For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cigarette making machine assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a perspective view of the cigarette making machine assembly of fig. 1 from another perspective, and fig. 3 is an exploded view of the cigarette making machine assembly of fig. 1. The present invention provides a cigarette machine assembly 00, the cigarette machine assembly 00 comprising a cigarette machine 100 and two cushioning members 200, the cigarette machine 100 comprising a cigarette machine body 110, the cushioning members 200 being for use as a package for the cigarette machine 100, and being operable to protect the cigarette machine 100 from damage during manufacture and shipping of the cigarette machine 100.
In this embodiment, two cushioning members 200 may be snapped together in a symmetrical fashion on opposite sides of the cigarette machine body 110 of the cigarette machine 100. The two cushioning members 200 are symmetrically fastened to opposite sides of the cigarette machine body 110, specifically, the two cushioning members 200 are respectively located on opposite sides of the cigarette machine body 110 and symmetrically arranged with respect to the cigarette machine body 110. In a specific embodiment, the two cushioning members 200 may be symmetrically snapped onto the left and right sides of the cigarette machine body 110 to facilitate the stacking function of the cigarette machine assembly 00, and prevent the carton from bulging due to long-term stacking of the cigarette machine assembly 00 and affecting the unpacking experience of the user.
As shown in fig. 3, the cigarette maker main body 110 includes a plate-shaped portion 112 and a smoke discharge pipe 114 connected to the plate-shaped portion 112, wherein the plate-shaped portion 112 is used for collecting smoke, and the smoke discharge pipe 114 is communicated with the plate-shaped portion 112 and used for discharging the smoke collected by the plate-shaped portion 112. The two cushioning members 200 are perpendicular to the direction of attachment of the plate portion 112 to the smoke evacuation tube 114 relative to the direction of engagement of the cigarette maker body 110 so that the cushioning member 200 on one side can simultaneously contact the plate portion 112 and the smoke evacuation tube 114. For example, in the present embodiment, the two cushioning members 200 are oriented in the X-direction relative to the engaging direction of the cigarette maker body 110, and the direction of connection between the plate-like portion 112 and the smoke discharge tube 114 is the Y-direction.
At present, the structure that two left and right buffer parts are adopted to respectively pack the opposite sides of the cigarette machine main body is disclosed in the related art, so that the problem of carton bulging can be solved, but the buffer parts used for packaging are various, the assembly efficiency of the cigarette machine is low, and various molds for producing the buffer parts are needed, so that the production and purchase efficiency is low.
Thus, in this embodiment, as shown in figures 3-5, figure 4 is a cross-sectional schematic view of the cigarette maker assembly of figure 1, and figure 5 is a cross-sectional schematic view of the cushioning member of figure 3. The buffer member 200 may be provided to include a first buffer portion 210 and two second buffer portions 220. One side of the first buffering part 210 is provided with a first clamping groove 212, the two second buffering parts 220 are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the first buffering part 210, and the two second buffering parts 220 are respectively provided with a second clamping groove 222, so that when the buffering parts 200 are respectively buckled on the cigarette machine main body 110 from two opposite sides of the cigarette machine main body 110, the smoke discharge pipe 114 can be accommodated in the first clamping grooves 212 of the two first buffering parts 210, and the plate-shaped part 112 can be accommodated in the second clamping grooves 222 of the two second buffering parts 220.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the buffering members 200 are disposed on the left and right sides of the cigarette machine body 110, first clamping grooves 212 are formed on the surfaces of the first buffering parts 210 facing the cigarette machine body 110, and the smoke discharge pipe 114 is accommodated in the two first clamping grooves 212, so that the smoke discharge pipe 114 is supported and fixed by the first buffering parts 210 on the two buffering members 200. The two second buffer portions 220 are respectively disposed on the front and rear sides of the first buffer portion 210, and second engaging grooves 222 are formed on the surfaces of the second buffer portions 220 facing the plate-shaped portion 112, and the plate-shaped portion 112 is accommodated in the two second engaging grooves 222, so that the plate-shaped portion 112 is supported and fixed by the second buffer portions 220 of the two buffers 200. In this manner, the two cushioning members 200 may simultaneously support and secure the plate portion 112 and the smoke evacuation tube 114, facilitating protection of the cigarette maker 100 from damage during manufacture and transportation of the cigarette maker 100. In addition, this application sets up two second buffer parts 220 through the relative both ends at first buffer part 210, and two buffer 200's structure is the same completely, when with buffer 200 lock in the relative both sides of cigarette machine main part 110, need not distinguish the installation direction of buffer 200, and then can promote the packing efficiency and the standardization level of cigarette machine 100, promote production and purchase efficiency simultaneously.