In an embodiment, the power adjusting module includes a power controller and a power adjusting key 51, the power adjusting key 51 and each power indicator 32 are electrically connected to the power controller, the power adjusting key 51 is exposed outside the housing 10, the power adjusting key 51 is used for generating a second adjusting electrical signal, and the power controller receives the first adjusting signal and then adjusts to a corresponding power gear by controlling the fan assembly 20.
Within a preset time period for the prompt component 30 to issue the first reminder:
if the power adjusting key 51 is pressed for a long time to reach the first preset time, the control device 80 controls the component to control the fan component 20 to enter the reverse rotation cleaning mode for a preset time, and the accumulated starting times of the counter are cleared;
if the power adjusting key 51 is not pressed for a long time or the power adjusting key 51 is pressed for a long time and the first preset time period exceeds the preset time period for the prompting component 30 to send the first prompting message, the control device 80 controls the component to control the blower component 20 to enter the forward rotation blowing mode and controls the prompting component 30 to send the first prompting message when the blower is started next time.
Specifically, when the user presses/pushes the power adjustment key 51 to adjust the blower to a certain power gear, the power adjustment key 51 can generate a second adjustment electrical signal corresponding to the power gear, and send the second adjustment electrical signal to the power controller, and the power controller receives the first adjustment signal and then adjusts the first adjustment signal to a rotation speed corresponding to the power gear by controlling the blower assembly 20. The power adjusting key 51 may be a pressing key, a pushing control key or a touch key.
When the cumulative number of times of starting the hair dryer is greater than 500 times, the control device 80 controls the component to control the prompting component 30 to continuously send out the first reminding message for a preset time period. After the power adjusting key 51 is pressed for a long time for a first preset time, a corresponding second adjusting electric signal is generated, and the second adjusting electric signal can be sent to the control component of the control device 80, so that after a user presses the power adjusting key 51 for the long time for the first preset time, the control component of the control device 80 receives an electric second signal generated by the power adjusting key 51, the fan component 20 is controlled to enter a reverse rotation cleaning mode for a preset time, namely, the fan component 20 rotates reversely within the preset time to perform the reverse rotation cleaning mode. After the preset time is exceeded, namely the reverse rotation cleaning mode is ended, and then the blower can normally enter the forward rotation blowing mode. The control device 80 may control the component to clear the accumulated startup times of the counter when the blower enters the reverse cleaning mode, or may control the component to clear the accumulated startup times of the counter after the reverse cleaning mode is finished, that is, the control device 80 controls the component to clear the accumulated startup times of the counter when the blower assembly 20 enters the reverse cleaning mode or when the reverse cleaning mode is finished, so that the counter is counted again after the blower is self-cleaned.
If the user does not press the power adjustment key 51 for a long time or does not press the power adjustment key 51 for a long time for the first preset time, the power adjustment key 51 cannot generate a corresponding second adjustment electrical signal, so that the control device 80 does not control the assembly to receive the corresponding second adjustment electrical signal, and further does not control the fan assembly 20 to enter the reverse cleaning mode. When the first reminding information sent by the reminding component 30 exceeds the preset time period, the control device 80 controls the component to control the reminding component 30 to stop sending the first reminding information, and at the moment, the blower can normally enter a forward rotation blowing mode. The blower does not enter the reverse cleaning mode for self-cleaning, so the accumulated starting-up times of the counter is not cleared, when the blower is started up next time, the accumulated starting-up times of the blower is still more than 500 times, at the moment, the counter can send the corresponding first electric signal to the control assembly of the control device 80 again, and the control assembly of the control device 80 controls the prompt assembly 30 to send out first prompt information for prompting a user to enter the reverse cleaning mode. Until the user presses the power adjustment key 51 for a first preset time and enters the reverse cleaning mode. In the preset time period when the prompting component 30 sends the first prompting message, if the power adjusting key 51 is not pressed for a long time or the power adjusting key 51 is not pressed for a long time to reach the first preset time, the control device 80 controls the component to control the fan component 20 to be in the shutdown state.

In an embodiment, the hair dryer further includes a heating device, the heating device is disposed in the air supply duct 113, the hair dryer has at least two power gears, the plurality of warning lights include at least two power indicator lights 32 and at least two air speed indicator lights 31, each power gear corresponds to each power indicator light 32 one by one, the control component of the control device 80 includes a power adjusting module, the heating device and each power indicator light 32 are electrically connected to the power adjusting module, and the power adjusting module is used for controlling the fan assembly 20 to switch between each power gear; the blower is provided with at least two wind speed gears, each wind speed gear corresponds to each wind speed indicator lamp 31 one by one, the control assembly of the control device 80 comprises a wind speed adjusting module, each wind speed indicator lamp 31 is electrically connected with the wind speed adjusting module, and the wind speed adjusting module is used for controlling the blower to be switched among the wind speed gears; the control device 80 is used for controlling the plurality of power indicator lamps 32 to flicker to send out the first reminding information, or the control device 80 is used for controlling the plurality of wind speed indicator lamps 31 to flicker to send out the first reminding information.
