Alternatively, the server may also be a server cluster formed by several servers. Or, with the development of scientific technology, the server can also be a new technical means capable of realizing the corresponding functions of the specification implementation mode. For example, it may be a new form of "server" implemented based on quantum computing.
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for configuring a medical form, which is applied to a client. The method comprises the following steps.
Step S110: providing a configuration page for the medical form; wherein the configuration page has a master form item configuration item and a slave form item configuration item; the master form item configuration item is used for receiving a configuration operation to configure a master form item, and the slave form item configuration item is used for receiving a configuration operation to configure a slave form item subordinate to the master form item; the main form item configuration item is provided with an identification sequence used for configuring the value of the main form item.
The configuration page of the medical form can be provided for facilitating the configuration of the medical form by a user, so that the configured medical form can be more conveniently utilized in a specific business scene to generate the form suitable for a specific business. Wherein the medical form may be a medical form created by a research project in the clinical medicine field for testing a pharmaceutical product or a medical device product.
The medical form may be used to record information in the medical field. The medical form may include a plurality of form items, wherein a form item may include a master form item and a slave form item that is subordinate to the master form item. For a particular clinical business scenario, a user may configure a medical form applicable to the business scenario. Specifically, for example, a user may configure a blood routine form including corresponding blood routine test items when the user needs to record data of blood routine tests. In some embodiments, the medical form may also be used as a form template for configuring medical forms in different business scenarios. Specifically, for example, a user may configure a completed medical form as a form template, and add and delete part of form items on the basis of the form template to meet the needs of a specific business scenario. Or, the user may select form items applicable to a specific service from the multiple form templates to generate a medical form applicable to a specific service scenario.
The medical form may include a form item. The form item may be used to record information for a medical form. The form item may include information such as a form item name, a value, and an attribute. Specifically, for example, the form item may be used to record information such as the name, age, and the like of a blood routine test subject in the medical field. In some embodiments, the form entry may have multiple values, and specifically, for example, in a physical examination form, there are form entries named "physical examination entry" and "examination result". The form item named "physical examination item" may have a plurality of values, such as "head", "chest", "lymph node", "muscle" and "nervous system". Accordingly, the form item named "examination result" may have a number of values corresponding to the form item named "physical examination item", and may respectively represent examination results of "head", "chest", "lymph node", "muscle" and "nervous system". The value of the form item named as the "inspection result" may be input by a user, or may be determined by setting a preset value.
The master form entry may have a preset value. Specifically, for example, in the physical examination form, the form item named "physical examination item" may be a main form item including preset values of "head", "chest", "lymph node", "muscle", "nervous system". A plurality of preset values may be displayed when using the medical form generated by the master form item. Of course, one of the preset values may also be displayed. The preset value may be determined according to user input when configuring the main form item. Of course, the preset value may also be determined by establishing a binding relationship between the main form item and a pre-configured value dictionary having a plurality of preset values when the main form item is configured.
The slave form item may be dependent on the master form item. The number of values of the subordinate form item may be the same as the number of values set by the master form item. Specifically, for example, a main form item named "physical examination item" may include 5 values, respectively "head", "chest", "lymph node", "muscle", and "nervous system". In this case, the form item named "examination result" may be a subordinate form item subordinate to the main form item named "physical examination item". Here, the subordinate form item named "examination result" may have 5 values, which respectively represent 5 examination results of "head", "chest", "lymph node", "muscle", and "nervous system". After the preset value number of the master form item is changed, the value number of the slave form items subordinate to the form items can be changed according to different master form items. In some embodiments, the dependent form entry may also include a preset value. For example, in the blood routine form, the preset value of the subordinate form item named "examination result" may be set to 0, so that the value area of the subordinate form item is set to 0 by default. After the user inputs the corresponding numerical value, the numerical value of the value area of the subordinate form item can be updated to the numerical value input by the user.
The form item configuration item may be used to configure a form item in the medical form. Wherein the form item configuration item may include configuration information of a corresponding form item. The configuration information may be information such as ID, value, presentation mode, identification sequence, authority, etc. of the form item. Based on the form item configuration items, a medical form may be generated with corresponding form items.
The display mode of the form item can represent the form of the form item name, the value of the form item and the attribute of the form item in the medical form. Specifically, for example, the presentation may include a drop-down radio box. The display mode is that the form item of the drop-down unit frame can have a corresponding preset value. In the pull-down unit box, a plurality of preset values can be displayed. Of course, the presentation mode may also be a non-limited type text box, and the data in the text box may be input by the user, and the type of the input data is not limited.
