Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ship construction, and particularly relates to a ship propeller nut mounting method.
Background
In ship construction, for the installation of the screw nut of the general ship propeller, because the specific specification and the size of the screw nut are different, a special tool matched with the screw nut is specially manufactured for the specific size of the screw nut, so that a plurality of different installation tools need to be specially manufactured, the use efficiency of the installation tools is not high, and the total manufacturing cost is also high.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method for mounting a ship propeller nut.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a marine propeller nut installation method based on an installation tool comprising:
the rotary ring is connected with a plurality of handles, and when the propeller nut is installed in the rotary ring, the handles extend into the hole of the propeller nut;
one side of the deep groove ball bearing is fixedly sleeved on the outer ring of the rotating ring;
the supporting annular ring plate is fixed with the other side of the deep groove ball bearing; the two ring plates are fixed on the rotating ring and provided with lifting holes;
the installation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, sleeving an installation tool on a screw nut;
secondly, fixing the screw nut through the handle and the hole on the screw nut;
thirdly, hoisting the propeller to the position near the final installation position of the propeller through a hoisting hole in the ring plate;
and fourthly, under the premise of protecting the screw thread of the propeller shaft, screwing the internal thread of the screw nut onto the external thread at the stern part of the propeller shaft, rotating a handle on the mounting tool, and continuously screwing the screw thread.
Preferably, the handle is provided with external threads, the handle and the hole of the propeller nut can be in threaded connection, and the rotating ring is provided with a threaded hole matched with the external threads of the handle.
Preferably, a waist hole is formed in the rotating ring, and the handle can penetrate through the waist hole to be connected with the screw nut.
Preferably, a circular ring plate is welded on the rotating ring.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the screw nut can be suitable for various screw nuts with different sizes and is widely suitable for common ships.
