Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the generator transmission chain 60 includes a first intermediate shaft 61, a second intermediate shaft 62 and a generator gear 63, which are sequentially disposed at intervals and are parallel to the lower horizontal gear shaft 51, and a first intermediate gear 64 rotatably mounted on the outer circle of the first intermediate shaft 61, a second intermediate gear 65 rotatably mounted on the outer circle of the second intermediate shaft 62, and an adapter 66 fixed to the accessory case 11. The first intermediate shaft 61 and the second intermediate shaft 62 are fixedly supported on the accessory case 11, respectively, and the first intermediate gear 64 is externally engaged with the upper gear at the output end of the lower horizontal gear shaft 51, and the second intermediate gear 65 is externally engaged with the first intermediate gear 64. Both ends of the gear shaft of the generator gear 63 are rotatably supported on the accessory case 11 and the adapter 66, respectively, and the generator gear 63 is externally engaged with the second intermediate gear 65, and the extension shaft of the generator is coaxially connected with the gear shaft of the generator gear 63.
When the power transmission device works, the power on the lower horizontal gear shaft 51 is firstly transmitted to the first intermediate gear 64, then transmitted to the second intermediate gear 65, then transmitted to the generator gear 63, and finally transmitted to the extension shaft of the generator, so as to drive the belt motor 14 to work. In this alternative, as shown in fig. 2, the upper end of the generator gear 63 is supported on the accessory case 11 through a bearing, the lower end is supported on the adapter 66 through a bearing, and the internal spline of the lower end is connected with the extending shaft of the alternator to drive the alternator; the adapter 66 is mounted on the accessory case 11 through a stud, and the inside of the adapter is sealed through a sealing structure 68 formed by sealing the labyrinth and the leather cup, so that lubricating oil is prevented from entering the alternator. Further, as shown in fig. 2, the generator transmission chain 60 further includes a generator quick-release ring 69 mounted on the adapter 66 for quick-release of the transmission and the generator.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the end of the second intermediary shaft 62 is provided with a concave polygonal hole. The generator transmission chain 60 further includes a fixing seat 67 fixed to the accessory case 11, and the fixing seat 67 penetrates through the accessory case 11 and then extends into a polygonal hole of the second intermediate shaft 62, so as to effectively prevent the second intermediate shaft 62 from rotating.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the pump transmission chain 70 includes a third intermediate shaft 71 and a pump transmission shaft 72 that are sequentially disposed at intervals and are parallel to the lower horizontal gear shaft 51, a third intermediate gear 73 rotatably mounted on an outer circumference of the third intermediate shaft 71, and a pump gear 74 fixedly mounted on an outer circumference of the pump transmission shaft 72. The third intermediate shaft 71 is fixedly supported on the accessory case 11, and the third intermediate gear 73 is externally engaged with the upper gear at the output end of the lower horizontal gear shaft 51. The input end of the oil pump transmission shaft 72 is fixed with a gear shaft of the shaft oil pump gear, the opposite output end is coaxially connected with an oil pump driving gear 151 of the bearing oil pump 15, and the oil pump gear 74 is externally meshed with a third intermediate gear 73. When the power transmission device works, the power on the lower horizontal gear shaft 51 is firstly transmitted to the third intermediate gear 73, then transmitted to the oil well pump gear 74, then transmitted to the oil well pump transmission shaft 72 and finally transmitted to the oil well pump driving gear 151 to drive the bearing oil well pump 15 to work. In the alternative, the bearing oil pump 15 is fixed on the accessory casing 11 through a bearing oil pump mounting seat and a stud, and is used for pumping the lubricating oil in the middle and rear bearings; the oil well pump gear 74 is driven by the third intermediate gear 73 through gear engagement, and the upper end of the oil well pump gear is connected with the oil well pump transmission shaft 72 through an internal spline; the oil pump driving gear 151 is connected with the inner spline of the oil pump transmission shaft 72 through an upper end external spline so as to drive parts in the bearing oil pump 15 to work.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the hybrid transmission chain 80 includes a fourth intermediate shaft 81 and an auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft 82 which are sequentially disposed at intervals and are respectively parallel to the oil well pump transmission shaft 72, a fourth intermediate gear 83 rotatably mounted on an outer circle of the fourth intermediate shaft 81, a separator transmission shaft 84 fixedly mounted on an outer circle of the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft 82, and an auxiliary lubricating oil pump gear 85 fixedly mounted on an outer circle of the separator transmission shaft 84. The fourth intermediate shaft 81 is fixedly supported on the accessory case 11, and the fourth intermediate gear 83 is externally engaged with the pump gear 74. The auxiliary lubricating oil pump 16 and the air separator 17 are oppositely arranged, an auxiliary lubricating oil pump gear 85 is externally meshed with the fourth intermediate gear 83, the input end of a separator transmission shaft 84 is connected with the auxiliary lubricating oil pump gear 85, the opposite output end of the separator transmission shaft is connected with the air separator 17, the input end of an auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft 82 is connected with the input end of the separator transmission shaft 84, and the opposite output end of the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft is connected with the auxiliary lubricating oil pump 16.