In some embodiments, the permissions of the form item may include whether the form item is active, whether the form item must be filled, whether the form item allows entry, whether the form item allows post-save modification, whether the form item must be SDV, whether the form item must enter clinical meaning, whether the form item must be reviewed, whether the form item is to record the form date, and the like. Whether the form item has the corresponding authority or not can be indicated by a designated symbol mark in the form item configuration item. For example, in the case of ownership, it may be represented by a symbol "√" in the area corresponding to the display authority information, and in the case of no corresponding authority, it may be represented by a symbol "×".
In some implementations, the configuration page can include a form configuration item for configuring the form item. Wherein the form configuration items may include a master form configuration item for configuring the master form and a slave form configuration item for configuring the slave form. The main form item configuration item can configure the main form item. Wherein the configuration item of the main form item may include configuration information of the main form item. For example, the configuration items of the main form item may include information such as name, presentation mode, identification sequence, authority, and the like of the main form item. Specifically, for example, in the form of the physical examination, the configuration information, which is named "physical examination item", of the master form item corresponding to the master form item named "physical examination item", may include configuration information, which is named "physical examination item", has a presentation manner of "drop-down radio box", has an identification sequence of "1 |2|3|4| 5", and has a right of yes or no to fill in.
The slave form item configuration item can configure the slave form item. Wherein the subordinate form item configuration item may include information of a subordinate form item. For example, the configuration items of the main form item may include information such as name, presentation mode, identification sequence, authority, and the like of the main form item. Specifically, for example, in the form of the physical examination, the configuration information that the name of the "examination result", the presentation mode of the "text box (without limitation)", the identification sequence of the "examination result", and the authority to fill in or not of the "text box (without limitation)" may be included in the subordinate form configuration item corresponding to the subordinate form item with the name of the "examination result".
The identification sequence may be used to represent the value of a form entry. The form item configuration item can display the identification sequence corresponding to the form item. The identification sequence may be formed by a plurality of identifications. Of course, the identification sequence may also comprise only one identification. The identifier in the identifier sequence may correspond to a value of a form item. The corresponding relation between the value of the form item and the identifier can be configured in advance. Specifically, for example, the value of the form item may be determined by establishing a binding relationship with a pre-configured value dictionary. When configuring the value dictionary, the identifier corresponding to each value in the value dictionary may be configured. Correspondingly, after the configuration of the value dictionary is completed, the value dictionary can obtain an identification sequence formed by identifications corresponding to all the values in the value dictionary. In some embodiments, the primary form configuration entry corresponding to the primary form may include an identification sequence formed by a plurality of identifications.
The configuration page for the medical form may be an operations page for configuring the medical form. The configuration page of the medical form can be displayed through a browser or an application program.
Step S120: establishing an association relation between the main form item and the auxiliary form item configured based on the main form item configuration item and the auxiliary form item configuration item and the medical form; wherein the main list item includes the value represented by the identification sequence.
The method for establishing the association relationship between the master form item and the slave form item configured based on the master form item configuration item and the slave form item configuration item and the medical form may be to establish a relationship between a form item corresponding to the form item configuration item and a corresponding medical form in a configuration file. For example, the IDs of all form items included in the medical form, the memory addresses of the values of the form items, and some configuration information of the form item configuration items may be recorded in the configuration file through a tree structure. In some embodiments, the form may be generated by adding a field to a data table that records form information for recording the medical form to which the form belongs. Wherein the field representing the affiliation form may record the ID of the medical form to which it is affiliated. Specifically, for example, a medical form having a form ID of "1" includes a field named "height". In the data table corresponding to the form item of the record, a record with the form item name of "height" may be included in the record, and the record has a field representing a subordinate form, and the value of the field may be "1" of the form ID. When a field is subordinate to a plurality of medical forms, the subordinate form field may record a character string in which IDs of the plurality of medical forms to which the field is subordinate are concatenated with a designator. Of course, the method for establishing the association relationship may also be that a form having the form item corresponding to the form item configuration item included in the configuration page of the medical form is generated and stored directly according to the information of the form item configuration item.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the identifier sequence is formed by concatenating identifiers corresponding to values of the main list items.
The identification sequence may be used to represent the value of the form entry. The identification corresponding to the value of the form item can be clearly shown through the identification sequence. When the medical form is configured, the information of the form item in the medical form can be displayed more clearly, and the configuration efficiency is improved.
The splicing mode of the identification sequence can be formed by splicing the identifications corresponding to the main form items through designated symbols. Wherein the designated symbol can be used to distinguish between multiple identities in an identity sequence. For example, the designated symbol may be "|", or "# &" or the like.
