A cleaning process for manufacturing an integrated circuit lead frame as shown in fig. 1 to 12, the cleaning process comprising the steps of:
firstly, putting a lead frame into a cleaning device, carrying out first-time washing on the lead frame through the cleaning device, separating impurities with small surface binding power of the lead frame from the lead frame under the washing of water flow, and soaking the lead frame through a washed cleaning solution to soften the impurities with large surface binding power of the lead frame under the soaking action;
step two, in the soaking process, vibrating the lead frame through cleaning equipment, shaking off impurities which are not firmly adsorbed on the surface of the lead frame, and brushing the side walls of the periphery of the lead frame;
step three, after soaking, discharging the soaked sewage through cleaning equipment, washing the lead frame for the second time, overturning the lead frame through the cleaning equipment, increasing the washing area of the lead frame, enabling two surfaces of the lead frame to be washed in time, and continuously shaking the lead frame in the washing process to shake off impurities on the surface of the lead frame;
Step four, after the washing is finished, taking out the lead frame;
wherein, the cleaning equipment in the first step to the fourth step comprises a shell 1 and an immersion tank 2, the immersion tank 2 is fixed on the inner wall of the shell 1, a gap 3 is arranged between the bottom surface of the immersion tank 2 and the inner bottom surface of the shell 1, a drainage mechanism is arranged on the bottom surface of the immersion tank 2, a spray washing mechanism for spray washing a lead frame in the immersion tank 2 is arranged above the immersion tank 2, a partition plate 4 is fixed in the immersion tank 2, the partition plate 4 divides the interior of the immersion tank 2 into a cleaning chamber 201 and an equipment chamber 202, a plurality of U-shaped frames 5 are rotatably connected on the inner side wall of the cleaning chamber 201, the top ends of the U-shaped frames 5 are hinged with a sealing plate 6, a turn-over mechanism for driving the U-shaped frames 5 to turn over is jointly connected on two sides of the U-shaped frames 5, the turn-over mechanism is used for linking the drainage mechanism to discharge sewage in the cleaning chamber 201 to the interior of the shell 1, an insertion groove 7 is arranged on the inner annular wall of the U-shaped frames 5, a first brushing mechanism is arranged in the inserting groove 7, and when the U-shaped frame 5 swings, the first brushing mechanism brushes the edge of the surface of the lead frame; when the lead frame cleaning machine works, most of the lead frame is cleaned by adopting a spray head or directly scrubbed at present, the spray head is used for cleaning the surface of the lead frame by utilizing high-pressure water flow sprayed by the spray head, but in the cleaning process, impurities firmly adhered to the surface of the lead frame are difficult to clean, the area of the peripheral side walls of the lead frame is small and relatively deviates from the central position of a main body, and the chance of water contact is small, so that the impurities on the peripheral side walls are difficult to clean completely, the production quality of the lead frame in the later period is influenced, if the surface of the lead frame is directly scrubbed, the surface of the lead frame is easy to damage, the technical scheme can solve the problems, and the specific working mode is as follows, firstly, the lead frame is placed in the soaking box 2, the lead frame is inserted in the insertion groove 7 on the U-shaped frame 5, and the lead frame is supported and fixed by the U-shaped frame 5, then, water flow is sprayed into the cleaning chamber 201 through the spraying mechanism to wash the lead frame for the first time, impurities with small bonding force on the surface of the lead frame are separated from the lead frame under the washing of the water flow, at the moment, the drainage mechanism is in a closed state, the water flow gradually overflows the lead frame along with the increase of the water flow, at the moment, the spraying mechanism is closed, the lead frame is soaked through the washed water flow, the impurities with firm bonding on the surface of the lead frame are softened under the soaking effect, when the secondary washing is carried out in the later period, the impurities with firm bonding are separated from the lead frame, the impurities with firm bonding on the surface of the lead frame are cleaned up, after the soaking is finished, the U-shaped frame 5 is driven to swing left and right through the turn-over mechanism, the drainage mechanism is linked to discharge sewage in the cleaning chamber 201 to the inside of the shell 1, and the secondary spraying mechanism is used for spraying and washing on the surface of the lead frame, be favorable to washing the impurity that the lead frame surface is softened, and turn-over about driving the lead frame through turn-over mechanism, can be under the condition of not adjusting shower nozzle 11 positions, through making the lead frame turn-over, be favorable to increaseing the area of washing of lead frame, and realize washing to the lead frame two sides, quantity to shower nozzle 11 has been reduced, be favorable to practicing thrift equipment cost, soak and make the impurity soften the back, through the in-process at the lead frame turn-over, make first scrubbing mechanism scrub the lead frame area less edge all around, prevent the in-process that washes, the lead frame is difficult to all around by clean up's problem emergence.

