Working principle: firstly, two upright post lower sections 1 are erected, an upper upright post connecting pipe 6 is installed, two sides of the connecting pipe can exceed about one fifth of the upright post lower sections 1 and then are locked, a track 7 is installed, then an upright post upper section 2 is erected, a quick locking mechanism 5 is pulled to lock a handle, then the upper end of the upright post upper section 2 is inserted into an upright post heightening section 3, and then a hopper assembly is assembled, and the assembly is completed. Then the whole device is moved to the position of a wall section to be plastered through wheels, an auxiliary tool is turned on to plaster a wall level meter, the thickness of plastering the wall is determined, an adjusting machine enables the tail ends of an upper scale 23 and a lower scale 22 to be adjusted to the vertical line of the level meter, then a jack 4 is started, a stand column heightening section 3 is tightly propped against a ceiling, a rotating shaft electrode is turned on to turn down a switch, the rotating shaft electrode drives a rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the rotating shaft 11 drives a gear 10 to rotate, the gear 10 is meshed with a rack 9 to rotate, a track 7 is driven to move down, then the track is moved to contact the ground, then the track is stopped, a plastering plate lifting eccentric wheel motor 18 is started, after the plastering plate 14 falls to the ground, plastering plate is started to add plaster on a soft material storage rolling belt 20 of the hopper, a rotating shaft motor 12 is started to rise a switch after the plaster is filled, the hopper and the plate 14 is driven to slowly rise to plaster the wall, and when the track 7 rises to the ceiling, the rotating shaft motor 12 is stopped. The motor 18 for lifting the plastering plate is turned on again, so that the plastering plate 14 is lifted up until the plastering plate is propped against the ceiling. The plastering plate lifting eccentric wheel motor 18 stops running, the residual materials on the hopper assembly fall into the groove of the soft storage roller shutter belt 20, the rotating shaft motor 12 is turned on to turn on the down switch, the plastering plate 14 starts polishing the wall surface, when the hopper assembly contacts the ground, the rotating shaft motor 12 stops running, and then the hopper assembly is moved to plaster the next section on the other section of the track 7. This in turn renders the next wall until the hopper is at the end of the track 7. The rail 7 can be slid to another wall in the direction of not plastering until the rail 7 is flush with the upright post in the direction of plastering wall as required.
The invention can realize the up-and-down movement of the plastering plate 14 in the vertical direction by driving the rotating shaft motor 12, thereby realizing a section of wall plastering; the position of the plastering plate 14 is adjusted by moving the hopper member 15 on the track 7, so that a plurality of sections of walls can be plastered at one time, the condition that the whole device is required to be moved to plaster another section of wall after a section of wall is plastered is avoided, the number of straight plastering sections for the wall is increased, the time is saved, and the plastering efficiency is improved; on the other hand, by arranging the soft storage roller shutter belt 20, when plastering to the top, the soft storage roller shutter belt 20 is concave to store the remained residual materials, so that the residual materials are prevented from polluting the ceiling and are prevented from falling to the ground; the vibrator 21 can drive the hopper member 15 to vibrate so that the material on the soft storage roller shutter belt 20 falls between the plastering plate 14 and the wall surface.