When the hybrid transmission chain 80 works, the power on the oil well pump gear 74 is firstly transmitted to the fourth intermediate gear 83, then transmitted to the auxiliary lubricating oil pump gear 85, then transmitted to the separator transmission shaft 84, and finally transmitted to the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft 82, the air separator 17 is driven to work through the separator transmission shaft 84, and the auxiliary lubricating oil pump 16 is driven to work through the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft 82. In the alternative, the auxiliary lubricating oil pump 16 is arranged on the casing 11 through the auxiliary lubricating oil pump mounting seat and the stud mounting seat, when the engine is started, oil is filled into the lubricating oil pipeline, and when the engine works normally, consumed lubricating oil is supplemented to the lubricating oil system; the air separator 17 is mounted on the accessory casing 11 through a stud and is used for separating air in the lubricating oil pumped back by the main lubricating oil pump 12 and the bearing oil pump 15; the auxiliary lubricating oil pump gear 85 is supported on the accessory case 11 through a bearing, is driven by the fourth intermediate gear 83, and drives the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft 82 and the separator transmission shaft 84 for transmission.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the axes of the lower horizontal gear shaft 51, the first intermediate shaft 61, the second intermediate shaft 62, the gear shaft of the generator gear 63, the third intermediate shaft 71, the oil pump transmission shaft 72, the fourth intermediate shaft 81 and the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft 82 are located on the same plane, and this layout mode makes the overall structure more compact, has stronger symmetry, and is more favorable for the stability of the overall structure.
Referring to FIG. 1, a preferred embodiment of the present invention also provides an engine including an accessory drive as in any one of the above. In the engine, the actions of 6 accessories are realized through 5 transmission chains, so that the normal work of the inside of an accessory case and an accessory transmission system can be solved, the 6 accessories can be compactly arranged on the accessory case 11, the reliability of the transmission work of the accessory case 11 is ensured, and the working reliability of the engine is further improved; in the engine, a main lubricating oil pump transmission chain 40 and a power input chain 30 are coaxially arranged, a transmission box transmission chain 50 and the power input chain 30 are vertically arranged, a generator transmission chain 60 and an oil-well pump transmission chain 70 are respectively arranged at two sides of the transmission box transmission chain 50 and are both vertically arranged with the transmission box transmission chain 50, a mixed transmission chain 80 and the oil-well pump transmission chain 70 are positioned at the same side and are vertically arranged with the oil-well pump transmission chain 70, the middle part of the mixed transmission chain 80 is connected with the oil-well pump transmission chain 70, and the opposite two ends are respectively connected with an auxiliary lubricating oil pump 16 and an air separator 17, so that the smooth transmission of power is realized, the overall structure layout is compact and reasonable, the occupied space is small, and the requirements of an aircraft engine accessory transmission system are met.

Claims (10)

1. An accessory drive, comprising:
the auxiliary oil pump comprises an accessory case (11), a main lubricating oil pump (12), a transmission box (13), a generator, a bearing oil pump (15), an auxiliary lubricating oil pump (16), an air separator (17), a power input chain (30) for introducing power, a main lubricating oil pump transmission chain (40) for transmitting the power to the main lubricating oil pump (12), a transmission box transmission chain (50) for transmitting the power to the transmission box (13), a generator transmission chain (60) for transmitting the power to the generator, an oil pump transmission chain (70) for transmitting the power to the bearing oil pump (15), and a hybrid transmission chain (80) for respectively transmitting the power to the auxiliary lubricating oil pump (16) and the air separator (17), wherein the main lubricating oil pump (12), the transmission box (13), the bearing oil pump (15), the auxiliary lubricating oil pump (16) and the air separator (17) are arranged in the accessory case (11);
the main lubricating oil pump transmission chain (40) and the power input chain (30) are coaxially arranged, and two ends of the main lubricating oil pump transmission chain (40) are respectively connected with the power input chain (30) and the main lubricating oil pump (12); the transmission box transmission chain (50) is vertically arranged with the power input chain (30), and two ends of the transmission box transmission chain (50) are respectively connected with the power input chain (30) and the transmission box (13);
the generator transmission chain (60) and the oil-well pump transmission chain (70) are respectively arranged on two sides of the transmission box transmission chain (50) and are both vertically arranged with the transmission box transmission chain (50), two ends of the generator transmission chain (60) are respectively connected with the transmission box transmission chain (50) and the generator, and two ends of the oil-well pump transmission chain (70) are respectively connected with the transmission box transmission chain (50) and the bearing oil-well pump (15);
the hybrid transmission chain (80) and the oil well pump transmission chain (70) are positioned on the same side and are perpendicular to the oil well pump transmission chain (70) and distributed, the middle of the hybrid transmission chain (80) is connected with the oil well pump transmission chain (70), and the two opposite ends of the hybrid transmission chain are respectively connected with the auxiliary lubricating oil pump (16) and the air separator (17).
