Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an automobile exhaust silencing system comprises a front silencer air pipe assembly 1, an exhaust brake valve assembly 2, a rear silencer air pipe assembly 3 and a postprocessor assembly 4, wherein the front silencer air pipe assembly 1, the exhaust brake valve assembly 2 and the rear silencer air pipe assembly 3 are all arranged on the outer side of a right longitudinal beam 5, the postprocessor assembly 4 is located below a front cross beam 6, one end of the front silencer air pipe assembly 1 is connected with an engine exhaust manifold, the other end of the front silencer air pipe assembly 1 is connected with one end of the exhaust brake valve assembly 2, the other end of the exhaust brake valve assembly 2 is connected with one end of the rear silencer air pipe assembly 3, the other end of the rear silencer air pipe assembly 3 is connected with the postprocessor assembly 4, the upper portion of the front silencer air pipe assembly 1 is mounted on the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 through an upper bracket assembly 7, the lower portion of the front silencer air pipe assembly 1 is mounted on the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 through a lower bracket assembly 8, the postprocessor assembly 4 is fixed on the lower wing surface of the front cross beam 6 through a left hanging assembly 9, and the postprocessor assembly 4 is fixed on the longitudinal beam 5 through the lower wing surface of the right longitudinal beam 5.
The front silencer air pipe assembly 1 is connected with an engine exhaust manifold and then is arranged along the upper part of the outer side of the right longitudinal beam 5 to the direction of the front cross beam 6, then is arranged at the fixed point of the upper bracket assembly 7 downwards along the outer side of the right longitudinal beam 5, and then is connected with the rear silencer air pipe assembly 3 through the exhaust brake valve assembly 2.
The front air pipe assembly 1 of the silencer comprises a front air pipe front section 11, a metal corrugated pipe 12 and a front air pipe rear section 13, one end of the front air pipe front section 11 is connected with a first flange 14, the first flange 14 is connected with a flange of an exhaust port of an engine exhaust manifold, the other end of the front air pipe front section 11 is connected with one end of the front air pipe rear section 13 through the metal corrugated pipe 12, the other end of the front air pipe rear section 13 is connected with a second flange 15, the second flange 15 is connected with an exhaust brake valve assembly 2, a first wrapping layer 16 and a second wrapping layer 17 are respectively sleeved on the middle portions of the outer walls of the front air pipe front section 11 and the front air pipe rear section 13, a portion, close to the metal corrugated pipe 12, of the front air pipe rear section 13 is connected with an upper support assembly 7, and a portion, close to the second flange 15, of the front air pipe rear section 13 is connected with a lower support assembly 8.

The rear muffler intake pipe assembly 3 comprises a rear intake pipe 31, one end of the rear intake pipe 31 is connected with a third flange 32, the third flange 32 is connected with the exhaust brake valve assembly 2, the other end of the rear intake pipe 31 is connected with a fourth flange 33, the fourth flange 33 is connected with the post-processor assembly 4, and a third wrapping layer 34 is sleeved on the middle portion of the outer wall of the rear intake pipe 31.
The exhaust brake valve assembly 2 comprises a cylinder body 21, a valve 22 and a driving execution mechanism 23, one end of the cylinder body 21 is connected with a second flange 15 through a fifth flange 24, the other end of the cylinder body 21 is connected with a third flange 32 through a sixth flange 25, the valve 22 is installed in the cylinder body 21, and the driving execution mechanism 23 is installed on the cylinder body 21.
The post-processor assembly 4 comprises a catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41, a tail pipe 42 and a spark arrester 43, one end of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is connected with one end of a connecting pipe 44, the other end of the connecting pipe 44 is connected with a seventh flange 45, the seventh flange 45 is connected with a fourth flange 33, the other end of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is connected with one end of the tail pipe 42, the other end of the tail pipe 42 is connected with the spark arrester 43 through a third hoop 46, the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is fixed on the lower wing surface of the front cross beam 6 through a left hanging assembly 9, and the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is fixed on the lower wing surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 through a right hanging assembly 10.
