The invention discloses a mask and a display screen, wherein the mask comprises a body part, a first light blocking layer and a second light blocking layer, and the first light blocking layer is provided with a light hole; the first light blocking layer surrounds the light transmission hole; the first light blocking layer is provided with a first groove; the second light-blocking layer surrounds the first light-blocking layer, the first light-blocking layer and the second light-blocking layer are in a step shape, and the first light-blocking layer is higher than the second light-blocking layer; the second light-blocking layer has a second groove. The mask is provided with the first light blocking layer and the second light blocking layer which are in a step shape, so that light rays irradiated from two sides can be blocked, and the display effect of the display screen is better.

The invention relates to the field of display screens, in particular to a mask and a display screen.
Background
Because of the characteristics of high brightness, high resolution, large vision and the like, the LED display screen is widely applied to occasions such as stages or exhibitions. On the occasions such as stages and exhibitions, ambient light (such as lamplight, sunlight and the like) is brighter, and the LED display screen is required to have good effect and form high contrast with the ambient light. In order to reduce the interference of ambient light to the display effect of the LED display screen, a mask is generally installed on the LED display screen, and a rib extending transversely or longitudinally is provided on the mask as a light blocking part, so that on one hand, a part of light can be absorbed; on the other hand, part of light can be reflected and disturbed to reduce the entering of ambient light into human eyes and improve the contrast ratio of the LED display screen and the ambient light. The inventor finds that the light blocking part of the existing mask is a single layer, and can only absorb or reflect the light irradiated from the front side, but can not absorb or reflect the light irradiated from the two sides.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a mask and a display screen, where the mask has a first light blocking layer and a second light blocking layer in a step shape, and can block light rays irradiated from two sides, so that the display screen has a better display effect.

a mask, comprising:
a body part having a light transmission hole;
a first light blocking layer surrounding the light transmission hole; the first light blocking layer is provided with a first groove;
a second light-blocking layer surrounding the first light-blocking layer, the first light-blocking layer and the second light-blocking layer being in a step shape, and the first light-blocking layer being higher than the second light-blocking layer; the second light-blocking layer has a second groove.
Further, a third light-blocking layer which surrounds the second light-blocking layer is further included; the third light-blocking layer has a third groove.
Further, the third light-blocking layer and the second light-blocking layer are in a step shape, and the second light-blocking layer is higher than the third light-blocking layer.
Further, the third light-blocking layer is flush with the second light-blocking layer.
Further, the third light-blocking layer is separated from the second light-blocking layer by means of the separating portion.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the mask 100 includes a body portion 1, a first light-blocking layer 2, and a second light-blocking layer 3, the body portion 1 has a light-transmitting hole 101, and the light-transmitting hole 101 is matched with a lamp bead of the display unit 200, so that light of the lamp bead can pass through the mask 100. In some embodiments, the light-transmissive holes 101 are rectangular through holes. The first light blocking layer 2 is arranged around the light transmission hole 101; the first light blocking layer 2 is provided with a first groove 201, so that on one hand, the surface area of the first light blocking layer 2 can be increased, and the capacity of the first light blocking layer 2 for absorbing light rays is increased; on the other hand, the arrangement of the first groove 201 can change the reflection surface of the light, thereby disturbing the reflected light. The second light-blocking layer 3 is disposed around the first light-blocking layer 2, the first light-blocking layer 2 and the second light-blocking layer 3 are in a step shape, and the first light-blocking layer 2 is higher than the second light-blocking layer 3. Compared with the existing single-layer light blocking part, the light blocking part can only process the light irradiated from the front side, the first light blocking layer 2 and the second light blocking layer 3 are in a step shape, the light irradiated from the front side can be processed, the light irradiated from the two sides can be processed, and the display screen and the ambient light have better contrast. The second light-blocking layer 3 has a second groove 301, the benefits of the second groove 301 being with reference to the first groove 201.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the first groove 201 divides the first light blocking layer 2 into a plurality of first light blocking portions 202, and the first light blocking portions 202 are in a shape of a quadrangular frustum pyramid. The first groove 201 is in a V-shaped pattern or a trapezoid with a narrow lower portion and a wide upper portion, so that more ambient light can irradiate the surface of the first light blocking portion 202, and the first light blocking portion 202 can absorb or reflect the ambient light. The first groove 201 is blocked from (as shown in fig. 3) or conducted to (as shown in fig. 5) the light hole 101. If the first groove 201 is blocked from the light-transmitting hole 101 (see fig. 3), one side of the first groove 201 close to the light-transmitting hole 101 has a first side surface a2011, and the first side surface a2011 may be a vertical surface or an inclined surface.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the second grooves 301 separate the second light-blocking layer 3 into a plurality of second light-blocking portions 302. The top of the second light blocking portion 302 is flush with the bottom of the first light blocking portion 202. The second groove 301 has a V shape (see fig. 3) or a trapezoidal shape (see fig. 5), and the second light-blocking portion 302 has a triangular prism shape. The second groove 301 has a first side surface b3011, a second side surface b3012 and a third side surface b3013, the first side surface b3011 is close to the first light blocking layer 2, and the first side surface b3011 may be a vertical surface or an inclined surface. If the first side b3011 is an inclined surface, the inclination angle may be the same as the second side b3012 or the third side b 3013. The first side b is adjacent to the second side b3012 and the third side b3013, and the second side b3012 and the third side b3013 are opposite. The second side surface b3012 and the third side surface b3013 are inclined surfaces, and the included angles between the second side surface b3012 and the third side surface b3013 and the horizontal plane may be the same or different. The first light blocking part 202 corresponds to the second groove 301 (see fig. 5) or the first groove 201 corresponds to the second groove 301 (see fig. 3).
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the face mask 100 further includes a third light-blocking layer 4, the third light-blocking layer 4 being disposed around the second light-blocking layer 3. The third light-blocking layer 4 has a third groove 401. The third groove 401 corresponds to the second groove 301. The third groove 401 is in a V shape or a trapezoid with a narrow lower part and a wide upper part; the third groove 401 divides the third light-blocking layer 4 into a plurality of third light-blocking portions 402 having a triangular prism shape. The third light-blocking layer 4 may have the same structure as the second light-blocking layer 3.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the third light-blocking layer 4 is stepped with the second light-blocking layer 3, and the second light-blocking layer 3 is higher than the third light-blocking layer 4. The top of the third light blocking part 402 is flush with the bottom of the second light blocking part 302. Referring to fig. 5, in other embodiments, the third light-blocking layer 4 is flush with the second light-blocking layer 3, and the third light-blocking layer 4 is separated from the second light-blocking layer 3 by means of the separator 5. The partition 5 has a triangular prism shape.
The mask 100 has three light-blocking layers, and the mask 100 can be designed to have more than three light-blocking layers according to actual needs. A gap 6 is left between two adjacent bottommost light-blocking layers (in the figure, the third light-blocking layer 4), so that ambient light can irradiate on the light-blocking layers, and the light-blocking layers can absorb and radiate the ambient light.
The face mask 100 comprises a first side having the first light-blocking layer 2 and the second light-blocking layer 3 and a second side opposite to the first side, the first side being at least partially black in color for better absorption of ambient light by the face mask 100. In some embodiments, more than the first side of the mask 100 is black, and the mask 100 is black throughout. The first surface is black, the first surface can be provided with a black light absorption layer, the black light absorption layer can be black paint, and other black materials can be certainly also adopted. The mask 100 may be made of a black material that absorbs light.

