Abstract
The invention discloses a three-coil snare applied under a digestive endoscope, which comprises a snare assembly and an operation assembly, wherein the snare assembly comprises a snare metal loop, a snare auxiliary traction wire, a snare base and a snare device shell, the operation assembly comprises a metal loop control rod, a metal loop control handle, a traction wire control rod, a traction wire control handle and a base assembly, one end of the snare auxiliary traction wire is connected with the end part of the snare metal loop, and the other end of the snare auxiliary traction wire is connected with the traction wire control rod and controlled by the traction wire control handle. The metal snare and the pull wire connected with the snare jointly form the snare main body, so that large polyps and difficult-to-snare polyps of the polyps at difficult positions caused by a single plane of the traditional snare are ingeniously made up, and the operability and the deformability of the snare are higher and more flexible. When the polypus is snared, the size and the angle of the snare can be further adjusted by changing the angle and the length of the pull wire, and the polypus can be snared more quickly and better.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of snares, in particular to a three-coil snare applied under a digestive endoscope.
Background
At present, the prevailing snares in the market are annular snares, and the snares are convenient when snares are suitable for small polyps or polyp positions.
However, the existing snares have certain disadvantages:
1. when large polyps are encountered, the snare is difficult to fast and completely snare the whole polyps, and is not convenient enough;
2. in addition, when a polyp at a difficult position is encountered, due to the limitation of the plane of the snare, the polyp can be completely snared by the fact that the angle of the plane of the snare cannot be adjusted or the direction of an endoscopic probe cannot be changed within a short time, even an experienced endoscopic doctor also has the problem, the operation efficiency is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, higher anesthesia risk is brought to a patient.

the snare assembly comprises a snare metal loop, a snare auxiliary traction wire, a snare base and a snare device shell, wherein one end of the snare metal loop is in a snare shape, and the other end of the snare metal loop extends into the snare device shell and is converged by a snare metal wire convergence device fixed on the snare base, passes through the snare base fixed on the inner wall of the snare device shell and then is connected and fixed on the metal loop control rod; the operating assembly comprises a snare base fixed on the inner wall of the snare device shell, a snare metal wire convergence device connected with the snare base, a metal ring operating rod connected with the snare metal ring, a metal ring operating handle connected with the metal ring operating rod, a pull wire operating handle connected with the pull wire operating rod and a base assembly, wherein one end of an auxiliary pull wire of the snare is connected with the end of the snare metal ring, and the other end of the auxiliary pull wire of the snare is connected with the pull wire operating rod and is controlled through the pull wire operating handle.
Further, a traction wire shell is arranged on the outer side of the snare auxiliary traction wire.

The snare metal ring is arranged on the metal ring manipulation handle, the metal ring manipulation handle is used for guiding the snare metal ring and the snare device to release the auxiliary traction wire, the snare metal ring is further close to the polyp, the length of the snare device auxiliary traction wire and the angle of the snare metal ring are adjusted through the traction wire manipulation handle, the deformation and the angle of the snare metal ring are suitable for the size of the target polyp, in the process of the snare polyp, the traction wire manipulation handle is pulled to enable the snare device to assist the traction wire to be recovered, the snare metal ring is bent to be spoon-shaped to net the polyp, the snare process is completed more quickly, the condition that the snare device is separated from the polyp due to the fact that an endoscope shakes or a digestive tract contracts can be reduced, better and faster snare is realized, and then the polyp is cut by the power supply.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a three-coil snare for digestive endoscopy comprises a snare assembly 10 and an operation assembly 20, wherein the snare assembly 10 comprises a snare metal loop 11, a snare auxiliary traction wire 12, a snare base 13 and a snare device housing 15, one end of the snare metal loop 11 is in a snare shape, and the other end of the snare metal loop extends into the snare device housing 15 and is fixedly connected with a metal loop operation rod 21 in the snare device housing 15;
the operating assembly 20 comprises a snare base 13 connected with a snare device shell 15, a snare wire convergence device 14 connected with the snare base 13, a metal loop operating handle 22 connected with a metal loop operating rod 21, a pull wire operating rod 23, a pull wire operating handle 24 connected with the pull wire operating rod 23 and a base assembly 25, wherein one end of the snare auxiliary pull wire 12 is connected with the end of the snare metal loop 11, and the other end of the snare auxiliary pull wire is connected with the pull wire operating rod 23 and is operated through the pull wire operating handle 24. According to the invention, the metal snare and the traction wire connected with the snare jointly form the snare main body, so that relatively large polyps and difficult-to-snare polyps of the polyps at difficult positions caused by a single plane of the traditional snare are ingeniously made up, and the operability and the deformability of the snare are higher and more flexible. When the polypus is snared, the size and the angle of the snare can be further adjusted by changing the angle and the length of the pull wire, and the polypus can be snared more quickly and better.
The working principle is as follows: when polyps are found, the snare metal ring 11 and the snare auxiliary pull wire 12 are released through the pull wire control handle 24 and the metal ring control handle 22, the snare metal ring 11 is further close to the polyps, the length of the snare auxiliary pull wire 12 and the angle of the snare auxiliary pull wire 12 and the snare metal ring 11 are adjusted through the pull wire control handle 24, the deformation and the angle of the snare metal ring 11 are suitable for the size of the target polyps, in the process of snaring the polyps, the pull wire control handle 24 is pulled to enable the snare auxiliary pull wire 12 to be recovered, the snare metal ring 11 is bent to be spoon-shaped to net the polyps, the snare process is completed more quickly, the situation that the snare is separated from the polyps due to endoscope shaking or digestive tract contraction can be reduced, better and faster snare is realized, and then a power supply is connected to complete polyp excision.
Preferably, a pull wire shell 121 is arranged on the outer side of the snare auxiliary pull wire 12. The length of the auxiliary pull wire 12 of the snare is larger than that of the pull wire shell 121, and therefore guiding efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the snare base 13 is provided with a snare wire convergence device 14, so that convergence efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the snare base 13 is slidably mounted to the snare device housing 15. The base component 25 is provided with a pull wire slide rail 251 and a pull wire control slide rail 252 which is matched with the pull wire slide rail 251, the snare auxiliary pull wire 12 is connected with the pull wire control slide rail 252, and the pull wire control slide rail 252 is connected with the pull wire control handle 24. The snare base 13 is cylindrical, and the snare base 13 is hollow. The base assembly 25 is cylindrical. The area of the base assembly 25 is greater than the area of the snare base 13. The snare is changed from two dimensions to three dimensions, and the size, the angle and the like of the snare can be further adjusted by changing the angle and the length of the pull wire when the polyp is snared, so that the snare can be faster and better.

the operating assembly comprises a snare base fixed on the inner wall of the snare device shell, a snare metal wire convergence device connected with the snare base, a metal ring operating rod connected with the snare metal ring, a metal ring operating handle connected with the metal ring operating rod, a pull wire operating handle connected with the pull wire operating rod and a base assembly, wherein one end of an auxiliary pull wire of the snare is connected with the end of the snare metal ring, and the other end of the auxiliary pull wire of the snare is connected with the pull wire operating rod and is controlled through the pull wire operating handle.
2. The triple coil snare for use under a digestive endoscope according to claim 1, wherein: and a traction wire shell is arranged on the outer side of the auxiliary traction wire of the snare.
