At this moment, the first rotary table 12 and the second rotary table are started to enable the first rotary table 12 and the second rotary table to synchronously rotate in the same direction, in the process, the wire coil on the first rotary table 12 is gradually discharged outwards, penetrates through the meter counting mechanism 3 and drives the meter counting wheel 31 to rotate, so that the sensing piece 32 generates a sensing signal, after signal processing and conversion are carried out by the processor, the meter counting mechanism 3 accumulates and measures the length of the passing wire, and measured length data is displayed in real time through the display screen. After passing through the metering mechanism 3, the wire is wound up again at the take-up mechanism 2. The process is continued until the wire coil to be detected is completely paid out, the wire coil to be detected is reeled up again at the second turntable, the indication of the display is the total length of the wire coil to be detected, and the measurement process of the length of the wire can be completed by reeling up the wire at the second turntable.

the pay-off mechanism comprises a first tray and a first rotary disc which is rotatably arranged on the first tray, and a first fixing assembly used for placing a wire coil is arranged on the first rotary disc;
the wire winding mechanism is arranged beside the wire unwinding mechanism and comprises a second tray and a second turntable which is rotatably arranged on the second tray, and a second fixing assembly used for winding the wires into coils is arranged on the second turntable;
the meter counting mechanism is arranged between the pay-off mechanism and the take-up mechanism; the meter counting mechanism comprises a meter counting wheel and a sensing part, the meter counting wheel is used for rotating along with the movement of the electric wire, and the sensing part is linked with the meter counting wheel and used for sensing the number of rotating turns of the meter counting wheel;
the pressing mechanism is linked with the metering wheel and is used for driving the metering wheel to move up and down so as to enable the metering wheel to press the electric wire;
and the processor is in signal connection with the sensing piece and is used for processing and displaying the sensing result of the sensing piece.
2. The electric wire meter counter device with take-up and pay-off functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first fixing member comprises:
the three guide rails are distributed around the geometric center of the first turntable at equal intervals;
the three first sliding parts are respectively arranged on the three guide rails in a sliding manner and used for propping against the inner side of the wire coil to fix the wire coil;
the structure of the second fixing component is the same as that of the first fixing component.

the sliding rod is perpendicular to the first rotary table and is arranged beside the geometric center of the first rotary table;