Claims (17)

1. A mask, comprising:
a body part having a light transmission hole;
a first light blocking layer surrounding the light transmission hole; the first light blocking layer is provided with a first groove;
a second light-blocking layer surrounding the first light-blocking layer, the first light-blocking layer and the second light-blocking layer being in a step shape, and the first light-blocking layer being higher than the second light-blocking layer; the second light-blocking layer has a second groove.
2. A mask as in claim 1, further comprising a third light-blocking layer surrounding said second light-blocking layer; the third light-blocking layer has a third groove.
3. A mask as in claim 2, wherein the third light-blocking layer is stepped from the second light-blocking layer, and wherein the second light-blocking layer is higher than the third light-blocking layer.
4. A mask as in claim 2, wherein said third light-blocking layer is flush with said second light-blocking layer.
5. A mask as in claim 4, wherein said third light-blocking layer is separated from said second light-blocking layer by said separating portion.
6. A mask as in claim 5, wherein said partition is in the shape of a triangular prism.
7. A mask as in claims 2-6, wherein said third recess corresponds to said second recess.
8. A mask as in claims 2-6, wherein said third recess is V-shaped or trapezoidal with a narrow lower portion and a wide upper portion; and/or the third groove divides the third light-blocking layer into a plurality of third light-blocking parts in a triangular prism shape.
9. A mask as in claims 2-6, wherein a gap is left between two adjacent third light-blocking layers.
10. A mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first recess divides said first light barrier into a plurality of first light barriers.
11. A mask as in claim 10, wherein said first light blocking portion is in the shape of a quadrangular frustum and/or said first recess is in the shape of a V or a trapezoid with a narrow lower part and a wide upper part.
12. A mask as in claim 10, wherein said first light barrier corresponds to said second recess.
13. A mask as in claim 1, wherein said first recess corresponds to said second recess.
14. A mask as defined in claim 1, wherein said second grooves divide said second light-blocking layer into a plurality of second light-blocking portions.
15. A mask as in claim 14, wherein said second groove is V-shaped or trapezoidal; and/or the second light blocking part is in a triangular prism shape.
16. A mask as claimed in claim 1, comprising a first side and a second side opposite to said first side, said first side having said first light-blocking layer and said second light-blocking layer, said first side being at least partially black.
17. A display screen comprising a display unit and a mask as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 16 secured to the display unit.