The left hanging assembly 9 comprises a fourth hoop, a first connecting support and a mounting support, the fourth hoop is sleeved on the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41, the fourth hoop is formed by surrounding a third semi-circular hoop 91 and a fourth semi-circular hoop 92 which are symmetrically arranged, the first connecting support is of a herringbone structure, the first connecting support comprises a first transverse plate 93 and a first vertical plate 94 connected with the first transverse plate 93 at two ends, one end, far away from the first transverse plate 93, of the first vertical plate 94 is connected with a first arc-shaped plate 95, the inner wall of the first arc-shaped plate 95 is connected with the outer wall of the third semi-circular hoop 91, the mounting support is of a Z-shaped structure, the installing support includes No. two diaphragm 97, no. three diaphragm 98 that swash plate 96 and both ends are connected, no. two diaphragm 97 is connected with the lower flank of front beam 6, no. three diaphragm 98 is located No. one diaphragm 93 directly over, is provided with No. three sleeve pipes between No. three diaphragm 98 and the diaphragm 93, is provided with No. four sleeve pipes on No. three diaphragm 98, and No. one split pin 99 passes behind diaphragm 93, no. three sleeve pipes, no. three diaphragm 98, no. four sleeve pipes, a big gasket 910 in proper order and is connected with a slotted nut 911, no. three sleeve pipes, no. four sheathed tube outer wall are equipped with No. three cushion 912, no. four cushion 913 respectively.
The right hanging assembly 10 comprises a fifth hoop, a second connecting support and a fifth sleeve, the fifth hoop is sleeved on the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41, the fifth hoop is formed by encircling a fifth semicircular hoop 101 and a sixth semicircular hoop 102 which are symmetrically arranged, the second connecting support is of a structure shaped like a Chinese character 'ji', the second connecting support comprises a fourth transverse plate 103 and a second vertical plate 104 connected with two ends of the fourth transverse plate 103, one end, far away from the fourth transverse plate 103, of the second vertical plate 104 is connected with a second arc-shaped plate 105, the inner wall of the second arc-shaped plate 105 is connected with the outer wall of the fifth semicircular hoop 101, the fourth transverse plate 103 is provided with the fifth sleeve, a second split pin 106 sequentially penetrates through the fourth transverse plate 103, the fifth sleeve, the lower wing surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 and a second large gasket 107 and then is connected with a second slotted nut 108, and the outer wall of the fifth sleeve is sleeved with a fifth cushion 109.
The principle of the invention is illustrated as follows:
when the exhaust silencing system is provided with the exhaust brake valve assembly, the adverse effect of system vibration is increased because of certain vibration during the work of the exhaust brake valve assembly, in addition, the engine can transmit larger vibration to the exhaust silencing system during the work, and certain vibration also exists in the exhaust silencing system during the work, so parts in the exhaust silencing system are easy to break, the work is unreliable, the performance of the whole vehicle is influenced, and the reliability of the whole vehicle is reduced.
The exhaust brake valve assembly has the functions of: when the valve does not work, the valve is in an opening state, namely a normally open state, and plays a role of an exhaust channel at the moment; when the brake valve works, the valve is closed, and a certain vehicle braking effect is achieved.
The exhaust silencing technology principle of the design is as follows: the tail gas of the engine is discharged from the exhaust manifold assembly, enters from the front silencer air inlet pipe assembly, sequentially passes through the front silencer air inlet pipe, the exhaust brake valve assembly and the rear silencer air inlet pipe assembly, enters the post-processor assembly, reaches the emission standard of the state six through a series of chemical reactions and silencing measures in the post-processor assembly, and is finally discharged.
