Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, one embodiment of the assembled full face mask of the present invention is adapted to rest against the face of a user. The assembled full face mask includes a base 1, a flexible interface 2, a nasal cannula connector 3, and two clasps 4.
Defines a front-to-rear axial direction D1, a top-to-bottom axial direction D2 perpendicular to the front-to-rear axial direction D1, and a left-to-right axial direction D3 perpendicular to both the top-to-bottom axial direction D2 and the front-to-rear axial direction D1, and defines a central axis C (shown in FIG. 4) extending along the top-to-bottom axial direction D2. The base 1 includes a main board 11, an air inlet 12 disposed on the main board 11, an air inlet 13 disposed on the air inlet 12 and penetrating along the front-rear axial direction D1, four force-receiving portions 14 connected to the main board 11, and an assembling ring portion 15 disposed along the periphery of the main board 11 and extending rearward from the main board 11.
In particular, referring to fig. 5, when the base 1 is viewed from a top view in the present embodiment, the main plate 11 of the base 1 is in a concave arc shape and opens backward, the main plate 11 can define an arc length R and a chord length W (shown by a thick solid line in fig. 5), a length difference between the arc length R and the chord length W is 4cm, and R-W is 4 cm. This design allows the base 1 to cover the entire face and provide sufficient space to accommodate the five sense organs in a three-dimensional manner.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the assembly connecting portion 15 has an upper section 151, a lower section 152 opposite to the upper section 151 along the upper and lower axial directions D2, two connecting sections 153 connected between the upper section 151 and the lower section 152, and a groove 154 with four openings facing to the rear side. Three of the grooves 154 are provided in the upper section 151, and the remaining one is provided in the lower section 152. It should be noted that the number of the grooves 154 in the present embodiment is only an example, and the number of the grooves 154 may also be three, five or more than six. It should be noted that, in order to match the shape of the face with wide forehead and narrow chin, the length of the upper section 151 contacting the face should be longer than the length of the lower section 152 contacting the face, so that the number of the grooves 154 provided in the upper section 151 is larger in this embodiment. In addition, since the face shape is symmetrical, the central axis C corresponds to the center line of the face when the face is worn, and the grooves 154 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the central axis C. In the present embodiment, the center of one groove 154 of the upper section 151 and the center of one groove 154 of the lower section 152 are on the central axis C, and the remaining two grooves 154 of the upper section 151 are located on the left and right sides of the central axis C and the distances from the two grooves 154 to the central axis C are equal.
The flexible interface 2 is arranged along the set of collar portions 15 and is adapted to be applied against the face of the user. The flexible interface 2 includes a mounting portion 21 connected to the assembling ring portion 15, and an abutting portion 22 connected to the rear side of the mounting portion 21. The mounting portion 21 has an annular groove 211 opened toward the front side for the engagement of the connecting ring portion 15, and four rib blocks 212 (shown in fig. 6) disposed in the annular groove 211 and engaged with the grooves 154 respectively.
The nose tube connector 3 is installed at the front side of the air inlet hole 13 and is suitable for connecting a nose tube and an air guide device (not shown in the drawings), so that air can flow into the inner side of the embodiment from the air inlet hole 13. The two force-bearing parts 14 of the buckle 4 are respectively arranged at the lower side and are suitable for being matched with a head band (not shown in the drawing).
This embodiment uses an assembled design, where the base 1 and the flexible interface 2 are separate components that are manufactured separately. Further, the base 1 is integrally made of Polycarbonate (PC), and the flexible interface 2 is integrally made of silicone. During assembly, the assembling ring portion 15 of the base 1 is pressed into the annular groove 211 of the flexible interface 2. It should be noted that, at this time, the groove 154 and the rib block 212 are aligned with each other, so that the rib block 212 can be engaged with the groove 154, resulting in an effect of preventing incorrect assembly.
When the user wears the present embodiment, the central axis C should be aligned substantially with the midline of the face to cover the mouth, nose and eyes simultaneously. Then, the force-bearing part 14 and the buckle 4 are connected to the headband which bypasses the head and the headband is tightened, so that the force-bearing part 14 is directly or indirectly stressed and pulled backwards to fix the embodiment on the head.
When the force-bearing part 14 is pulled backward, the groove 154 provides the deformation space required by the main board 11 to make the main board 11 able to flex backward, so that the abutting part 22 of the flexible interface 2 can be tightly attached to the face of the user. It is emphasized that without the recesses 154 providing deformation space, the main panel portion 11 would be very difficult to flex due to the stiff texture and the constraint of the set of loops 15. One of the primary functions of the groove 154 is to weaken the rigidity of the set of collar portions 15 so that the main body panel portion 11 is less constrained by the set of collar portions 15 and is more flexible.
In addition, when the main plate portion 11 is flexed rearward, the grooves 154 become narrower and pinch the rib blocks 212, so that the flexible interface 2 is less likely to be detached from the base 1. In this embodiment, the force-receiving portion 14 is respectively connected to the upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right of the main board 11, so that the advantage of this design is that the force pulling the force-receiving portion 14 can be uniformly distributed on the whole abutting portion 22, so that the present embodiment can easily control the pressure between the abutting portion 22 and the face within the pressure-receiving comfortable range when being worn, and the comfort of the user is improved.
Therefore, under the condition that the temples on the two sides of each face have different lengths, the deformation degree of the groove 154 is different, so that the human face can be adapted to each face without additionally strengthening the force for pulling the stress part 14, and the comfort level is effectively improved. In addition, the present embodiment adopts an assembly design, which does not need to manufacture or combine the base 1 and the flexible interface 2 in an integrated manner, thereby effectively reducing the manufacturing difficulty and saving the cost.
In summary, the assembled full-face mask of the present invention can make the main plate 11 flex backward through the groove 154 to make the flexible interface 2 tightly fit to the face of the user, without additional force for pulling the stressed portion 14, so as to effectively improve the comfort, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.