As a further embodiment of the present invention, the vibration mechanism includes a mounting groove 25, the mounting groove 25 is opened on the side wall of the moving rod 23, a second motor 26 is fixed on the inner wall of the mounting groove 25, the output shaft of the second motor 26 penetrates through the bottom of the mounting groove 25 and extends out to be fixed with a cam 27, and one side of the cam 27 is in contact with the connecting rod 19; in operation, in the process of soaking, carriage release lever 23 is in quiescent condition, rotate through second motor 26 drive cam 27, the farthest end through cam 27 promotes connecting rod 19 and keeps away from carriage release lever 23, and under elastic connection mechanism's effect, make connecting rod 19 reset, thereby make connecting rod 19 take place to remove relative carriage release lever 23, be favorable to driving pull rod 16 through connecting rod 19 and remove, thereby in the process of soaking, make U type frame 5 can take place the upset in purge chamber 201 inside, thereby the first mechanism of rinsing of linkage brushes the lead frame, and at the wobbling in-process of lead frame, be favorable to shaking the not firm impurity of lead frame surface absorption inside purge chamber 201, improved the cleaning ability to the lead frame surface, be favorable to the thorough clearance to the lead frame surface.

As a further embodiment of the present invention, the first brushing mechanism comprises a strip-shaped through hole 31, a pushing strip 32, a first brushing strip 33, and a water outlet through groove 45, the water outlet through groove 45 is opened on the side wall of the U-shaped frame 5, the strip-shaped through hole 31 is opened on the inner bottom surface of the U-shaped frame 5, the first brushing strip 33 is symmetrically fixed on the inner walls of both sides of the insertion groove 7, the inner bottom surface of the insertion groove 7 is provided with a second brushing strip 34, the second brushing strip 34 is vertically and slidably connected inside the insertion groove 7, the bottom of the second brushing strip 34 is fixed with a pushing block 35, the bottom surface of the pushing block 35 is arc-shaped, after the pushing block 35 penetrates through the strip-shaped through hole 31 and extends out, the pushing strip 32 is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the cleaning chamber 201, the top surface of the pushing strip 32 is arc-shaped, and when the U-shaped frame 5 is in a vertical state, the pushing block 35 is abutted against the arc-shaped surface of the pushing strip 32; in operation, when the U-shaped frame 5 is in a vertical state, the pushing block 35 abuts against the arc surface of the pushing bar 32, at this time, the second washing bar 34 at the top of the pushing block 35 does not contact with the inner bottom surface of the insertion groove 7, when the U-shaped frame 5 is turned from the vertical state to an inclined state, the pushing block 35 is separated from the pushing bar 32, the pushing block 35 is pushed downward under the gravity of the lead frame and the second washing bar 34, so that the second washing bar 34 contacts with the inner bottom surface of the insertion groove 7, when the U-shaped frame 5 is turned from the inclined state to the vertical state, the pushing block 35 collides against the pushing bar 32, under the guiding action of the upper arc surface of the pushing bar 32, the pushing block 35 pushes the second washing bar 34 upward, so that the lead frame moves between the first washing bars 33, and during moving, both sides of the lead frame are washed by the first washing bars 33, scrub the bottom of lead frame through second scrubbing strip 34, scrub through the less edge of lead frame both sides and bottom area, prevent at the in-process that washes, the lead frame is difficult to all around by clean up's problem emergence.

firstly, a lead frame is placed in an immersion box 2, the lead frame is inserted into an insertion groove 7 on a U-shaped frame 5, the lead frame is supported and fixed through the U-shaped frame 5, then water flow is sprayed into a cleaning chamber 201 through a spraying mechanism to clean the lead frame for the first time, impurities with small surface bonding force of the lead frame are separated from the lead frame under the washing of the water flow, a drainage mechanism is in a closed state at the moment, the water flow gradually submerges the lead frame along with the increase of the water flow, at the moment, the spraying mechanism is closed, the lead frame is soaked through the washed water flow, the impurities with firm surface bonding of the lead frame are softened under the soaking effect, and when secondary washing is carried out in the later period, the impurities with firm bonding are separated from the lead frame, so that the firm bonding impurities on the surface of the lead frame are cleaned up, after the soaking is finished, the U-shaped frame 5 is driven by the turn-over mechanism to swing left and right, and the sewage in the cleaning chamber 201 is discharged to the inside of the shell 1 by linkage with the drainage mechanism, the secondary spray washing is carried out on the surface of the lead frame through the spray washing mechanism, which is beneficial to washing away the impurities softened on the surface of the lead frame, and the lead frame is driven to turn over left and right through the turn-over mechanism, so that under the condition of not adjusting the position of the spray head 11, the lead frame is turned over, so that the washing area of the lead frame is increased, the two sides of the lead frame are washed, the number of the spray heads 11 is reduced, which is beneficial to saving the equipment cost, after the impurities are softened by soaking, through the in-process at the lead frame turn-over, make first scrubbing mechanism scrub the lead frame edge that the area is less all around, prevent at the in-process that washes, the lead frame is difficult to all around by clean up's problem emergence.

step four, after the washing is finished, taking out the lead frame;
