A rubber pad 348 is fixed on the surface of the rotating baffle 345, and the side wall of the rubber pad 348 far away from the rotating baffle 345 is in contact with the fixed baffle 35; an inner groove 3480 is formed in the side wall of the rotating baffle 345 opposite to the rubber pad 348, a resisting spring 349 is uniformly arranged in the inner groove 3480, and the resisting spring 349 has resisting effect on the rubber pad 348; in the structure, the rubber pad 348 is resisted by the resisting spring 349, the sealing performance among the fixed baffle 35, the rubber pad 348 and the rotating baffle 345 is improved, and when the rotating baffle 345 rotates to completely block the leakage hole 343, materials can be effectively prevented from flowing out from a gap between the rotating baffle 345 and the fixed baffle 35, so that the waste of the materials and the pollution to the environment are avoided.
The outer ring of the rotating baffle 345 is connected with a rubber ring 3450, the section of the rubber ring 3450 is of a triangular structure, one side wall of the rubber ring 3450 is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the rotating baffle 345, and the other outer wall of the rubber ring 3450 is attached to the inner wall of the shell; the rubber ring 3450 in the structure increases the sealing property between the rotary baffle 345 and the shell 341, and when the rotary baffle 345 rotates to completely block the leak hole 343, the material can be effectively prevented from flowing out from the gap between the rotary baffle 345 and the shell 341, so that the material waste and the environmental pollution are avoided; the cross-section of the rubber ring 3450 is a triangular structure, and the empty side wall in the rubber ring 3450 is obliquely arranged, so that materials adhered to the inner wall of the rubber ring 3450 are effectively reduced.
The two rotating leakage plates 346 are integrally formed and connected through a leakage plate connecting part, the rotating leakage plates 346 are matched with the leakage holes 343, the rotating leakage plates 346 are rotatably arranged on the outer wall of the fixed baffle 35, and a plurality of through holes 347 are uniformly formed in the rotating leakage plates 346; the rotating leakage plate 346 is also matched with the fixed baffle 35, the rotating leakage plate 346, the rotating baffle 345 and the fixed baffle 35 are overlapped under a normal state, so that the work of the leakage hole 343 is prevented from being influenced, when the plastic spraying speed needs to be adjusted, the rotating baffle 345 is adjusted through a rotating shaft to adjust the size of the leakage hole 343 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the plastic spraying speed, when the rotating baffle 345 is not enough to adjust the plastic spraying speed, the rotating leakage plate 346 is adjusted to enable the leakage hole 343 to be communicated with the through hole 347, so that the outlet of the plastic spraying is reduced, fine adjustment is performed on the basis of the rotating baffle 345, the rotating baffle 345 can be overlapped with the fixed baffle 35, and the rotating leakage plate 346 is directly adjusted to achieve the purpose of adjusting the plastic spraying speed.
An arc groove 351 is formed in the fixed baffle 35, the outer portion of the arc groove 351 is communicated with a side opening 352, and limiting grooves 353 are uniformly formed in the inner wall of the side opening 352; a limiting rod 354 is arranged at the position, opposite to the edge opening 352, of the inner wall of the rotating leakage plate 346, and the tail end of the limiting rod 354 is matched with the limiting groove 353; wherein, the limiting rod 354 is positioned in the arc groove 351 and matched with the limiting groove 353 to realize the purpose of fixing the rotating bushing 346.