In another embodiment, the hair dryer further includes a heating device, the heating device is disposed in the air supply duct 113, the hair dryer has at least two power gears, the plurality of warning lights include at least two power indicator lights 32 and at least two air speed indicator lights 31, each power gear corresponds to each power indicator light 32 one by one, the control component of the control device 80 includes a power adjusting module, the heating device and each power indicator light 32 are electrically connected to the power adjusting module, and the power adjusting module is used for controlling the fan assembly 20 to switch between each power gear; the blower is provided with at least two wind speed gears, each wind speed gear corresponds to each wind speed indicator lamp 31 one by one, the control assembly of the control device 80 comprises a wind speed adjusting module, each wind speed indicator lamp 31 is electrically connected with the wind speed adjusting module, and the wind speed adjusting module is used for controlling the blower to be switched among the wind speed gears; the control device 80 controls the components to control the plurality of power indicator lights 32 and the plurality of wind speed indicator lights 31 to flash back and forth in sequence to send out the first reminding information.
In one embodiment, the display colors of the power indicator light 32 and the wind speed indicator light 31 are two types, that is, the display colors of the power indicator light 32 and the wind speed indicator light 31 are different, for example, the power indicator light 32 is one of a red light, a blue light, a green light and a yellow light, and the wind speed indicator light 31 is the other of the red light, the blue light, the green light and the yellow light. This can be easily distinguished by the user.
Unlike the embodiment requiring the user to manually control the blower to enter the reverse cleaning mode, in another embodiment, when the cumulative number of times of starting the blower is greater than 500 times, the control component controls the prompting component 30 to send out the first prompting message and controls the blower component 20 to rotate in reverse direction to enter the reverse cleaning mode for a predetermined time and clear the cumulative number of times of starting the blower.
Specifically, when the accumulated number of times of starting the hair dryer is greater than 500 times, the counter can send a corresponding first electric signal to the control assembly, after the control assembly receives the first electric signal sent by the counter, the control prompting assembly 30 continuously sends out the first prompting information for a preset time period, and at the same time, the control prompting assembly 20 is also controlled to rotate in the reverse direction for a preset time period, so as to enter a reverse cleaning mode for self-cleaning, and at this time, the first prompting information is used for prompting the hair dryer to perform self-cleaning. That is, the first electrical signal sent by the counter to the control assembly corresponds to a trigger signal for the fan assembly 20 to enter the reverse cleaning mode. Therefore, manual operation of a user is not needed, the situation that the user forgets to clean the hair drier can be avoided, and the hair drier is convenient to use for the user.
The control component may clear the accumulated startup times of the counter when entering the reverse cleaning mode, or may clear the accumulated startup times of the counter after the reverse cleaning mode is finished, that is, the control component is configured to clear the accumulated startup times of the counter when the blower assembly 20 enters the reverse cleaning mode or when the reverse cleaning mode is finished, so that the counter counts again after the blower is self-cleaned.
In one embodiment, the reminding time length of the first reminding message is greater than or equal to the cleaning time length of the reverse cleaning mode. Namely, the prompting component 30 can send out the first prompting message to remind the user that the hair dryer is self-cleaning in the whole cleaning process of the reversal cleaning mode, so that misoperation of the user can be well prevented.
Unlike the embodiment requiring the user to manually control the blower to enter the reverse cleaning mode, in another embodiment, when the cumulative number of times the blower is turned on is greater than 500 times, the control device 80 controls the fan assembly 20 to rotate in the reverse direction to enter the reverse cleaning mode for a predetermined time and clears the cumulative number of times the counter is turned on.
Specifically, when the accumulated number of times of starting the blower is greater than 500 times, the counter can send a corresponding first electric signal to the control device 80, and after receiving the first electric signal sent by the counter, the control device 80 directly controls the fan assembly 20 to rotate in the reverse direction for a predetermined time, so as to enter a reverse rotation cleaning mode for self-cleaning. That is, the first electrical signal sent by the counter to the control device 80 corresponds to a trigger signal for the fan assembly 20 to enter the reverse cleaning mode. Therefore, manual operation of a user is not needed, the situation that the user forgets to clean the hair drier can be avoided, and the hair drier is convenient to use for the user.