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, an inner surface of the first locking groove 212 may be attached to at least a part of an outer surface of the smoke exhaust pipe 114, so that the first buffer portion 210 is fastened to the smoke exhaust pipe 114 more tightly, and the smoke exhaust pipe 114 is stably supported by the first buffer portion 210.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the depth H1 of the first clamping groove 212 along the buckling direction of the buffer member 200 relative to the cigarette machine main body 110 may be set to be less than half of the length H of the smoke discharge pipe 114 along the direction, so as to reduce the insertion depth of the smoke discharge pipe 114 relative to the first clamping groove 212, on one hand, the frictional resistance when the smoke discharge pipe 114 is inserted into the first clamping groove 212 can be reduced, and the installation is convenient; on the other hand, the installation height of the first buffer portion 210 can be reduced, so that the material usage is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 1, an inner surface of the second locking groove 222 may be configured to be attached to at least a portion of an outer surface of the plate-shaped portion 112, so that the second buffer portion 220 is more tightly fastened to the plate-shaped portion 112, and the plate-shaped portion 112 is stably supported by the second buffer portion 220.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the depth H2 of the second engaging groove 222 along the fastening direction of the damper 200 relative to the cigarette machine body 110 may be set to be less than half of the length S of the plate-shaped portion 112 along the fastening direction, so as to reduce the insertion depth of the plate-shaped portion 112 relative to the second engaging groove 222, on one hand, the frictional resistance when the plate-shaped portion 112 is inserted into the second engaging groove 222 may be reduced, and the installation is convenient; on the other hand, the installation height of the second buffer portion 220 can be reduced, so that the material usage is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the opening of the second locking groove 222 may be located completely on the surface of the second buffer portion 220 facing the plate-shaped portion 112, so as to completely cover the opposite ends of the plate-shaped portion 112 with the second buffer portion 220, so as to protect the plate-shaped portion 112 and prevent the plate-shaped portion 112 from being damaged during production or transportation. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the second engaging groove 222 may be configured to communicate a surface of the second buffer portion 220 facing the plate-shaped portion 112 with a surface of the second buffer portion 220 facing away from the first buffer portion 210, so as to reduce the frictional resistance when the plate-shaped portion 112 is inserted into the second engaging groove 222.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in this embodiment, a cross section of the smoke exhaust pipe 114 perpendicular to a connection direction (i.e., a Y direction shown in fig. 3) of the smoke exhaust pipe 114 and the plate-shaped portion 112 is rectangular, a cross section of the first clamping groove 212 perpendicular to the connection direction of the smoke exhaust pipe 114 and the plate-shaped portion 112 is also rectangular, a cross section of the plate-shaped portion 112 perpendicular to the connection direction of the smoke exhaust pipe 114 and the plate-shaped portion 112 is also rectangular, and a cross section of the second clamping groove 222 perpendicular to the connection direction of the smoke exhaust pipe 114 and the plate-shaped portion 112 is also rectangular. Or in other embodiments, the cross section of the smoke exhaust pipe 114 perpendicular to the connection direction of the smoke exhaust pipe 114 and the plate-shaped portion 112 may be in a shape of trapezoid, circle, ellipse, or the like, and the present embodiment does not specifically limit the cross section shapes of the smoke exhaust pipe 114, the first engaging groove 212, the plate-shaped portion 112, and the second engaging groove 222.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a smoke exhaust duct 114 is connected to the back side of the plate-shaped portion 112. By utilizing the buffer member 200 in the above embodiments to buckle the two opposite sides of the cigarette machine main body 110 perpendicular to the connecting direction of the smoke discharge pipe 114 and the plate-shaped part 112, the movement of the cigarette machine main body 110 along the direction perpendicular to the connecting direction of the smoke discharge pipe 114 and the plate-shaped part 112 can be positioned and limited, but the positioning and limiting effect of the buffer member 200 on the movement of the cigarette machine main body 110 along the connecting direction of the smoke discharge pipe 114 and the plate-shaped part 112 is poor.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the connection area of the second buffer portion 220 and the end surface of the first buffer portion 210 may be smaller than the end surface area of the first buffer portion 210, so that when the plate-shaped portion 112 is accommodated in the second slot 222, the end surface of the first buffer portion 210 is abutted against the back side of the plate-shaped portion 112, and further, the end surface of the first buffer portion 210 is used to position and limit the movement of the cigarette machine main body 110 along the connection direction of the smoke discharge pipe 114 and the plate-shaped portion 112, thereby improving the fixing effect of the buffer member 200 on the cigarette machine main body 110.
