Abstract

(4) placing the GIS equipment signboard between the arc folding mold A and the arc folding mold B, and starting a pressure device;
(5) when the applied pressure of the arc folding die A reaches the set value of the pressure limiting inductor, the arc folding die A can automatically stop under the control of the controller, and the arc folding is completed.
The arc bending die is provided with five replaceable radian sizes according to the diameters of the existing five types of GIS equipment.
The bending arc die is preferably made of stainless steel.
The pressure set value of the pressure limiting sensor is obtained by obtaining a pressure value according with each model through advanced experiments.
The portable GIS equipment signboard folding device is convenient to carry, high in flexibility, capable of meeting the requirement of folding the GIS equipment signboard, capable of controlling the degree of arc folding by using the limiting pressure value and capable of folding the signboard conforming to each set of GIS equipment by using the arc folding die.
