Abstract
The invention discloses a zero line broken line protection type power strip which comprises a warning lamp, a rectifier bridge, a filter capacitor, a key trip switch, a coil pin pulling mechanism and a power strip, wherein the warning lamp, the rectifier bridge, the filter capacitor, the key trip switch and the coil pin pulling mechanism are arranged in the power strip device. When the alternating voltage between the zero line N and the ground line G reaches 20V or above, the coil pin pulling mechanism acts, and the key trip switch is disconnected; when the alternating voltage between the zero line N and the ground line G reaches 10V or more, the warning lamp is obviously turned on. The device has the characteristics of sensitive response to zero line breakage accidents, simple structure and high reliability, and can provide effective zero line breakage protection function for electric equipment.

Technical Field

Background
Most 220V electric equipment adopts row's of inserting power supply, and when the zero line of entering the family, entering room unoccupied zero line or wall socket, the maloperation when loosening or live working leads to the zero line disconnection, and the zero line in the electric equipment will become the live wire this moment, can lead to the insulation of circuit board or other materials between zero line and the ground wire on the circuit board to be broken down to lead to electric equipment damage even fire accident's emergence. The disconnection of the zero line can also cause the equipment with the protection of zero connection to lose the protection function, and the household air switch generally has the overload short-circuit protection and the electric leakage protection functions. In order to solve the problem, the existing method is to add a zero line disconnection protection device on the home junction box, but the device can only provide protection when the zero line of the external line is disconnected, but cannot protect the zero line disconnection condition in the indoor power line, so that a power strip with a zero line disconnection protection function needs to be developed.

the zero line N wiring terminal is electrically connected with one end of the warning lamp through a wire, and the other end of the warning lamp is electrically connected with the ground wire G wiring terminal through a wire; the zero line N wiring terminal is electrically connected with the first alternating current input end of the rectifier bridge through a wire at the same time, and the second alternating current input end of the rectifier bridge is electrically connected with the ground wire G wiring terminal through a wire; the positive pole of the direct current output end of the rectifier bridge is electrically connected with the positive pole of the coil pin pulling mechanism, the negative pole of the direct current output end of the rectifier bridge is electrically connected with the negative pole of the coil pin pulling mechanism, and the two ends of the coil pin pulling mechanism are connected with filter capacitors in parallel;
a spring is arranged in the coil of the coil pin pulling mechanism, the spring is fixedly connected with a magnetic connecting rod, a pin head is arranged at one end of the magnetic connecting rod, which is far away from the spring, and the pin head is in bayonet plug-in connection with the side surface of an insulating key of the key release switch;

In a preferred mode, when the current flowing through the coil of the coil pin pulling mechanism exceeds 0.5A or the alternating voltage between the zero line N and the ground line G reaches 20V or more, the coil attracts the magnetic connecting rod to shrink, the magnetic connecting rod moves along the pin pulling direction, and the insulating key of the key release switch is tripped.
In a preferred embodiment, the warning lamp is turned on when the ac voltage between the neutral line N and the ground line G reaches 10V or more.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention has the characteristics of sensitive response to the disconnection of the zero line, simple structure and high reliability, and can provide effective protection function for the disconnection of the zero line for electric equipment.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a power strip with a zero line breakage protection function, wherein an insulating shell of the power strip is internally provided with: a zero line N binding post electrically connected with the zero line N, a ground line G binding post electrically connected with the ground line G and a fire wire L binding post electrically connected with the fire wire L through a key trip switch;
the zero line N wiring terminal is electrically connected with one end of the warning lamp through a wire, and the other end of the warning lamp is electrically connected with the ground wire G wiring terminal through a wire; the zero line N wiring terminal is electrically connected with the first alternating current input end of the rectifier bridge through a wire at the same time, and the second alternating current input end of the rectifier bridge is electrically connected with the ground wire G wiring terminal through a wire; the positive pole of the direct current output end of the rectifier bridge is electrically connected with the positive pole of the coil pin pulling mechanism, the negative pole of the direct current output end of the rectifier bridge is electrically connected with the negative pole of the coil pin pulling mechanism, and the two ends of the coil pin pulling mechanism are connected with filter capacitors in parallel;

As shown in fig. 1, the two ac input ends of the rectifier bridge are respectively a first ac input end and a second ac input end, the first ac input end is connected to the zero line N, the second ac input end is connected to the ground line G, the dc output end of the rectifier bridge is provided with an anode and a cathode, the anode is connected to one end of the filter capacitor, the anode is further connected to the coil anode of the coil pin pulling mechanism, the cathode is connected to the other end of the filter capacitor, the cathode is further connected to the coil cathode of the coil pin pulling mechanism, and when the ac voltage between the zero line N and the ground line G reaches 20V or above, the coil pin pulling mechanism J1 acts to disconnect the key trip switch K1.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the warning lamp LED1 is connected to the neutral line N, and the other end is connected to the ground line G, and when the ac voltage between the neutral line N and the ground line G reaches 10V or more, the warning lamp LED1 is significantly lighted.

As shown in fig. 3, the coil pin pulling mechanism J1 is composed of a coil, a spring and a magnetic connecting rod, the positive electrode of the coil is connected to the positive electrode of the dc output end of the rectifier bridge, the negative electrode of the coil is connected to the negative electrode of the dc output end of the rectifier bridge, the spring is connected to the magnetic connecting rod, the magnetic connecting rod comprises a guide rod, a magnet block and a pin head at the tail end of the guide rod, the spring is placed inside the coil, the magnetic connecting rod is connected to the bayonet of the key release switch, and when the current flowing in the coil exceeds the preset limit value 0.5A, the magnetic connecting rod is rapidly separated from the bayonet of the key release switch K1, so that the key release switch K1 is disconnected and the live wire L is disconnected.
As shown in fig. 1, the filter capacitor C1 functions as an output waveform of gentle full-wave rectification.
As shown in fig. 1, the power strip P1 has three connection terminals: the live wire L connecting terminal, the zero line N binding post, the ground wire G binding post, live wire L connecting terminal connects live wire output terminal Lout, and zero line N binding post connects zero line N, and ground wire G binding post connects ground wire G.