Specifically, the first buffer portion 210 has two opposite end surfaces, the two second buffer portions 220 are symmetrically disposed on the two opposite end surfaces of the first buffer portion 210, respectively, and a connection area between the second buffer portions 220 and the first buffer portion 210 is smaller than an area of the end surfaces of the first buffer portion 210. When the cushioning material 200 is fastened to the cigarette maker body 110, the portion of the end surface of the first cushioning portion 210 that is not connected to the second cushioning portion 220 abuts against the back side of the plate-shaped portion 112.
Further, the second buffer portion 220 may be disposed on a side of the first buffer portion 210 away from the cigarette machine main body 110, so as to increase an abutting area between the end surface of the first buffer portion 210 and the plate-shaped portion 112, thereby increasing an abutting acting force of the first buffer portion 210 on the plate-shaped portion 112, and enhancing a positioning effect of the first buffer portion 210 on the cigarette machine main body 110.
In order to avoid the plate-shaped portion 112 from shaking in the second engaging groove 222, it is necessary to ensure that the cross-sectional dimension of the plate-shaped portion 112 is substantially the same as the opening dimension of the second engaging groove 222. However, the second engaging groove 222 with a smaller opening size inevitably needs to ensure the accuracy of the movement direction of the damper 200 when the damper 200 is fastened with respect to the cigarette machine body 110, otherwise, the plate-shaped portion 112 may be misaligned with the opening of the second engaging groove 222, so that the plate-shaped portion 112 cannot be smoothly inserted into the second engaging groove 222, and the difficulty of mounting the damper 200 with respect to the cigarette machine body 110 is increased.
Thus, in this embodiment, as shown in figures 3, 5 and 6, figure 6 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the cigarette machine assembly of figure 1. The buffering member 200 may further include two third buffering portions 230, the two third buffering portions 230 are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the first buffering portion 210, a sliding groove 232 is formed in the third buffering portion 230, an extending direction of the sliding groove 232 is set along a fastening direction of the buffering member 200 relative to the cigarette machine main body 110, and the plate-shaped portion 112 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 232. In this way, by further providing the sliding grooves 232 extending along the fastening direction of the damper 200 relative to the cigarette machine main body 110 at the two opposite ends of the first damper part 210, when the damper 200 is installed, the plate-shaped part 112 can be inserted into the sliding groove 232 on the third damper part 230, and then the damper 200 is pushed, the interaction between the plate-shaped part 112 and the sliding groove 232 can enable the damper 200 to move along the extending direction of the sliding groove 232, that is, the fastening direction of the damper 200 relative to the cigarette machine main body 110, so that the movement direction of the damper 200 relative to the cigarette machine main body 110 is more accurate, the alignment accuracy of the openings of the plate-shaped part 112 and the second clamping groove 222 is improved, the plate-shaped part 112 can smoothly enter the inside of the second clamping groove 222 from the opening of the second clamping groove 222, and the assembly efficiency of the damper 200 and the cigarette machine main body 110 is improved.
Alternatively, in a specific embodiment, the number of the third buffer portions 230 may be set to one, and one third buffer portion 230 may be disposed on a side of the first buffer portion 210 near the bottom. Alternatively, the number of the third buffer parts 230 may be two, two third buffer parts 230 may be disposed at intervals on opposite sides of the plate-shaped part 112 in the extending direction of the second catching groove 222 to form a more stable support for the plate-shaped part 112, and the third buffer parts 230 may form a stable support for the plate-shaped part 112 regardless of whether the cigarette maker 100 is placed in a forward or reverse direction.
