(1) Selecting the top stems and leaves of the gynura bicolor with deep purple back;
(2) Placing the collected radix Semiaquilegiae on a interlayer in a volatile oil extractor, adding purified water for extraction, and cooling the upper layer of the volatile oil extractor with tap water;
(3) Heating the volatile oil extractor on an electromagnetic oven at 2200W for 2-2.5 hr, and keeping the temperature of tender stem and leaf of radix Semiaquilegiae in the interlayer at 65-85deg.C;
(4) In the heating process of the volatile oil extractor in the step (3), the distilled water condensed on the volatile oil extractor is the gynura bicolor hydrosol, and the gynura bicolor hydrosol is stored by a container;
(5) Concentrating the aqueous solution at the bottom of the heated volatile oil extractor in the step (3), and storing the aqueous solution of anthocyanin by a container;
(6) Taking the gynura bicolor on the interlayer of the heated volatile oil extractor in the step (3), further cleaning, wringing and chopping, and then using the gynura bicolor as a vegetable stir-fried food or a dried and stored vegetable dry product.
Preferably, in the step (1), the top stem and leaf of the gynura bicolor is picked from the gynura bicolor with the length of 25+/-5 cm, and the top stem and leaf is 20+/-2 cm long.
Preferably, the volatile oil extractor in the step (2) is a steel cylindrical volatile oil extractor with the diameter of 22cm and the height of 30 cm.
Preferably, the purified water extracted in the step (2) is added into the volatile oil extractor to be 8-12cm in height, and the height of the interlayer is 13-17cm.
Preferably, the feed liquid ratio of the gynura bicolor to the purified water in the step (2) is 1:1 to 1.5:1.

Further, in the step (1), the top stem leaves of the gynura bicolor are picked from the gynura bicolor with the length of 25+/-5 cm, and the top stem leaves are 18cm long.
Furthermore, in the step (2), the volatile oil extractor is a steel cylindrical volatile oil extractor with the diameter of 22cm and the height of 30 cm.

(4) In the heating process of the volatile oil extractor in the step (3), the distilled water condensed on the volatile oil extractor is the gynura bicolor hydrosol, and the gynura bicolor hydrosol is stored by a container;
(5) Concentrating the aqueous solution at the bottom of the heated volatile oil extractor in the step (3), and storing the aqueous solution of anthocyanin by a container;
(6) Taking the gynura bicolor on the interlayer of the heated volatile oil extractor in the step (3), further cleaning, wringing and chopping, and then using the gynura bicolor as a vegetable stir-fried food or a dried and stored vegetable dry product.

(4) In the heating process of the volatile oil extractor in the step (3), the distilled water condensed on the volatile oil extractor is the gynura bicolor hydrosol, and the gynura bicolor hydrosol is stored by a container;
(5) Concentrating the aqueous solution at the bottom of the heated volatile oil extractor in the step (3), and storing the aqueous solution of anthocyanin by a container;
(6) Taking the gynura bicolor on the interlayer of the heated volatile oil extractor in the step (3), further cleaning, wringing and chopping, and then using the gynura bicolor as a vegetable stir-fried food or a dried and stored vegetable dry product.
Further, in the step (1), the top stem leaves of the gynura bicolor are picked from the gynura bicolor with the length of 30cm, and the top stem leaves are 22cm long.
