The invention provides a cable bending fixing device and a cable bending fixing method, wherein the cable bending fixing device comprises a fixing buckle and a fixing strip; one end of the fixing strip is fixed at one end of one side of the fixing buckle; the fixing buckle is provided with an insertion hole, and the inner wall of the insertion hole, which is far away from the fixing strip, is provided with fixing teeth; a plurality of fixing holes are formed in the surface, close to the fixing teeth, of the fixing strip, and the other surface of the fixing strip is a smooth surface; according to the invention, the positioning holes of the fixing strip are arranged on the non-contact surface of the cable, and the smooth surface of the fixing strip is in contact with the cable, so that the cable is prevented from being abraded by the fixing strip with the positioning holes densely distributed.

The invention belongs to the technical field of cable fixing, and particularly relates to a cable bending fixing device and method.
Background
In the live working process and the line construction process, after the strain clamp of the strain rod is installed, the cable needs to be turned and bent and fixed by adopting a binding wire, and if the cable is finished by adopting the binding wire, time and labor are wasted; the binding wire is used for fixing, the requirement on construction quality is high, the high-altitude operation is realized, and the working quality of workers cannot be accurately judged; the lines with voltage levels of 0.4kV, 10kV, 35kV and the like have the fixing requirements after the bending, and the demand is large.
The inventor finds that although the existing cable bending fixing device can achieve the purpose of automatic locking through a buckle, a positioning hole in a fixing strip is located inside the fixing strip, and after the cable is fixed, one surface of the fixing strip, which comprises the positioning hole, is in close contact with the cable, so that the cable leather is damaged to a certain degree; the cable sheath can be worn after long-time use.

In a first aspect, the invention provides a cable bending fixing device, which comprises a fixing buckle and a fixing strip;
one end of the fixing strip is fixed at one end of one side of the fixing buckle;
the fixing buckle is provided with an insertion hole, and the inner wall of the insertion hole, which is far away from the fixing strip, is provided with fixing teeth; the surface of the fixing strip, which is close to the fixing teeth, is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, and the other surface of the fixing strip is a smooth surface.

2. according to the invention, the insulating layer is fixed on the smooth surface of the fixing strip, and the insulating layer is made of rubber material, so that the damage degree to the cable sheath is further reduced on the basis of improving the insulating property; meanwhile, the buffer piece is arranged at one end, far away from the fixing groove, of the fixing buckle, and damage to the cable sheath by the fixing buckle is avoided.

specifically, when the cable is fastened, after the cable is wound by the fixing strip 2, the free end of the fixing strip is inserted into the insertion hole of the fixing buckle, and the fixing hole is matched with the fixing tooth, so that the winding space of the fixing strip is adjusted, and the purpose of fastening the cable is achieved; it should be noted that, the inner wall of the insertion opening far from the fixed strip 2 is provided with a fixed tooth 12; the fixing strip 2 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 21 on the surface close to the fixing teeth 1, so that when fastening is carried out, the smooth surface of the fixing strip is contacted with the cable sheath, and the damage of the cable sheath caused by the rough surface with the fixing holes 21 is avoided.