The installation method of the automobile exhaust silencing system on the whole automobile is designed as follows: the post-processor assembly is installed and fixed through the left hanging assembly and the right hanging assembly, the exhaust brake valve assembly, the front silencer air inlet pipe assembly and the rear silencer air inlet pipe assembly which are separately installed are connected, bolts are not tightened, then the upper support assembly and the lower support assembly are installed, and finally the connecting bolts of the rear silencer air inlet pipe assembly and the post-processor assembly, the connecting bolts at two ends of the exhaust brake valve assembly, the connecting bolts of the front silencer air inlet pipe assembly and an engine exhaust manifold, the installing bolts of the upper support assembly and the installing bolts of the lower support assembly are tightened in sequence.
The design adopts a structure convenient to mount and a reasonable arrangement scheme, particularly, the silencer air inlet pipe assembly is arranged at the outer side of the right longitudinal beam, the postprocessor assembly is arranged below the front cross beam, and a reasonable fixing structure is adopted, so that the fixing structure not only plays a role in fixing, but also plays a role in damping vibration and isolating vibration, the reliability of the system is ensured, and the reliability of the whole automobile is further ensured; in addition, the design has short exhaust pipeline, simple structure and low cost. Therefore, the design has the advantages of ingenious arrangement, simple and reliable structure, low cost and easy assembly.
The embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, an automobile exhaust silencing system comprises a silencer front air pipe assembly 1, an exhaust brake valve assembly 2, a silencer rear air pipe assembly 3 and an aftertreatment device assembly 4, wherein the silencer front air pipe assembly 1, the exhaust brake valve assembly 2 and the silencer rear air pipe assembly 3 are all arranged on the outer side of a right longitudinal beam 5, the aftertreatment device assembly 4 is located below a front cross beam 6, one end of the silencer front air pipe assembly 1 is connected with an engine exhaust manifold, the other end of the silencer front air pipe assembly 1 is connected with one end of the exhaust brake valve assembly 2, the other end of the exhaust brake valve assembly 2 is connected with one end of the silencer rear air pipe assembly 3, the other end of the silencer rear air pipe assembly 3 is connected with the aftertreatment device assembly 4, the upper portion of the silencer front air pipe assembly 1 is mounted on the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 through an upper bracket assembly 7, the lower portion of the silencer front air pipe assembly 1 is mounted on the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 through a lower bracket assembly 8, the aftertreatment device assembly 4 is fixed on the lower wing surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 through a left hanging assembly 9; the front muffler air inlet pipe assembly 1 is connected with an engine exhaust manifold, is arranged along the upper part of the outer side of the right longitudinal beam 5 to the direction of the front cross beam 6 for a section, is arranged along the outer side of the right longitudinal beam 5 at the fixing point of the upper bracket assembly 7 for a section, and is connected with the rear muffler air inlet pipe assembly 3 through the exhaust brake valve assembly 2 arranged below the outer side of the right longitudinal beam 5.
Referring to fig. 2, the front air pipe assembly 1 of the muffler comprises a front air pipe front section 11, a metal corrugated pipe 12 and a front air pipe rear section 13, wherein one end of the front air pipe front section 11 is connected with a first flange 14, the first flange 14 is connected with a flange of an exhaust port of an engine exhaust manifold, the other end of the front air pipe front section 11 is connected with one end of the front air pipe rear section 13 through the metal corrugated pipe 12, the other end of the front air pipe rear section 13 is connected with a second flange 15, the second flange 15 is connected with an exhaust brake valve assembly 2, a first wrapping layer 16 and a second wrapping layer 17 are respectively sleeved on the outer walls of the front air pipe front section 11 and the front air pipe rear section 13, a part close to the metal corrugated pipe 12 is connected with an upper bracket assembly 7, and a part close to the second flange 15 on the front air pipe rear section 13 is connected with a lower bracket assembly 8. A sealing gasket is arranged between the first flange 14 and a flange of an exhaust port of an engine exhaust manifold, three through holes are formed in the first flange 14, and after the two flanges are in butt joint, bolts penetrate through the through holes of the two flanges and then are fixedly connected with the two flanges through nuts. And a sealing gasket is arranged between the second flange 15 and the flange of the exhaust brake valve assembly 2.
