The municipal engineering road warning device convenient to adjust of claim 1, wherein the placing plate box structure (134) comprises a placing plate (1341), a placing groove (1342), a pressure reducing pad (1343), a wrapping net (1344), a telescopic belt (1345) and hooks (1346), wherein lower assembling blocks (133) are respectively bolted on the left side and the right side of the rear part of the upper end of the placing plate (1341), a connecting ring (135) is welded on the upper part of the left end of the placing plate (1341), and anti-slip heads (136) are welded on the lower surface of the placing plate (1341); the placing groove (1342) is arranged at the upper side inside the placing plate (1341), and a pressure reducing pad (1343) is glued and connected on the inner wall of the placing groove (1342); one end of the wrapping net (1344) is glued to the right side of the upper surface of the placing plate (1341), and the other end is sewed with a telescopic belt (1345); the hook (1346) is glued at the left end of the telescopic belt (1345).

The municipal engineering road warning device convenient to adjust according to claim 1, wherein two upper assembling blocks (131) and two lower assembling blocks (133) are provided, and the upper end and the lower end of the secondary telescopic rod (132) are movably supported by the upper assembling blocks (131) and the lower assembling blocks (133).
