when the contaminated air passes through the cavity between the first and second bending plates 29 and 30, the foreign substances are caught in the cavity by the blocking columns 31, thereby rapidly filtering the contaminated air;
when the filter assembly 22 is cleaned, the first frame 27 and the second frame 28 are separated, the lifting block is lifted, the connecting rod 34 is pulled through the lifting rod 35, and the ash removal folded plate 32 is pulled through the connecting rod 34, so that accumulated impurities are scraped off from the blocking column 31, the impurities are quickly erased from the ash removal folded plate 32, the impurities are prevented from being wound on the blocking column 31 and the ash removal folded plate 32, the cleaning speed is greatly increased, and the overall working efficiency is improved.
When the air extractor is used, the air extractor 1 is independently arranged outside a textile workshop, so that the influence of noise and high temperature generated by the high-power air extractor 1 in the using process on textile production is avoided, the air extractor 1 continuously extracts air through the air extracting pipe 2 and discharges the air through the air discharging pipe 4, the air extracting pipe 2 continuously extracts air containing impurities in the textile workshop through the filter box 3, the air discharging pipe 4 discharges the air without impurities into the textile workshop through the receiving cylinder 5 and the air discharging cover 6, so that flowing air is formed in the textile workshop, meanwhile, the filter box 3 filters and accumulates the impurities in the air into the filter assembly 22, so that the air in the textile workshop is filtered, meanwhile, the water in the water storage tank 8 is conveyed to the atomizing nozzle 10 through the water discharging pipe 9 by the water pump, water mist is continuously sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 10 to atomize the air conveyed into the textile workshop by the air discharging cover 6, the humidity of the air is improved, and the impurities in the air and small droplets in the mist are combined with each other;
during the filtering operation, the air containing impurities is guided to flow towards the filtering component 22 by the air exhaust hood 16, the air containing impurities firstly passes through the first bending plate 29, flows into the cavity between the first bending plate 29 and the second bending plate 30 through the gap between the adjacent first bending plates 29, finally flows out of the filtering component 22 through the gap between the adjacent second bending plates 30, keeps impurities in the cavity between the first bending plate 29 and the second bending plate 30, and is intercepted in the cavity by the intercepting column 31, so that the air containing impurities is quickly filtered, the air containing impurities in the textile workshop is quickly filtered, the mounting frame 18 is kept stable in the filter box 3 through the mutual clamping connection of the buckle 19 and the clamping groove 20, when the filter box 3 is arranged at a position close to the top of the textile workshop, the lifting rod 21 is vertically downward, therefore, a user can conveniently replace the mounting frame 18, the mounting frame 18 is hermetically connected with the wall of the filter box 3 after being mounted in the filter box 3 through the sealing ring 23, each filter component 22 is limited and clamped through each pair of positioning frames 25 so that the filter components 22 are kept stable, meanwhile, when the filter components 22 filled with impurities are cleaned through simple and quick disassembly and assembly of bolts, the filter components 22 in the mounting frame 18 can be quickly replaced, when the filter components 22 are cleaned, the first frame 27 and the second frame 28 are separated, the lifting block is lifted, the connecting rod 34 is pulled through the lifting rod 35, the ash removal folded plate 32 is pulled through the connecting rod 34, so that the accumulated impurities are scraped from the blocking column 31, the impurities are quickly erased from the ash removal folded plate 32, and the impurities are prevented from being wound on the blocking column 31 and the ash removal folded plate 32;
during installation, the supporting base 11 is fixed on the ground, the positioning bolts 17 are loosened, the filter box 3 and the receiving cylinder 5 are respectively moved on the supporting column 7, so that the heights of the filter box 3 and the exhaust fan housing 6 are adjusted, then the positioning bolts 17 are screwed down to keep the filter box 3 and the exhaust fan housing 6 stable, then the supporting cylinder 12 is rotated, the lifting screw 13 is upwards pushed through threaded connection with the lifting screw 13 until the supporting top plate 14 abuts against the top of the inner side of a textile workshop, then the supporting cylinder 12 is screwed down to keep the supporting column 7 in a stable vertical state, and therefore the air channel between the filter box 3 and the exhaust fan housing 6 is adjusted according to actual needs.

Claims (5)

1. The air purification device for the textile workshop comprises an air pump (1) and a filter box (3), wherein an air suction pipe (2) is installed at the input end of the air pump (1), an exhaust pipe (4) is installed at the output end of the air pump (1), the air pump (1) is communicated with the filter box (3) through the air suction pipe (2), the air purification device is characterized in that a bearing cylinder (5) is installed at the end part of the exhaust pipe (4), an exhaust fan cover (6) is installed at the end part of the bearing cylinder (5), the filter box (3) and the exhaust fan cover (6) are installed in the textile workshop through a plurality of support columns (7), a plurality of filter components (22) are installed in the filter box (3), a water storage tank (8) is arranged below the exhaust fan cover (6), an atomizing nozzle (10) is installed on the lower side of the exhaust fan cover (6), and a water pump is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank (8);
the filter assembly (22) comprises a first frame (27) and a second frame (28), the first frame (27) and the second frame (28) are connected through a connecting frame, a plurality of first bending plates (29) which are uniformly distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the inner side of the first frame (27) side by side, and a plurality of second bending plates (30) which are uniformly distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the inner side of the second frame (28) side by side;
the first bending plates (29) and the second bending plates (30) are arranged in a staggered mode, a cavity structure formed by gaps is arranged between the first bending plates (29) and the second bending plates (30), and equal gaps are kept between every two adjacent first bending plates (29) and between every two adjacent second bending plates (30);
the ash removing folding plates (32) are arranged on the opposite side faces of the first bending plate (29) and the second bending plate (30), a plurality of blocking columns (31) which are uniformly distributed in an array and mutually correspond to each other are fixedly connected to the opposite side faces of the first bending plate (29) and the second bending plate (30), and the blocking columns (31) penetrate through the corresponding ash removing folding plates (32) and are in sliding connection with the ash removing folding plates (32);
connecting rods (34) are fixedly connected between the adjacent ash removal folded plates (32), and a lifting rod (35) is arranged between each pair of the connecting rods (34);
mounting grooves (33) are formed in the end bending corners of the two sides of the first frame (27) close to the first bending plate (29) and the end bending corners of the two sides of the second frame (28) close to the second bending plate (30), and each ash removal folding plate (32) is in sliding connection with the mounting grooves (33) in the first frame (27) and the second frame (28).
