Abstract
The invention discloses a foundation tower barrel, and belongs to the field of wind power towers. The foundation tower barrel comprises a tower barrel body, a supporting platform, a first longitudinal supporting part, a second longitudinal supporting part, a first radial fixing part, a second radial fixing part and a third radial fixing part, wherein the tower barrel body is a hollow revolving body; the first radial fixing part, the second radial fixing part and the third radial fixing part are sequentially arranged on the outer wall of the tower body from top to bottom, and the outer diameters of the first radial fixing part, the second radial fixing part and the third radial fixing part are sequentially reduced. According to the foundation tower barrel, the stability of connection between the foundation tower barrel and the ground can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of wind power towers, and particularly relates to a foundation tower.
Background
The wind power tower is an important component of a wind power generator system, is used for fixing and supporting a wind power generator, and is also a maintenance and operation platform of the wind power generator system. In practical engineering application, the installation stability of the wind power tower is the basis of safe operation of the whole wind turbine system. In order to facilitate production, manufacture, transportation and installation, the wind power tower is formed by hoisting and assembling multiple sections of tower sections, so that the connection stability of the foundation tower and the ground is important. Preferably, the tower body 01 is a hollow revolution body, the supporting platform 02 is integrally connected with the inner wall of the tower body 01, a plurality of first longitudinal supporting parts 03 are circumferentially distributed on the inner side of the tower body 01 at the upper part of the supporting platform 02, a plurality of second longitudinal supporting parts 04 are circumferentially distributed on the inner side of the tower body 01 at the lower part of the supporting platform 02, and the first longitudinal supporting parts 03 and the second longitudinal supporting parts 04 are alternately distributed in the radial direction; the first radial fixing portion 05, the second radial fixing portion 06 and the third radial fixing portion 07 are sequentially arranged on the outer wall of the tower body 01 from top to bottom, and the outer diameters of the first radial fixing portion 05, the second radial fixing portion 06 and the third radial fixing portion 07 are sequentially reduced.

The invention provides a foundation tower, as shown in fig. 1, which consists of a tower body 01, a supporting platform 02, a first longitudinal supporting part 03, a second longitudinal supporting part 04, a first radial fixing part 05, a second radial fixing part 06 and a third radial fixing part 07.
Specifically, the tower body 01 is a hollow revolving body, the supporting platform 02 is integrally connected with the inner wall of the tower body 01, a plurality of first longitudinal supporting portions 03 are circumferentially distributed on the inner side of the tower body 01 on the upper portion of the supporting platform 02, a plurality of second longitudinal supporting portions 04 are circumferentially distributed on the inner side of the tower body 01 on the lower portion of the supporting platform 02, and the first longitudinal supporting portions 03 and the second longitudinal supporting portions 04 are radially distributed in a staggered mode.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first, second and third radial fixing portions 05, 06, 07 are provided on the outer wall of the tower body 01 in order from top to bottom, and the outer diameters of the first, second and third radial fixing portions 05, 06, 07 are reduced in order.
The first radial fixing part 05 is arranged on the outer wall of the middle part of the tower body 01, and the supporting platform 02 is higher than the first radial fixing part 05 along the axial direction of the tower body 01.
The inner end surface of the first longitudinal support part 03 inclines from bottom to top to the outer side of the tower body 01, the inner end surface of the second longitudinal support part 04 is parallel to the axis of the tower body 01, and a plurality of fixing holes 041 are formed in the second longitudinal support part 04.
A plurality of first groove bodies 051 are circumferentially distributed on the first radial fixing portion 05, a plurality of second groove bodies 061 are circumferentially distributed on the second radial fixing portion 06, a plurality of third groove bodies 071 are circumferentially distributed on the third radial fixing portion 07, and the first groove bodies 051, the second groove bodies 061 and the third groove bodies 071 are radially staggered.
In practical application, the foundation tower barrel is used for the bottom of the wind power tower barrel, and the wind power tower barrel is connected with the ground. The middle lower part of the foundation tower barrel is integrally poured into concrete, the first longitudinal supporting part 04 is used for reinforcing the strength of the tower barrel body 01, the second longitudinal supporting part 04 is used for realizing radial fixation of the foundation tower barrel, steel cable (not shown) parts and the like can be circumferentially arranged in the fixing holes 041, so that the second longitudinal supporting part 04 is more stably fixed in the concrete pouring body; the first, second and third radial fixing portions 05, 06, 07 serve to achieve longitudinal fixing of the foundation tower. The first groove body 051, the second groove body 061 and the third groove body 071 which are distributed in a staggered manner in the radial direction are used for respectively guaranteeing the elasticity of the first radial fixing portion 05, the second radial fixing portion 06 and the third radial fixing portion 07 when being stressed, avoiding the integral uneven deformation caused by the stress in a certain direction, and simultaneously avoiding the stress strain caused by the ambient temperature.

The foundation tower is characterized by comprising a tower body (01), a supporting platform (02), a first longitudinal supporting part (03), a second longitudinal supporting part (04), a first radial fixing part (05), a second radial fixing part (06) and a third radial fixing part (07), wherein the tower body (01) is a hollow revolving body, the supporting platform (02) is integrally connected with the inner wall of the tower body (01), a plurality of first longitudinal supporting parts (03) are circumferentially distributed on the inner side of the tower body (01) on the upper part of the supporting platform (02), a plurality of second longitudinal supporting parts (04) are circumferentially distributed on the inner side of the tower body (01) on the lower part of the supporting platform (02), and the first longitudinal supporting parts (03) and the second longitudinal supporting parts (04) are radially staggered; the first radial fixing part (05), the second radial fixing part (06) and the third radial fixing part (07) are sequentially arranged on the outer wall of the tower body (01) from top to bottom, and the outer diameters of the first radial fixing part (05), the second radial fixing part (06) and the third radial fixing part (07) are sequentially reduced.
2. Foundation tower according to claim 1, characterized in that the first radial fixing part (05) is arranged on the outer wall of the middle part of the tower body (01).
3. Foundation tower according to claim 2, in which the support platform (02) is axially higher than the first radial fixing (05) along the tower body (01).
4. A foundation tower according to any of claims 1-3, characterised in that the inner end surface of the first longitudinal support (03) is inclined from bottom to top towards the outside of the tower body (01).
5. Foundation tower according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner end surface of the second longitudinal support (04) is parallel to the axis of the tower body (01).
6. Foundation tower according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of fixing holes (041) are provided in the second longitudinal support (04).
7. The foundation tower according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of first grooves (051) are circumferentially distributed on the first radial fixing portion (05).
8. The foundation tower according to claim 7, characterized in that a plurality of second grooves (061) are circumferentially distributed on the second radial fixing portion (06).
9. The foundation tower according to claim 8, characterized in that a plurality of third grooves (071) are circumferentially distributed on the third radial fixing portion (07).
10. The foundation tower according to claim 9, characterized in that the first (051), second (061) and third (071) grooves are staggered in radial direction.