Referring to fig. 6, the upper bracket assembly 7 includes a hoop, a first L-shaped bracket 74, a second L-shaped bracket 75 and a sleeve, the hoop includes a hoop body 71, the hoop body 71 is sleeved on the front intake pipe rear section 13, a notch 72 is formed in the hoop body 71, both sides of the notch 72 are connected with a first fixing plate 73, a vertical portion of the first L-shaped bracket 74 is located between the two first fixing plates 73, a vertical portion of the first L-shaped bracket 74 is connected with the first fixing plate 73, a reinforcing rib 76 is connected between the vertical portion of the first L-shaped bracket 74 and a horizontal portion of the first L-shaped bracket 74, the sleeve is located between the horizontal portion of the first L-shaped bracket 74 and the horizontal portion of the second L-shaped bracket 75, a first fixing bolt 77 sequentially passes through the horizontal portion of the first L-shaped bracket 74, the first sleeve and the horizontal portion of the second L-shaped bracket 75 and then is connected with a first fixing nut, the outer wall of the first sleeve is sleeved with the first cushion 78, and the vertical portion of the second L-shaped bracket 75 is connected with the web 5. The fixing point of the upper bracket assembly 7 is arranged close to the metal corrugated pipe 12, so that the best supporting effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 7, the lower bracket assembly 8 includes a second hoop, a mounting plate 83 and two second sleeves, the second hoop is sleeved on the front intake pipe rear section 13, the second hoop is formed by surrounding a first semicircular hoop 81 and a second semicircular hoop 82 which are symmetrically arranged, two second fixing plates 84 are connected between the outer wall of the first semicircular hoop 81 and the mounting plate 83, a reinforcing plate 85 is connected between the two second fixing plates 84, the two second sleeves are symmetrically arranged between the mounting plate 83 and the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam 5, a second fixing bolt 86 sequentially penetrates through the mounting plate 83, the second sleeves and the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 and then is connected with a second fixing nut 87, and a second cushion 88 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second sleeve. The fixing point of the lower bracket assembly 8 is arranged close to the exhaust brake valve assembly 2, so that the best supporting effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, the muffler rear intake pipe assembly 3 includes a rear intake pipe 31, one end of the rear intake pipe 31 is connected with a third flange 32, the third flange 32 is connected with the exhaust brake valve assembly 2, the other end of the rear intake pipe 31 is connected with a fourth flange 33, the fourth flange 33 is connected with the postprocessor assembly 4, and a third wrapping layer 34 is sleeved on the middle portion of the outer wall of the rear intake pipe 31. And a sealing gasket is arranged between the fourth flange 33 and the seventh flange 45 of the post-processor assembly 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the exhaust brake valve assembly 2 includes a cylinder 21, a valve 22 and a driving actuator 23, wherein one end of the cylinder 21 is connected to a second flange 15 through a fifth flange 24, the other end of the cylinder 21 is connected to a third flange 32 through a sixth flange 25, the valve 22 is installed in the cylinder 21, and the driving actuator 23 is installed on the cylinder 21. A sealing gasket is arranged between the fifth flange 24 and the second flange 15, a sealing gasket is arranged between the sixth flange 25 and the third flange 32, four through holes are formed in the fifth flange 24 and the sixth flange 25, and the two pairs of flanges are fixedly connected through bolts and nuts.
Referring to fig. 5, the post-processor assembly 4 includes a catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 (for performing chemical reaction and silencing, and meeting the national emission requirements and noise reduction requirements), a tail pipe 42 and a spark arrester 43 (for extinguishing the spark of the engine exhaust and discharging the spark to the atmosphere), one end of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is connected with one end of a connecting pipe 44 (an intake inlet pipe), the other end of the connecting pipe 44 is connected with a seventh flange 45, the seventh flange 45 is connected with a fourth flange 33, the other end of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is connected with one end of the tail pipe 42, the other end of the tail pipe 42 is connected with the spark arrester 43 through a third hoop 46, the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is fixed on the lower wing surface of the front cross beam 6 through a left hanging assembly 9, and the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41 is fixed on the lower wing surface of the right side beam 5 through a right hanging assembly 10. The seventh flange 45 is provided with four through holes, and is connected and fixed in pairs through bolts and nuts after being butted with the fourth flange 33.