The control device 80 may clear the accumulated number of times of starting up the counter when the blower enters the reverse cleaning mode, or may clear the accumulated number of times of starting up the counter after the reverse cleaning mode is finished, that is, the control device 80 is configured to clear the accumulated number of times of starting up the counter when the blower assembly 20 enters the reverse cleaning mode or when the reverse cleaning mode is finished, so that the counter counts again after the blower is self-cleaned.
In an embodiment, the casing 10 includes an air duct 11 and a handle 12 connected to a side portion of the air duct 11, the air duct 11 is provided with an air inlet 111, an air outlet 112 and an air supply duct 113, the control device 80 is provided on the handle 12, and the prompt component 30 is provided on the air duct 11 or the handle 12. Specifically, handle 12 is towards the side protruding setting of dryer 11, and handle 12 is used for supplying the user to hold, so can the user of being convenient for hold the use hair-dryer, can utilize handle 12 to set up controlling means 80 simultaneously, can make full use of the space utilization of hair-dryer. Of course, in other embodiments, the air inlet 111 may be disposed at an end of the handle 12 away from the air duct 11.
In one embodiment, the hair dryer further includes a power switch 62, the power switch 62 is electrically connected to the control device 80, and the power switch 62 is located on a side of the handle 12 close to the air inlet 111. That is, the power switch 62 is disposed on a side (rear side) of the handle 12 away from the air outlet 112, and when the blower is connected to the power source, the power switch 62 is turned on. With such an arrangement, the possibility that the user accidentally touches the power switch 62 can be reduced, that is, the possibility that the user accidentally touches the power switch 62 to turn off the hair dryer during the normal use of the hair dryer can be reduced. And the setting of power switch 62 can avoid the condition that the user suspends to pull out the power cord in the use process. Optionally, the power switch 62 is a push-to-turn switch to further reduce the risk of the power switch 62 being touched by mistake. Of course, in other embodiments, the power switch 62 may be a push switch. Alternatively, the power switch 62 may not be provided, and the blower may be turned on when it is plugged in.
In one embodiment, the wind speed adjustment key 41 and the power adjustment key 51 are disposed on a side of the handle 12 facing the outlet 112 for user operation.
In one embodiment, the hair dryer further includes a heating device and a temperature sensor, both of which are electrically connected to the control device 80, the heating device is disposed between the air outlet 112 and the blower assembly 20, and the temperature sensor is in heat-conducting connection with the heating device. Specifically, the heating device can generate heat when being powered on, so that the temperature of the airflow blown out from the air outlet 112 can be heated, and the hot air blowing function of the hair dryer is realized. The temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the heating device, and when the temperature of the heating device is detected to be higher than the preset temperature, the control device 80 controls the heating device to stop heating so as to prevent the blower from overheating.
In one embodiment, the hair dryer further includes a cool air control key 61, the cool air control key 61 is exposed outside the housing 10 and electrically connected to the control device 80, the cool air control key 61 is configured to send a third electric signal to the control device 80 for a long time, the control device 80 controls the heating device to suspend heating according to the third electric signal sent by the cool air control key 61, the cool air control key 61 is further configured to send a fourth electric signal to the control device 80 after being released, and the control device 80 controls the heating device to continue heating according to the fourth electric signal sent by the cool air control key 61. So can be convenient for the switching of hair-dryer cold wind and hot-blast.
In one embodiment, the hair dryer further includes a filter 70, and the filter 70 is disposed between the air inlet 111 and the fan assembly 20 for blocking foreign substances such as dust in the air entering from the air inlet 111. In one embodiment, the filtering member 70 includes an annular peripheral wall and a cover plate covering one end of the annular peripheral wall, the end of the annular peripheral wall away from the cover plate is open and disposed toward the fan assembly 20, and the annular peripheral wall and the bottom plate are both provided with a plurality of air flow passing holes. This is equivalent to increasing the surface area of the filter member 70, which can increase the number of the air flow passing holes while ensuring the small size of the air flow passing holes, thereby ensuring the good dust blocking effect and ensuring the air flow passing amount. Alternatively, the outer diameter of the annular peripheral wall gradually decreases in a direction away from the fan assembly 20, that is, the annular peripheral wall gradually shrinks in a direction away from the fan assembly 20, so as to increase the wind receiving area of the annular peripheral wall when the fan assembly 20 is in the reverse cleaning mode, so that dust on the fan assembly 20 can be better blown out from the air flow hole of the annular peripheral wall. Of course, in other embodiments, the annular peripheral wall may be cylindrical. Alternatively, the filter member 70 may have a flat mesh shape.