2. The accessory drive of claim 1,
the power input chain (30) comprises a protective bearing seat (31) fixedly arranged on the accessory casing (11), a supporting bearing arranged in the protective bearing seat (31), and a lower vertical bevel gear (32) supported on the supporting bearing;
the protective bearing seat (31) is used for mounting the supporting bearing and effectively preventing external scraps from entering the supporting bearing;
the input end of the lower vertical bevel gear (32) is connected with an external power input source, and the opposite output ends of the lower vertical bevel gear are respectively connected with the main lubricating oil pump transmission chain (40) and the transmission box transmission chain (50).
3. The accessory drive of claim 2,
the main lubricating oil pump transmission chain (40) comprises a main lubricating oil pump transmission shaft (41) which is coaxial with the lower vertical bevel gear (32);
the input end of the main lubricating oil pump transmission shaft (41) is connected with the gear shaft of the lower vertical bevel gear (32), and the opposite output end of the main lubricating oil pump transmission shaft is coaxially connected with the main lubricating oil pump gear shaft (121) of the main lubricating oil pump (12).
4. The accessory drive of claim 2,
the transmission box transmission chain (50) comprises a lower horizontal gear shaft (51) vertically arranged with the lower vertical bevel gear (32), a lower driven bevel gear (52) fixedly arranged on the excircle of the lower horizontal gear shaft (51), and a transmission box transmission shaft (53) coaxially connected with the lower horizontal gear shaft (51);
the lower horizontal gear shaft (51) is rotatably supported on the accessory casing (11), and the lower driven bevel gear (52) is externally meshed with a bevel gear of the lower vertical bevel gear (32);
the input end of the transmission box transmission shaft (53) is connected with the output end of the lower horizontal gear shaft (51), and the transmission box central gear (131) of the transmission box (13) is fixedly arranged on the excircle of the output end opposite to the input end.
5. The accessory drive of claim 4,
the accessory transmission device further comprises a plurality of groups of reinforcing connecting seats (18) used for reinforcing the transmission box (13), and each reinforcing connecting seat (18) penetrates through the outer shell of the transmission box (13) and then is fixed with the accessory casing (11).
6. The accessory drive of claim 4,
the generator transmission chain (60) comprises a first intermediate shaft (61), a second intermediate shaft (62) and a generator gear (63) which are sequentially arranged at intervals and are respectively parallel to the lower horizontal gear shaft (51), a first intermediate gear (64) rotatably arranged on the excircle of the first intermediate shaft (61), a second intermediate gear (65) rotatably arranged on the excircle of the second intermediate shaft (62), and an adapter (66) fixed with the accessory casing (11);
the first intermediate shaft (61) and the second intermediate shaft (62) are respectively fixedly supported on the accessory case (11), the first intermediate gear (64) is externally meshed with the upper gear at the output end of the lower horizontal gear shaft (51), and the second intermediate gear (65) is externally meshed with the first intermediate gear (64);
two ends of a gear shaft of the generator gear (63) are rotatably supported on the accessory casing (11) and the adapter (66) respectively, the generator gear (63) is externally meshed with the second intermediate gear (65), and an extension shaft of the generator is coaxially connected with the gear shaft of the generator gear (63).
7. The accessory drive of claim 6,

the oil well pump transmission chain (70) comprises a third intermediate shaft (71) and an oil well pump transmission shaft (72) which are sequentially arranged at intervals and are respectively parallel to the lower horizontal gear shaft (51), a third intermediate gear (73) rotatably arranged on the excircle of the third intermediate shaft (71), and an oil well pump gear (74) fixedly arranged on the excircle of the oil well pump transmission shaft (72);
the third intermediate shaft (71) is fixedly supported on the accessory case (11), and the third intermediate gear (73) is externally meshed with the upper gear at the output end of the lower horizontal gear shaft (51);
the input end of the oil well pump transmission shaft (72) is fixed with a gear shaft of the oil well pump gear (74), the opposite output end of the oil well pump transmission shaft is coaxially connected with an oil well pump driving gear (151) of the bearing oil well pump (15), and the oil well pump gear (74) is externally meshed with the third intermediate gear (73).
9. The accessory drive of claim 8,
the hybrid transmission chain (80) comprises a fourth intermediate shaft (81) and an auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft (82) which are sequentially arranged at intervals and are respectively parallel to the oil well pump transmission shaft (72), a fourth intermediate gear (83) rotatably arranged on the excircle of the fourth intermediate shaft (81), a separator transmission shaft (84) fixedly arranged on the excircle of the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft (82), and an auxiliary lubricating oil pump gear (85) fixedly arranged on the excircle of the separator transmission shaft (84);
the fourth intermediate shaft (81) is fixedly supported on the accessory casing (11), and the fourth intermediate gear (83) is externally meshed with the oil well pump gear (74);
the auxiliary lubricating oil pump (16) is arranged opposite to the air separator (17), a gear (85) of the auxiliary lubricating oil pump is meshed with the outer of the fourth intermediate gear (83), the input end of the separator transmission shaft (84) is connected with the gear (85) of the auxiliary lubricating oil pump, the opposite output end of the separator transmission shaft is connected with the air separator (17), the input end of the auxiliary lubricating oil pump transmission shaft (82) is connected with the input end of the separator transmission shaft (84), and the opposite output end of the auxiliary lubricating oil pump is connected with the auxiliary lubricating oil pump (16).