Further, the third buffer portion 230 may be connected to the second buffer portion 220 disposed on the same side of the first buffer portion 210, which not only facilitates the integral molding of the second buffer portion 220 and the third buffer portion 230, but also enhances the structural strength of the second buffer portion 220 and the third buffer portion 230, and prevents the second buffer portion 220 and the third buffer portion 230 from tilting and pressing the plate-shaped portion 112 under the action of external force.
When the plate-shaped portion 112 is inserted into the second engaging groove 222, the entire side surface of the plate-shaped portion 112 completely contacts with the bottom wall of the second engaging groove 222, so that the side surface of the plate-shaped portion 112 is deformed when the buffer 200 is subjected to a large external force, thereby affecting the appearance of the cigarette maker body 110.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a buffer groove 224 having an opening located on the bottom wall of the second notch 222 may be further provided in the second buffer portion 220, and the opening area of the buffer groove 224 may be smaller than the bottom wall area of the second notch 222. Thus, the bottom wall of the second engaging groove 222 can contact with the outer periphery of the side surface of the plate-shaped portion 112, on one hand, the bottom wall of the second engaging groove 222 can be prevented from contacting with the center of the side surface of the plate-shaped portion 112, and the center of the side surface of the plate-shaped portion 112 is driven to deform when the buffer 200 deforms; on the other hand, since the peripheral edge of the side surface of the plate-shaped portion 112 is adjacent to the other surface of the plate-shaped portion 112, the other surface of the plate-shaped portion 112 not only can enhance the strength of the peripheral edge of the side surface contacting with the bottom wall of the second card slot 222 and reduce the possibility of side surface deformation, but also the acting force of the buffer 200 on the side surface contacting with the bottom wall of the second card slot 222 can be transmitted to the other surface adjacent to the surface to reduce the force applied to the side surface and further avoid the side surface from deforming.
Optionally, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic plan view of the buffer member in fig. 3. It may be set that the opening of the buffer slot 224 is completely located inside the outer periphery of the bottom wall of the second slot 222, that is, the periphery of the opening of the buffer slot 224 and the outer periphery of the bottom wall of the second slot 222 are arranged at intervals, so that the periphery of the bottom wall is abutted to the outer periphery of the side of the plate-shaped portion 112, and the side of the plate-shaped portion 112 is stressed uniformly.
Alternatively, the opening of the buffer groove 224 may be arranged to at least partially coincide with the outer periphery of the bottom wall of the second card groove 222.
Typically, the cigarette maker 100 further includes some cigarette maker accessories that are used with the cigarette maker body 110, such as the components of the cigarette tube 120, the check valve 130, the condensation plate 140, and the oil sump 150 (shown in fig. 3), which are of a large number of types and have a small volume, and are randomly placed inside the carton during packaging, which often results in messy appearance, and thus, the opening experience of the user is reduced.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a first receiving groove 214 may be disposed on the other side of the first buffer portion 210 away from the first engaging groove 212, and the first receiving groove 214 is used for receiving the cigarette making machine accessories such as the cigarette pipe 120 and/or the check valve 130.
Specifically, the opening direction of the first receiving groove 214 may be opposite to the opening direction of the first engaging groove 212, so as to facilitate the placement of the cigarette machine accessories such as the cigarette tube 120 and/or the check valve 130 on the other side of the first buffer portion 210. Through this kind of mode, not only can the inner space of make full use of bolster 200 accomodate the cigarette machine annex for the cigarette machine annex is put neatly, promotes the standardization of assembly and promotes user's unpacking experience, can reduce the preparation material of bolster 200 moreover, and then reduces the manufacturing cost of bolster 200, and, can be so that cigarette machine subassembly 00's structure is compacter, and the volume is smaller and more exquisite, is convenient for store and transport.
The size of the first receiving groove 214 may be slightly larger than or equal to the size of the smoke tube 120 and the check valve 130 that need to be correspondingly placed, so that the inner wall of the first receiving groove 214 is used to abut against the smoke tube 120 and the check valve 130, and the smoke tube 120 and the check valve 130 are prevented from shaking in the first receiving groove 214.
