the second engaging seat 202a, a second arc-shaped post 202b is disposed on one surface of the second engaging seat 202a, a U-shaped boss 202b-2 is disposed on the other surface of the second engaging seat 202a, and the second arc-shaped post 202b and the limiting notch 202a-1 have the same opening orientation. The first half piece 201 and the second half piece 202 are buckled together, the first clamping seat 201a and the second clamping seat 202a are buckled to form a complete cylindrical structure, the first limiting boss 201a-2 is located in the limiting notch 202a-1, and the U-shaped boss 202b-2 is located in the U-shaped notch 201 a-1. The whole clamping assembly is made of insulating materials, and because of the limitation of the first limiting boss 201a-2, the first half piece 201 and the second half piece 202 can only be horizontally buckled together in a mode of end parts being mutually buckled, and the first half piece 201 and the second half piece 202 which are mutually buckled can be simply fixed on a lead under the action of the first limiting boss 201a-2 and cannot be easily separated.
Further, the first arc-shaped column 201b and the second arc-shaped column 202b are buckled to form a complete cylinder, threads are arranged on the outer cylindrical surfaces of the first arc-shaped column 201b and the second arc-shaped column 202b, the first arc-shaped column 201b and the second arc-shaped column 202b are buckled to form a complete external thread W, a complete wire clamping hole 200a is formed along the axial direction of the clamping assembly 200, a saw-tooth structure is arranged in the wire clamping hole 200a, and a wire is positioned in the wire clamping hole 200 a. Providing a saw tooth structure may effectively prevent the clamping assembly 200 from sliding over the wire.
In addition, the first half piece 201 and the second half piece 202 are further provided with a plurality of holes with the same size, when the first half piece 201 is buckled with the second half piece 202, the holes on the first half piece 201 and the second half piece 202 are overlapped to form a fixing hole 200b, and a fixing pin 200c is installed in the fixing hole 200 b. The first limiting boss 201a-2 limits the displacement of the first half 201 and the second half 202 in the radial direction, and the displacement of the first half 201 and the second half 202 in the axial direction can be limited by the fixing hole and the fixing pin.
Still further, the middle part of the rotating component 301 is a rod-shaped bracket 301a, two ends of the rod-shaped bracket 301a are respectively provided with a buckling piece 301b, the buckling pieces 301b comprise a first buckling half piece 301b-1 and a second buckling half piece 301b-2, one ends of the first buckling half piece 301b-1 and the second buckling half piece 301b-2 are mutually hinged, and the other ends are buckled together. The buckling piece 301b is in a circular ring structure, threads are arranged on the inner sides of the first buckling half piece 301b-1 and the second buckling half piece 301b-2, the first buckling half piece and the second buckling half piece are buckled to form a complete internal thread N, the buckling piece 301b is arranged on the clamping assembly 200, and the internal thread N is matched with the external thread W. Rotation of the rotating assembly 301, in cooperation with the internal thread N and the external thread W, causes the rotating assembly to move in the axial direction of the clamping assembly 200.
Preferably, the middle part of the rotating assembly 301 is a rod-shaped bracket 301a, a section of folding rod structure 301a-1 is arranged on the rod-shaped bracket 301a, and an insulating adhesive tape is fixedly arranged on the folding rod structure 301 a-1. The rod-shaped holder 301a has a telescopic rod which is axially identical to the clamping unit 100, and can cope with breakage of a wire of a large number of lengths. The folding rod structure 301a-1 is provided with a fixing seat 301c, and the insulating tape is sleeved on the fixing seat 301 c.
In this embodiment, the steps of binding the tail of the stay wire by adopting the device for safely repairing the damaged wire of the invention are as follows:
1. the first half piece and the second half piece are distributed on the lead in a staggered way, and the first half piece and the second half piece are translated to be combined together to form a complete clamping assembly, and the first half piece and the second half piece are fixed through bolts;
2. in the same way, the other clamping component is arranged at the other end of the broken part of the lead;
3. two ends of the rotating assembly 301 are respectively arranged on the two clamping assemblies;
4. mounting an insulating tape on the movable unit 300, and winding the end of the insulating tape around the unbroken portion of the wire;
5. one hand holds the clamp assembly and the wire steady, the other hand rotates the rotating assembly 301, the rotating assembly moves axially along the clamp assembly, and the insulating tape is wound around the broken portion of the wire.
6. The rotating assembly is controlled to enable the insulation tape to completely wrap the damaged portion of the wire, and then the movable unit and the clamping unit are detached in sequence.
