The water outlet pipe 19 may be used as a primary sealing structure of the water outlet and the water outlet channel, and the blocking edge 15 may be used as a secondary sealing structure of the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank main body 10, so as to improve the sealing performance between the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank main body 10.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the sealing performance between the water outlet pipe 19 and the water outlet mechanism 30, the cold tank assembly further includes a sealing sleeve, wherein the sealing sleeve includes an inner sealing sleeve 20 and an outer sealing sleeve 21 disposed around the inner sealing sleeve 20, and the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21 are connected through a gasket layer 22; the water outlet mechanism 30 is provided with a mounting portion 38 in a protruding manner, the mounting portion 38 is provided with a connecting hole 39 for communicating with the water outlet channel, the inner sealing sleeve 20 is clamped between the water outlet pipe 19 and the inner wall of the connecting hole 39, and the mounting portion 38 is embedded between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21 form an inner sealing sleeve and an outer sealing sleeve, a gap is formed between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21, and the gasket layer 22 is used for connecting the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21 to each other. The water outlet channel is formed in the water outlet mechanism 30, and the mounting portion 38 is a protruding structure on a surface of the water outlet mechanism 30 facing the cooling tank main body 10, and is configured to cooperate with the water outlet pipe 19.
When the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank main body 10 are mutually butted, the connecting hole 39 on the mounting part 38 is mutually aligned with the water outlet pipe 19, the water outlet pipe 19 and the inner sealing sleeve 20 are inserted into the connecting hole 39, the inner sealing sleeve 20 is used for sealing the water outlet pipe 19 and the connecting hole 39, the mounting part 38 is embedded into a gap between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21, the outer sealing sleeve 21 seals from the outside of the mounting part 38, and meanwhile, the gasket layer 22 can prevent liquid from flowing to the outside of the sealing sleeve, so that the water outlet pipe 19 and the water outlet mechanism 30 are mutually sealed and connected.
Referring to fig. 9, when the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank body 10 are detachably connected, the elastic buckle 36 is clamped into the limiting hole 16, and the mounting portion 38 is also clamped into the gap between the inner sealing sleeve 20 and the outer sealing sleeve 21, so as to realize relative positioning and fixing.
In order to improve the stability of the water outlet mechanism 30, in this embodiment, optionally, an end of the mounting portion 38 away from the water outlet mechanism 30 abuts against the gasket layer 22. The gasket layer 22 seals the edge of the mounting portion 38 to further enhance the sealing of the outlet pipe 19.
When the elastic buckle 36 is provided, the mounting portion 38 is pressed against the gasket layer 22 when the elastic buckle 36 and the limiting hole 16 are mutually matched and connected, so as to prevent the mounting portion 38 from falling off under the action of the elastic force of the gasket layer 22.
In order to further improve the sealing performance, in this embodiment, optionally, a flange 23 is disposed at an end of the outer sealing sleeve 21 away from the gasket layer 22, and the flange 23 abuts against an end face of the water outlet mechanism 30 facing the cold tank body 10. When the water outlet mechanism 30 is connected with the cold tank body 10, the flange 23 is pressed in the gap between the water outlet mechanism 30 and the cold tank body 10, so as to further improve the sealing performance. When the blocking edge 15 is arranged, the flange 23 is clamped between the blocking edge 15 and the outer surface of the mounting part, so that a sealing effect is further achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the water storage chamber includes: a first water chamber 18, the first water chamber 18 for storing warm water; and a second water chamber 17, wherein the first water chamber 18 is communicated with the second water chamber 17 for supplementing water to the second water chamber 17, the second water chamber 17 is used for storing cold water below normal temperature, and the water outlet is communicated with the second water chamber 17. The second water cavity 17 is used for storing cold water below normal temperature, and the water outlet is only used for outputting the cold water in the second water cavity 17.
The cold tank assembly is only used for outputting cold water to the outside. Since the first water chamber 18 and the second water chamber 17 are communicated with each other, the first water chamber 18 can be used to replenish water into the second water chamber 17 so as to maintain the second water chamber 17 at a predetermined water pressure.
Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment of the present invention, the water outlet includes a first water outlet 13 communicating with the first water chamber 18 and a second water outlet 14 communicating with the second water chamber 17, the water outlet passage includes a first passage 32 communicating with the first water outlet 13 and a second passage 33 communicating with the second water outlet 14, and the water outlet mechanism 30 is provided with a valve body 37 for opening or closing the first passage 32 and the second passage 33, respectively. The cold tank body 10 may output both the cold water and the warm water.
Referring to fig. 5, the water outlet channel of the water outlet mechanism 30 is adapted to the water outlet of the cold tank body 10, so that the cold tank body 10 can output cold water through the first water outlet 13 and the first channel 32 of the water outlet mechanism 30, and can output cold water through the second water outlet 14 and the second channel 33 of the water outlet mechanism 30. The first passage 32 and the second passage 33 are provided with the valve body 37, respectively.
By adopting the water outlet mechanism 30 to be matched with the cold tank body 10, the cold tank body 10 can be used for outputting the cold water and the warm water at the same time. When the water volume in the second water chamber 17 is reduced, the first water chamber 18 can be used for water replenishment so that the cold tank assembly can have both functions of outputting cold water and outputting cold water.
Due to the arrangement of the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14, the water outlet pipe 19 can be arranged on the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 at the same time, and two mounting parts 38 are arranged on the water outlet mechanism 30 to be matched with the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14. After the water outlet pipes 19 of the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 are matched with the two mounting portions 38 of the water outlet mechanism 30, the water outlet mechanism 30 can be positioned at two points, so as to improve the stability of the water outlet mechanism 30 and avoid falling off. When the sealing sleeves are arranged, the sealing sleeves are respectively arranged on the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 so as to seal the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 at the same time. The sealing sleeves on the first water outlet 13 and the second water outlet 14 can be mutually connected so as to facilitate cleaning.
The reservoir may be provided with two separate chambers forming the first and second chambers 18, 17 respectively. A pipe or channel is provided between the first and second water chambers 18, 17 to allow communication between them.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the water storage cavity is provided with a water diversion plate 11, the water diversion plate 11 divides the water storage cavity into the first water cavity 18 and the second water cavity 17, and a water supplementing channel for communicating the first water cavity 18 and the second water cavity 17 is formed between the water diversion plate 11 and the inner wall of the cold tank body 10.
The first water cavity 18 is used for storing cold water below normal temperature, the second water cavity 17 is used for storing cold water below normal temperature, the water outlets comprise a first water outlet 13 and a second water outlet 14, the first water outlet 13 is used for communicating the first water cavity 18 to output the cold water outwards, and the second water outlet 14 is used for communicating the second water cavity 17 to output the cold water outwards. The water outlet mechanism 30 has a first channel 32 communicated with the first water outlet 13 and a second channel 33 communicated with the second water outlet 14, and the first channel 32 and the second channel 33 are respectively provided with a valve body 37 for realizing opening or closing control of the channels.
The water diversion plate 11 is of a sheet structure arranged in the water storage cavity. The water diversion plate 11 may be connected to the smart seat of the cold tank body 10, so as to facilitate the synchronous disassembly and assembly of the water diversion plate 11 and the smart seat. When the inside of the cooling tank body 10 needs to be cleaned, the water dividing plate 11 can be directly detached to facilitate cleaning. A cold water pipe 12 may be disposed on the water diversion plate 11, and the cold water pipe 12 is communicated with the second water outlet 14, so as to realize cold water output.
The water supplementing channel may be a gap between the water diversion plate 11 and the inner wall of the water storage cavity, or may be a pipe disposed on the water diversion plate 11. In one embodiment of the invention, the first water chamber 18 is located above the second water chamber 17, and water in the first water chamber 18 can automatically replenish the second water chamber 17 when the amount of water in the second water chamber 17 decreases.
When the cold water pipe 12 is installed, the cold water pipe 12 is extended to the bottom of the cold tank body 10, and the cold water pipe 12 can output the cold water in the water storage cavity to the outside first because the cold water in the water storage cavity is concentrated to the bottom of the cold tank body 10.
When the water diversion plate 11 is connected with the smart seat of the cold tank body 10, water input into the first water cavity 18 from the smart seat increases the water pressure in the first water cavity 18, and when water is replenished to the second water cavity 17, cold water is extruded to the bottom of the second water cavity 17, so that the cold water in the second water cavity 17 is output preferentially.
