Description

Emergency oil supply protection system for single-cylinder diesel engine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of single cylinder diesel engine tests, and particularly relates to an emergency oil supply protection system for a single cylinder diesel engine.
Background
The large-power diesel engine has large volume, complex processing and manufacturing process, long processing period and high test cost, so that the performance development of the whole engine is usually to firstly verify and promote indexes on a test bench by using a single-cylinder diesel engine, a plurality of parts (such as a connecting rod, a piston, a cylinder sleeve, a piston ring and the like) of the whole engine are verified in the test process of the single-cylinder engine, and the whole engine is developed after the indexes of the single-cylinder diesel engine are realized, so that the single-cylinder diesel engine is an important part of the development of the whole engine and is directly related to the development quality and progress of the whole engine. The designed single-cylinder diesel engine is not provided with a supercharger, an air compressor provides air inlet with corresponding supercharging pressure, and lubricating oil is supplied to a lubricating oil pump depending on a laboratory auxiliary system and is conveyed to the inside of the diesel engine through a corresponding pipeline. Continuous lubricating oil supply must be ensured in the running process of the diesel engine, so that the surfaces of moving parts are well lubricated, the heat of the parts which are hot is taken away, and metal chips and impurities on the friction surfaces are removed. Once the conditions of power failure, oil pump failure and the like occur in the test process of the single-cylinder diesel engine, lubricating oil cannot be supplied in time, the failure caused by the single-cylinder diesel engine is difficult to estimate, and the abnormal abrasion of the kinematic pairs such as a bearing bush, a cylinder sleeve, a connecting rod bush and the like is easily caused, so that the test of the single-cylinder diesel engine is difficult to continue. Based on this, provided a single cylinder diesel emergency oil supply protection system, still can supply the lubricating oil of diesel engine equivalent in the short time when the oil pump trouble or proruption have a power failure, protection single cylinder diesel.

Furthermore, the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are all piezoresistor type sensors.
Furthermore, the second electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve are normally closed under the normal condition, when the second pressure sensor at the oil inlet of the diesel engine detects that the pressure of lubricating oil in the system is lower than 0.4MPa, signals are transmitted to the controller, the controller controls the second electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve to be opened instantly, and compressed air in the air storage tank pushes the lubricating oil in the oil storage tank to be rapidly supplemented into a lubricating oil inlet pipeline of the single-cylinder diesel engine through the first check valve; when the second pressure sensor detects that the pressure in the system reaches a set value, a signal is transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the second electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve to be closed instantly.
Further, the pressure value of compressed air in the air storage tank is stabilized at 0.8MPa, when the pressure sensor II detects that the system pressure value is lower than 0.4MPa, the air storage tank can keep continuous supply of lubricating oil within 30 seconds, and meanwhile, the controller controls the air compressor to work in an instant power-on mode.
Compared with the prior art, the emergency oil supply protection system for the single-cylinder diesel engine has the following advantages:
(1) the emergency oil supply protection system for the single-cylinder diesel engine has two lubricating oil supply modes under conventional and emergency conditions, and greatly reduces abnormal abrasion of moving parts of the single-cylinder diesel engine caused by emergency conditions.
