In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a method for distribution and solution management of inspection reports.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for distributing and managing the answer of a test report, which comprises a method for distributing the test report and a method for managing the answer of the test report.
The method for distributing the inspection report comprises the steps that a user at a demand side provides the inspection report to a specific Internet service platform through terminal equipment and requests the service platform to provide services of answering and evaluating the inspection report, a practitioner registered on the Internet service platform responds through the terminal equipment and determines to receive the service request (or called service order) and answers and evaluates the inspection report according to a set flow so as to make a professional report.
Such medical practitioners include, but are not limited to, medical inspectors, laboratory technicians, dieticians, and doctors with related professionals.
The distribution method of the inspection report further comprises the steps that a user of a demand party provides the inspection report to a specific Internet service platform through terminal equipment and appoints a practitioner registered on the Internet service platform with a hanging public practice number to provide answering and evaluation services for the inspection report; the appointed medical practitioner responds to the service request (or called service order) through the terminal equipment, confirms to accept the service request, answers and evaluates the inspection report according to a set flow, and then makes a professional report.
The solution management method of the inspection report comprises the following steps:
1) the practitioner is required to be a practitioner which has corresponding legal qualification and is registered as a service client on the service platform.
2) The professional answers the project contents on the inspection report professionally, and the professional reports for answering and evaluating the comparison between the values or the percentage of the values on the inspection report and the normal values (namely, the normal values calibrated by the industry standard or the specification), wherein the answer and the evaluation report should have objective scientific professional characteristics. That is, the professional report is formed by interpreting the professional terms on the examination report in a popular and easy-to-understand expression manner, answering the question of the user on the demand side, and evaluating the examination report.
The solution and evaluation report also comprises evaluation made on whether the content of the inspection items of the inspection report is enough to cover the inspection items which are most needed to be solved or only important by the user of the demand side.
3) And correspondingly rewarding the medical practitioners who finish the business orders according to the regulations.
4) And correspondingly penalizing the medical practitioners violating the regulations.
The distribution method of the inspection report comprises a distribution process, wherein the distribution process comprises a distribution process of a specified order and a distribution process of a non-specified order.
The appointed order is an order which is appointed by a user of a demand party through terminal equipment (for easier memory and resolution, the order is called as a demand user end for short) and is provided with service by a professional executive related to a public practice number which is hung on a webpage of a specific Internet service platform, and the order is also called as a roll call order; the non-specified orders refer to all orders except the specified orders, and specifically refer to orders without checkout report categories (related medical departments) or/and without practice numbers.
It is understood that the background information of the relevant practitioners who disclose the job numbers on the web pages of a specific internet professional service platform is to require the user end to select the service characteristics and the professionals that are suitable for the user end.
Background information disclosure of related practitioners includes, but is not limited to, professional categories (or subjects) such as medical or laboratory subjects or nutritional subjects, years of work, job ratings, skills (subjects), personal reputation, and city.
The said license number is a service user with unique characteristic label automatically compiled by the service platform (or called as server) according to certain rule when it is registered as service user end; the registered service client has the opportunity to modify the practice number for a plurality of times before the order is received.
The embodiment discloses a distribution process of an inspection report, which specifically includes the following steps:
the distribution process of the specified order comprises the following steps:
the first step in the flowchart includes that the service platform receives a check report and service information which requests to answer and evaluate and is sent by a demand user side.
For realizing the instant message exchange function required in the first step, the service platform, the demand client and the terminal equipment of the practitioner (hereinafter referred to as "service client" for better memory and easy resolution) are all installed with a dedicated instant communication application program; moreover, the requesting client needs to register as a requesting client with a unique feature tag after installing a dedicated instant messaging application program, otherwise, the requesting client is only in the identity of a 'tourist'.
Similarly, a service client must register as a service client with a unique feature tag after installing a dedicated instant messaging application.
And step two in the flow chart, the service platform acquires the label information corresponding to the demand user side. The label information generally includes a city location where the demand user terminal is located, a type of the inspection report, a practice number of a designated practitioner, and the like, which is called a designated order or a roll call order.
Step three in the flow chart, the service platform generates a specified order according to the specified label information and sends the order to the service user side with the specified practice number.
At the moment, the service platform sends a payment notice to the demand user side, and the demand user side enters the next step after paying; otherwise, the order is temporarily suspended beyond a set time until one party cancels the order.
And step four in the flow chart, the service user end with the assigned executive number receives the order and then feeds back order receiving information to the service platform, wherein the order receiving information at least comprises the time for completing the answering and evaluation report. This setting is a deterministic reply to the requesting client, and the information to be transmitted is the time that the specified order has been accepted and the time to complete the specified order.