The invention provides an embodiment of a water dispenser based on the cold tank assembly.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the water dispenser includes a water dispenser body 100; and the cold tank assembly according to any of the above embodiments, the cold tank body 10 of the cold tank assembly is detachably mounted in the water dispenser body 100, and one end of the water outlet channel of the cold tank assembly, which is far away from the cold tank body 10, protrudes to the outside of the water dispenser body 100.
The cold tank assembly is detachably connected with the water dispenser body 100, so that the cold tank assembly can be conveniently detached from the water dispenser directly for cleaning. Because the cold tank body 10 is directly connected with the water outlet mechanism 30, a separate connecting pipeline is not required, and the water outlet channel of the cold tank assembly is directly used as the water outlet channel of the water dispenser, so that the structure of the water dispenser is simplified, and thorough cleaning can be conveniently performed.
As shown in fig. 11, the cold tank assembly may be installed directly into the water dispenser from the top of the water dispenser. A cover plate is arranged on the water dispenser so that the cold tank assembly is covered in the water dispenser, and the water outlet mechanism 30 can be directly exposed outside the water dispenser so as to conveniently control the opening and closing of the water outlet channel.
The water dispenser may be provided with a cold water outlet 110 and a normal temperature water outlet 120, and the output end of the first channel 32 of the water outlet mechanism 30 may be used as the normal temperature water outlet 120, and the output end of the second channel 33 may be used as the cold water outlet 110.
When the water dispenser is manufactured, a chamber for placing the cold tank body 10 can be preset on the water dispenser body 100, the cold tank body 10 is directly embedded in the chamber, and after the cold tank body 10 keeps a stable state, the water outlet assembly protrudes out of the water dispenser body 100. When the cleaning is needed, the cooling tank assembly is integrally disassembled for cleaning, water in the cooling tank main body 10 does not need to be emptied in advance, and rapid cleaning is convenient. When the water outlet mechanism 30 is detachably connected with the cold tank main body 10, after the cold tank assembly is taken out from the water dispenser main body 100, the water outlet mechanism 30 can be directly detached, so that the water outlet and the water outlet mechanism 30 can be cleaned independently, and the sanitary performance of the water dispenser can be improved.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water dispenser further includes: a heat can 140, wherein the heat can 140 is disposed in the water dispenser body 100; and a hot water outlet 130, the hot water outlet 130 being provided at the outside of the water dispenser body 100 and communicating with the hot tank 140. The hot tank 140 and the cold tank are two independent tanks in the main body 100 of the water dispenser to store water with different temperatures.
The water dispenser body 100 may be provided therein with a structure for heating the water in the hot tank 140. The hot tank 140 may be heated by an external pipe, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the hot tank 140 is connected to the cold tank body 10, and the hot tank 140 is replenished with water through the cold tank body 10. Optionally, the hot tank 140 is provided with a connector 141; the water outlet mechanism 30 is provided with a water supplementing pipe 34 communicated with the water outlet channel, when the cold tank assembly is arranged on the water dispenser main body 100, the connector 141 is mutually sleeved with the water supplementing pipe 34, and the water supplementing pipe 34 is provided with a one-way valve 35 for opening or closing the water supplementing pipe 34.
The connector 141 is a pipe arranged on the hot tank 140, and the connector 141 and the water replenishing pipe 34 are mutually sleeved so that water in the water replenishing pipe 34 can enter the hot tank 140 through the connector 141. A connector sealing ring 142 is arranged in the connector 141 to prevent water leakage between the connector 141 and the water supplementing pipe.
When the cold tank body 10 has the first water chamber 18 and the second water chamber 17, the water replenishing pipe 34 is communicated with the first passage 32 of the water outlet mechanism 30, so that the first water chamber 18 is replenished with the hot tank 140 with the warm water to reduce the heating energy consumption of the hot tank 140. The check valve 35 may be an existing check valve 35, and when the water level in the hot tank 140 is lowered, the check valve 35 is opened, and the normal temperature water in the cold tank body 10 is supplied into the hot tank 140. Since the check valve 35 is provided on the water replenishment pipe 34, when the cold tank assembly is detached from the water dispenser, the water replenishment pipe 34 of the water outlet mechanism 30 is kept in a closed state, and water leakage can be prevented.

