And the control device 12 is used for executing the production line touch inspection method. Specifically, the control device is used for receiving a detection trigger instruction; triggering a detection device to perform touch detection on the touch area according to the detection trigger instruction; and acquiring response information of the touch area, and triggering an output device to display the detection result of the touch area according to the response information.
In a particular in-line touch inspection system, touch inspection of a touch area of a product may be performed by the in-line. The product may be a product with a touch area, such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, or a heater, and is not specifically limited in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the touch area may be a touch screen or a key, and in this embodiment, the technical solution is described by taking a product as a whole machine and the touch area as a key as an example.
It should be noted that the control device may be a control chip, the control chip is disposed on the product, and the program of the production line touch inspection method may be integrated on a motherboard of the product, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, an inspection device, comprising: simulating fingers; the simulation finger can be detachably connected.
For example, the simulated fingers can be spliced and the height of the simulated fingers can be adjusted according to the arrangement mode and the number of the touch keys of the whole machine, so that the simulated fingers can simultaneously touch the corresponding touch keys during inspection. The manufacturing of the simulated finger is the prior art, and a tooling manufacturing mode in the prior art can be selected to manufacture the simulated finger, which is not limited in the embodiment. The emulation finger can splice through magnetic force, also can splice through the buckle, can also connect through the mosaic structure who corresponds, does not specifically prescribe a limit to in this embodiment, can realize dismantling the connection can.
It is worth mentioning that for each model of product, a corresponding checking device can be provided, thereby realizing a pipelining function. After the product stops, the inspection device can be detached to form the inspection device for the products of other models for cyclic utilization.
During production line inspection, after an inspection trigger instruction is received, the inspection device is triggered to perform touch inspection on the touch area on the production line, after the touch area of each product is subjected to touch inspection, response information of the touch area of each product is obtained, and the output device is triggered to display an inspection result of the touch area according to the response information.
Wherein, the output device can be an output device arranged on the product. For example, a display component, a sound component, and the like may be provided for the product itself.
The production line touch inspection system provided by the embodiment of the invention receives an inspection trigger instruction; triggering a detection device to perform touch detection on the touch area according to the detection trigger instruction; and acquiring response information of the touch area, and triggering an output device to display the detection result of the touch area according to the response information. On producing the line, can carry out the assembly line through verifying attachment to the touch region of every product and detect to show the inspection result through output device, so that inspection personnel look over the inspection result through output device, and is convenient, swift, has promoted the production efficiency of inspection efficiency and production line.
In some embodiments, receiving a verification trigger instruction includes: receiving a detection trigger instruction sent by a remote control end; and/or receiving touch operation, judging whether the touch times of the touch operation within a preset time interval reach a time threshold, and if the touch times reach the time threshold, determining the touch operation of the touch times as a detection trigger instruction.
In some embodiments, triggering the verification device to perform the touch verification on the touch area according to the verification trigger instruction includes: entering a detection touch working mode according to a detection trigger instruction; and triggering the checking device to perform touch checking on the touch area according to a checking rule for checking the touch working mode.
In this embodiment, a verification touch operating mode and a normal operating mode are set, and in order to distinguish a quality inspection state from a user operating state and prevent a user from mistakenly triggering the verification touch mode when the user uses the device, the device is set to enter the verification touch operating mode through a verification trigger instruction. When the inspection trigger instruction is sent, the embodiment of the invention provides two sending modes, and quality inspection personnel can select the two sending modes according to requirements. When the whole machine is provided with a remote control end, for example, when the remote controller is used, a quality testing person can send a testing trigger instruction to the whole machine through a combined key of a preset rule of the remote controller so as to enable the whole machine to enter a testing touch working mode, wherein one remote controller can enable the whole machine of a batch to enter the testing touch working mode; when the whole machine does not have a remote control end, the touch area can be continuously touched within a preset time interval (for example, 1 second or 2 seconds) through the inspection device, so that an inspection trigger instruction is determined, the whole machine enters an inspection touch working mode, wherein a time threshold can be set to be 3 times, and when the touch is continuously touched for 3 times, the whole machine enters the inspection touch working mode.
And after the complete machine enters a touch detection working mode, performing touch detection on the touch area through a detection device.

Wherein, the display module can be the pilot lamp, and the sound subassembly can be bee calling organ, and at specific realization in-process, can set up different output device according to the difference of product. For example, when the product is provided with a display lamp, the display lamp of the product may be provided as the output device.
In some embodiments, acquiring response information of the touch area, and triggering an output device to display a verification result of the touch area according to the response information includes: when the response information of the touch area is abnormal, triggering an output device to display the abnormal detection result of the touch area in a first state; and/or when the response information of the touch area is normal, triggering the output device to display the normal detection result of the touch area in a second state.
For example, if the output device is a display lamp in the display module and the detection result of the touch area is abnormal, the first display state may be that the lamp is turned off, and conversely, the second state may be that the lamp is turned on; or, when the detection result of the touch area is abnormal, the first display state may be a red light, and conversely, the second display state may be a green light. If the output device is a buzzer in the sound component and the detection result of the touch area is abnormal, the first display state can be that no sound is produced, and conversely, the second state can be that sound is produced.

In some embodiments, acquiring response information of the touch area, and triggering an output device to display a verification result of the touch area according to the response information includes: and when the number of the output devices is smaller than that of the touch sub-areas, if the response information of any touch sub-area is abnormal, displaying the abnormal detection result of the touch area by using a preset output device.
For example, when the number of output devices on the whole machine, such as the display lamps, is greater than the number of the keys, each key may be set to correspond to one display lamp, and the state of one display lamp corresponds to the inspection result of one key. The corresponding relation between each display lamp and the corresponding key is preset, so that the inspector can judge the inspection result of the corresponding key according to the display state of each display lamp.
For example, when the output devices on the whole machine, such as the display lamps, are smaller than the number of the keys, one of the display lamps can be arranged to reflect the test results of the keys. When the check result of any key is abnormal, the abnormal state is displayed by a set display lamp. When the set display lamp displays that the detection is abnormal, the abnormal key is shown in the whole machine, and the inspector can manually inspect the key of the whole machine to confirm the specific abnormal key.
For example, in some embodiments, the overall test procedure is described as follows: when the simulated finger is pressed down to check a plurality of keys, if all the keys are normal, all the display lamps can be triggered to light up; if any key is abnormal, whether the number of the display lamps is larger than the number of the keys is judged, and if the number of the display lamps is larger than the number of the keys, the display lamp corresponding to the abnormal key is triggered to be not on. If the number of the display lamps is smaller than that of the keys, the set display lamps are triggered to be not lighted when any key is abnormal, and therefore any manual inspection is performed.
In some embodiments, it may be set that the verification touch operation mode is automatically exited 1 minute after the touch verification is completed.
