Specifically, a property information synchronization module in the intelligent contract calls an agent contract, and the agent contract sends a selling state acquisition request to a prediction machine module according to the identification information of the target property in the transaction request; and the predictive teller module outside the block chain/alliance chain acquires a target interface address from the block chain, then accesses the house management bureau according to the target interface address, and acquires the selling state of the corresponding target house property from the house management bureau according to the identification information in the selling state acquisition request. Therefore, the current selling condition of the target property can be accurately known, whether the target property is sold currently or not is accurately determined, and a foundation is laid for the subsequent property transaction according to the selling state.

The system and the method have the advantages that the functions of house property digitalization, transaction synchronization, number shaking and drawing lots and the like are realized through the block chain and the intelligent contract, the conditions of information opaqueness, data inconsistency, third-party cheating and the like in the house property transaction process are avoided, house property transaction generation is reduced, house property transaction efficiency is improved, and house property transaction fairness is maintained.

1. A block chain-based real estate transaction method, the method comprising:
receiving a transaction request aiming at a target property sent by a first network node, wherein the transaction request at least comprises identification information of the target property; the transaction request is generated by the first network node based on the corresponding identification information of the target property after the target property is determined;
acquiring the selling state of the target property by using a language predicting machine module based on the identification information in the transaction request;
and responding the real estate transaction request based on the selling state of the target real estate to complete the real estate transaction or terminate the real estate transaction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving a transaction request for a target property sent by a first network node, the method further comprises:
receiving the house property information to be sold, which is issued by each second network node;
processing each house property information to be sold to obtain corresponding identification information;
storing each property information identification information to a block chain;
storing at least each of the property information to a predetermined storage location outside the blockchain;
and broadcasting each identification information to at least one first network node in the block chain, so that the first network node acquires corresponding property information from the preset storage position based on each identification information to determine a target property.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises: establishing an incidence relation between the house information to be sold and the corresponding identification information;
the storing at least each property information to a predetermined storage location outside the blockchain specifically includes:
and storing each property information and the association relation between the property information and the corresponding identification information to a preset storage position outside the block chain.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the selling status of the target property using a propheter module based on the identification information in the transaction request specifically comprises:
sending a selling state acquisition request to a language prediction machine module according to the transaction request based on an agent contract; the selling state obtaining request comprises identification information of a target property;
receiving the selling state of the target property obtained by the predicting machine module accessing the property management bureau based on the identification information of the target property and the target interface address based on the agent contract; the target interface address is obtained by the predictive engine module from a blockchain.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving the transaction request for the target property sent by the first network node specifically comprises:
determining a first network node with transaction qualification as a target first network node;
and receiving a transaction request aiming at the target property sent by the target first network node.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining that the first network node that qualifies for the transaction is the target first network node comprises:
generating a random number for each of the first network nodes;
acquiring a target number based on a speaker module;
determining at least one random number as a mid-signed number at least based on the random numbers and the target numbers of the first network nodes;
and determining the first network node corresponding to the middle-signed number as the target first network node.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
determining an active first network node according to the received transaction request;
and after each identification information is broadcasted to at least one first network node in the block chain, sending prompt information to the active first network node.
8. A block chain-based property transaction method applied to a first network node in a block chain, the method comprising:
determining a target property based on the obtained plurality of property information;
generating a transaction request based on the identification information of the target property;
sending the transaction request to an intelligent contract so as to acquire the selling state of the target property through a language predicting machine module according to the identification information in the transaction request by utilizing the intelligent contract;
and receiving a response result of the intelligent contract to the real estate transaction request according to the selling state of the target real estate so as to complete the real estate transaction or terminate the real estate transaction.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the determining the target property based on the obtained plurality of property information comprises:
receiving identification information of each to-be-sold property broadcasted by the intelligent contract;
acquiring property information corresponding to the identification information from a predetermined storage position outside the blockchain based on each of the identification information;
and determining the target property based on the property information.

The method of claim 8, wherein the intelligent contracts include agent contracts and application contracts; the obtaining of the selling state of the target property by using the intelligent contract through a prophetic machine module according to the identification information in the transaction request specifically includes:
sending a selling state acquisition request to a language prediction machine module by utilizing an agent contract in the intelligent contract according to the transaction request; the selling state obtaining request comprises identification information of a target property;
receiving the selling state of the target property obtained by the house management bureau through the agent contract by the predicting machine module based on the identification information of the target property and the target interface address; the target interface address is obtained by the predictive engine module from a blockchain.