Claims (12)

1. A cold tank assembly for a water dispenser, the cold tank assembly comprising:
the cold tank body is internally provided with a water storage cavity and is provided with a water outlet communicated with the water storage cavity; and
the water outlet mechanism is connected with the cold tank main body, so that the water outlet mechanism and the cold tank main body form a whole; the water outlet mechanism is provided with a water outlet channel communicated with the water outlet, and a valve body for opening or closing the water outlet channel is arranged on the water outlet mechanism;
the cold tank main body is provided with a blocking edge, the blocking edge is arranged on the periphery of the water outlet in a surrounding mode, and one end, close to the cold tank main body, of the water outlet mechanism is inserted into the blocking edge;
one of the blocking edge and the water outlet mechanism is provided with a limiting hole, the other one of the blocking edge and the water outlet mechanism is provided with an elastic buckle, and when one end of the water outlet mechanism, which is close to the cold tank main body, is inserted into the blocking edge, the elastic buckle is clamped into the limiting hole, so that the blocking edge and the water outlet mechanism are mutually positioned;
the water outlet mechanism is detachably connected with the cold tank main body, so that the water outlet and the water outlet mechanism can be cleaned independently.
2. The cold tank assembly of claim 1, wherein the cold tank body is provided with a water outlet pipe communicated with the water outlet, and the water outlet pipe is inserted in the water outlet channel.
3. The cold tank assembly of claim 2, further comprising a seal cartridge comprising an inner seal cartridge and an outer seal cartridge disposed about an exterior of the inner seal cartridge, the inner seal cartridge and the outer seal cartridge being connected by a gasket layer;
the water outlet mechanism is convexly provided with a mounting part, the mounting part is provided with a connecting hole communicated with the water outlet channel, the inner sealing sleeve is clamped between the water outlet pipe and the inner wall of the connecting hole, and the mounting part is embedded between the inner sealing sleeve and the outer sealing sleeve.
4. A cold tank assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein an end of the mounting portion remote from the water outlet means abuts the gasket layer.
5. A cold tank assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the end of the outer sealing sleeve remote from the gasket layer is provided with a flange which abuts against the end face of the water outlet mechanism facing the cold tank body.
6. The cold tank assembly of claim 1, wherein the water storage chamber comprises:
a first water chamber for storing warm water; and
the second water cavity is used for storing cold water below normal temperature, and the first water cavity is communicated with the second water cavity and used for supplementing water to the second water cavity; the water outlet comprises a first water outlet communicated with the first water cavity and a second water outlet communicated with the second water cavity, the water outlet channel comprises a first channel communicated with the first water outlet and a second channel communicated with the second water outlet, and the water outlet mechanism is provided with a valve body for opening or closing the first channel and the second channel respectively.
7. The cold tank assembly of claim 1, wherein the water storage chamber comprises:
a first water chamber for storing warm water; and
the first water cavity is communicated with the second water cavity so as to be used for supplementing water to the second water cavity, the second water cavity is used for storing cold water lower than normal temperature, and the water outlet is communicated with the second water cavity.
8. The cold tank assembly of claim 6 or 7, wherein the water storage chamber is provided with a water diversion plate, the water diversion plate divides the water storage chamber into the first water chamber and the second water chamber, and a water supplementing channel for communicating the first water chamber and the second water chamber is formed between the water diversion plate and the inner wall of the cold tank main body.
9. The cold pot assembly of claim 8, wherein the first water chamber is located above the second water chamber.
10. A water dispenser, comprising:
a water dispenser main body; and
the cold tank assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a cold tank body of the cold tank assembly is detachably mounted in the water dispenser body, and an end of a water outlet channel of the cold tank assembly, which is far away from the cold tank body, protrudes to the outside of the water dispenser body.
11. The water dispenser of claim 10, further comprising:
the hot tank is arranged in the water dispenser main body; and
the hot water outlet is arranged outside the water dispenser main body and is communicated with the hot tank.
12. The water dispenser of claim 11 wherein the hot tank is provided with a connector;
the water outlet mechanism is provided with a water supplementing pipe communicated with the water outlet channel, and when the cold tank assembly is arranged on the water dispenser main body, the connector is mutually sleeved with the water supplementing pipe, and the water supplementing pipe is provided with a one-way valve for opening or closing the water supplementing pipe.