In addition, there may be another case where the specified order of the demand user side further includes the time when the order is completed; in these cases, if the service user terminal with the assigned license number cannot complete the assigned order within the assigned time, the service user terminal needs to respond within the set time; if the service client with the assigned license number can not respond within the set time, the service platform defaults that the service client with the assigned license number can not accept the assigned order and automatically replies a message to the demand client indicating that the assigned order can not be completed, and suggests the demand client to select other service clients additionally, or suggests the demand client to accept other service clients recommended by the service platform and closest to the demand of the assigned order.
Step five in the flow chart, the service platform feeds back order receiving information to the demand user side. And the service user terminal with the assigned license number feeds back order receiving information to the service platform after determining to receive the order, and the service platform feeds back the order receiving information to the demand user terminal in real time.
Step six in the flow chart, after receiving the answer and evaluation report sent back by the service client, the service platform immediately sends the answer and evaluation report to the demand client, and the service client can accept the on-line consultation of the demand client.
After the service client with assigned license number determines to accept the order, the answer and evaluation report of the inspection report should be made within the specified or committed time, and the service client needs to accept the consultation of the requirement client on line (if necessary).
The answer and evaluation report of the test report comprises a character expression mode or a voice expression mode, can also be a mixed expression mode of video, voice and characters, and also comprises a mixed expression mode of pictures, graphs, voice and characters, or a combined expression mode of two or more than two.
The non-specified order distribution process comprises the following steps: step A in the flow chart, the step A comprises that a service platform receives a check report sent by a demand user side and service information which requests to answer and evaluate;
at the moment, the service platform sends a payment notice to the demand user side, and the demand user side enters the next step after paying; otherwise, the order is suspended temporarily after the set time is exceeded until the order is cancelled by the requesting client.
Step B in the flow chart, the service platform acquires label information corresponding to the demand user side, wherein the label information only comprises the urban position where the demand user side is located and the type of the inspection report or only the type of the urban position where the demand user side is located and has no inspection report; and the service client without the assigned license number belongs to the non-assigned order.
Step C in the flow chart, the service platform forms a first-stage label order according to the label information corresponding to the demand user side and the service information answered and evaluated by the inspection report, sends the first-stage label order to all matched service user sides of the city where the demand user side is located, if the first-stage label order is not responded within a preset time period after being sent, the second-stage label order is sent to the service user sides of the adjacent cities in an expanded mode, and if the second-stage label order is not responded within the preset time period after being sent, the third-stage label order is sent to all service user sides nationwide in an expanded mode until the third-stage label order is responded.
It can also be understood that the label order sent in the first stage is sent to all service clients in the regional city where the demand client is located, the label order sent in the second stage is sent to all service clients in the province where the demand client is located, and the label order sent in the third stage is sent to all service clients nationwide.
Generally, the order dispatching or order grabbing is carried out on business areas which belong to unspecified orders and are divided according to national administrative regions so as to increase the experience of demand users. Because the service users and the demand users in the same area are relatively close to each other in terms of the geomantic and personage, the language customs and even the local policy, and are easy to communicate.
The order issuing mode of the non-specified order is mainly carried out in an order grabbing mode, namely, the service platform discloses the content of the non-specified order which needs to be solved and evaluated by the inspection report to all service user terminals which are registered in the urban area according to the urban position where the demand user terminal is located; all service clients registered in the urban area can preempt the unspecified order.
The service client for performing the order grabbing needs to pay attention that the medical professional (or the practice professional) registered by the service client needs to be the same as or close to the type of the inspection report of the order; otherwise, the order grabbing action is invalid. And the punishment of the service platform is required to be accepted when the behavior is judged to be invalid and the order grabbing behavior is judged to be invalid, so that the medical profession and seriousness are ensured.
Of course, a service client can simultaneously register several medical specialties of different types according to different practice qualifications owned by the service client. The license qualification certificate should be a certificate issued by a professional approved by a national professional or a professional approved by a national administrative authority.
The original personal information such as sex and age on the inspection report can be seen only by the service client who waits for the successful order grabbing and confirms to receive the order. This flow arrangement is to better protect the privacy of the demanding user.
Step D in the flowchart, the service client feeds back order receiving information to the service platform after responding and confirming the order, wherein the order receiving information at least comprises the time of completing the answering and evaluating report and the practice number of the service client.
And E, feeding back order receiving information to the demand user side by the service platform.
In step F of the flowchart, the service platform immediately sends the answer and evaluation report to the requesting client after receiving the answer and evaluation report sent back by the service client, and the service client can accept the online consultation of the requesting client.
The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial social effects that: 1. an online professional service platform is provided, so that a person to be inspected can quickly obtain an inspection report and obtain professional answers and evaluations, and the experience of people is improved. 2. Providing more employment opportunities for professionals. 3. Medical examination reports made by hospitals or examination institutions of ordinary level can be distributed to professional institutions or professionals of higher level or more authoritative, and corresponding professional answering and evaluation services can be obtained; meanwhile, the problem of non-uniform medical resources in China can be solved at low cost.