Referring to fig. 8, the left hanging assembly 9 comprises a fourth hoop, a first connecting support and a mounting support, the fourth hoop is sleeved on the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integration barrel 41, the fourth hoop is formed by enclosing a third semicircular hoop 91 and a fourth semicircular hoop 92 which are symmetrically arranged, the first connecting support is of a n-shaped structure, the first connecting support comprises a first transverse plate 93 and a first vertical plate 94 connected with two ends of the first transverse plate 93, one end, away from the first transverse plate 93, of the first vertical plate 94 is connected with a first arc-shaped plate 95, the inner wall of the first arc-shaped plate 95 is connected with the outer wall of the third semicircular hoop 91, the mounting support is of a Z-shaped structure, the mounting support comprises a second transverse plate 97 and a third transverse plate 98 which are connected with two ends of a sloping plate 96, the second transverse plate 97 is connected with the lower wing surface of the front cross beam 6, the third transverse plate 98 is positioned right above the first transverse plate 93, a third sleeve is arranged between the third transverse plate 98 and the first transverse plate 93, a fourth transverse plate 912 is arranged on the third transverse plate 98, a third sleeve 912 is arranged on the first sleeve, a third sleeve 912, a third sleeve is sleeved with a fourth sleeve and a fourth sleeve, a fourth sleeve gasket 910, and a fourth sleeve gasket 910, a fourth sleeve.
Referring to fig. 9, the right hanging assembly 10 includes a fifth hoop, a second connecting bracket and a fifth sleeve, the fifth hoop is sleeved on the outer wall of the catalytic silencing integrated barrel 41, the fifth hoop is formed by surrounding a fifth semicircular hoop 101 and a sixth semicircular hoop 102 which are symmetrically arranged, the second connecting bracket is of a structure like a Chinese character 'ji', the second connecting bracket includes a fourth transverse plate 103 and a second vertical plate 104 connected at two ends thereof, one end of the second vertical plate 104 away from the fourth transverse plate 103 is connected with a second arc-shaped plate 105, the inner wall of the second arc-shaped plate 105 is connected with the outer wall of the fifth semicircular hoop 101, the fourth transverse plate 103 is provided with the fifth sleeve, a second cotter pin 106 sequentially penetrates through the fourth transverse plate 103, the fifth sleeve, the lower wing surface of the right longitudinal beam 5 and a second large gasket 107 and then is connected with a second slotted nut 108, and the outer wall of the fifth sleeve is sleeved with a fifth cushion 109.

An automobile exhaust silencing system is characterized by comprising a silencer front air pipe assembly (1), an exhaust brake valve assembly (2), a silencer rear air pipe assembly (3) and a postprocessor assembly (4), the front muffler air pipe assembly (1), the exhaust brake valve assembly (2) and the rear muffler air pipe assembly (3) are arranged on the outer side of the right longitudinal beam (5), the post-processor assembly (4) is positioned below the front cross beam (6), one end of the muffler front air pipe assembly (1) is connected with an engine exhaust manifold, the other end of the muffler front air pipe assembly (1) is connected with one end of the exhaust brake valve assembly (2), the other end of the exhaust brake valve assembly (2) is connected with one end of the muffler rear air pipe assembly (3), the other end of the muffler rear air pipe assembly (3) is connected with the post-processor assembly (4), the upper part of the front air pipe assembly (1) of the silencer is arranged on the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam (5) through an upper bracket assembly (7), the lower part of the front air pipe assembly (1) of the silencer is arranged on the ventral surface of the right longitudinal beam (5) through a lower bracket assembly (8), the post-processor assembly (4) is fixed on the lower wing surface of the front cross beam (6) through a left hanging assembly (9), and the post-processor assembly (4) is fixed on the lower wing surface of the right longitudinal beam (5) through a right hanging assembly (10);