Claims (10)

1. A hair dryer, comprising:
the shell is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and an air supply duct positioned between the air inlet and the air outlet;
the fan assembly is arranged in the air supply duct and has a reverse cleaning mode for driving airflow to flow from the air outlet to the air inlet;
the control device is arranged on the shell and electrically connected with the fan assembly, and the control device can be used for controlling the fan assembly to enter the reverse rotation cleaning mode; and
the counter is arranged on the shell and electrically connected with the control device, and the counter is used for accumulating the starting times of the blower so as to send a first electric signal required to enter the reverse cleaning mode to the control device when the accumulated starting times of the blower is more than 500 times.
2. The hair dryer of claim 1, wherein the control device comprises a control component and a prompting component, the prompting component is disposed on the housing, the prompting component, the counter and the fan component are all electrically connected with the control component, and the prompting component is used for sending a first prompting message for prompting that the reverse cleaning mode needs to be entered when the accumulated starting times of the hair dryer is more than 500 times.
3. The hair dryer of claim 2, wherein the prompting component comprises a prompting lamp, the prompting lamp is electrically connected with the control component, and the prompting lamp is used for sending the first reminding information.
4. The hair dryer of claim 3, wherein the prompting component comprises a plurality of prompting lamps, the plurality of prompting lamps are electrically connected with the control component, and the control component is used for controlling the plurality of prompting lamps to flicker back and forth to send out the first prompting message.
5. The blower of claim 4, wherein the plurality of indicator lights include at least two wind speed indicator lights, the blower has at least two wind speed gears, each wind speed gear corresponds to each wind speed indicator light one to one, the control assembly includes a wind speed adjustment module, each wind speed indicator light is electrically connected to the wind speed adjustment module, the wind speed adjustment module is used for controlling the blower to switch between each wind speed gear, and the control assembly is used for controlling the plurality of wind speed indicator lights to flash back and forth to send the first reminding information; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the hair drier further comprises a heating device, the heating device is arranged in the air supply duct, the hair drier is provided with at least two power gears, the plurality of prompting lamps comprise at least two power indicating lamps, each power gear corresponds to each power indicating lamp one to one, the control assembly comprises a power adjusting module, the heating device and each power indicating lamp are electrically connected with the power adjusting module, the power adjusting module is used for controlling the fan assembly to be switched between each power gear, and the control assembly is used for controlling the power indicating lamps to flicker in a reciprocating mode to send out the first reminding information.
6. The blower of claim 5, wherein the wind speed adjusting module comprises a wind speed controller and a wind speed adjusting key, the wind speed adjusting key and each wind speed indicator are electrically connected with the wind speed regulator, the wind speed adjusting key is exposed out of the housing and is used for generating a first adjusting electric signal, and the wind speed controller receives the first adjusting signal and then adjusts the wind speed controller to a corresponding wind speed gear by controlling the fan assembly;
within a preset time period when the prompt component sends the first prompt message:
if the wind speed adjusting key is pressed for a long time to reach a first preset time, the control assembly controls the fan assembly to enter the reverse rotation cleaning mode to reach a preset time, and the accumulated starting times of the counter are cleared;
if the wind speed adjusting key is not pressed for a long time or the wind speed adjusting key is not pressed for a long time which is not up to a first preset time and exceeds a preset time period for sending first reminding information by the reminding component, the control component controls the fan component to enter a forward rotation blowing mode and controls the reminding component to send the first reminding information when the hair dryer is started next time.
7. The hair dryer of claim 2, wherein said control assembly controls said prompting assembly to issue a first warning message and controls said blower assembly to rotate in a reverse direction to enter said reverse cleaning mode for a predetermined time and to clear the cumulative number of starts of said counter when the cumulative number of starts of said hair dryer is greater than 500.
8. The hair dryer of claim 7, wherein a reminder duration of said first reminder message is greater than or equal to a cleaning duration of said reversal cleaning mode.
9. The blower of claim 1, wherein said control means controls said blower assembly to rotate in reverse to enter said reverse cleaning mode for a predetermined amount of time and to clear the cumulative number of activations of said counter when the cumulative number of activations of said blower is greater than 500 activations.
10. The hair dryer of claim 1, wherein said housing comprises a wind tunnel and a handle connected to a side portion of said wind tunnel, said wind tunnel is provided with said wind inlet, said wind outlet and said wind supply duct, and said control device is provided with said handle.
