Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The bank branches and different departments vertically manage the related data of respective settlement products, and the expense data is summarized to a data warehouse of the whole-line system. Each division and different departments have independent information systems, business processes and data management. The cooperative management and control mechanism between the branch-crossing department and the cross-department is relatively weak, so that the phenomenon of the data silo is serious.
The main drawback is that all public settlement products are not managed according to a uniform specification. The bank accounts for products in various forms (single product, product combination, off-line agreement settlement), accounts in various ways (per pen, month, year, charge and deduction, charge and payment of the receiver, charge of the payer, charge of the receiver in proportion, charge of the third party, charge in forms of cash, transfer or settlement card and the like), operation processes in various forms (customers who charge different products, customers who charge money in advance and confirm income items during accounting thereafter, manually initiate charge and the like), customer groups in various forms (small micro-enterprise customers, high-net-value enterprise customers) and data granularity in various forms (contracts, accounts, customers, delayed income natural subjects and branches of all regions), so that the charge data has great difference in various aspects (caliber, time, calculation mode and check mode). The cost data can not be uniformly controlled through simple data aggregation and processing, and a complete settlement product cost data management and integration method system needs to be established from the settlement service perspective.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a fee data processing method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 110, receiving the cost information of the current settlement product sent by the settlement module.
Specifically, the expense data processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for banks to process the public service, including settling various public settlement products of the banks. Settlement products include remittance, export collection, import collection, and the like.
The settlement module is a device for performing a bank settlement service, and may be a terminal, including but not limited to a mobile terminal, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, or a control device including a terminal, such as an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or the like.
The bank settlement service, namely the transfer settlement service, is called settlement for short, also called payment settlement, and is a service for replacing cash payment with credit payment. The method refers to the action of receiving and paying by the fund transfer of bank accounts, namely, the bank accepts the client to entrust to receive and pay instead, transfers money from the deposit account of a payment unit to the deposit account of a collection unit, and accordingly completes the clearing of debt and debt among economy or the transfer of funds. The types of settlement services include bank draft settlement, commercial draft settlement, cashier's bill settlement, check settlement, and the like.
When settlement service is performed, corresponding fee information is generated. The fee information includes settlement target, settlement time, settlement amount, settlement method, and the like.
And 120, importing the expense information into an expense data model according to the corresponding expense settlement type, and determining the expense verification result of the current settlement product based on the expense data model. The charge settlement type comprises charging, deduction and arrearage; the fee data model is determined based on the association between the fee settlement types of the current settlement product.
Specifically, the fee settlement type is a type of fee settlement means. In the embodiment of the invention, the expense settlement type of the expense information is determined according to the common characteristics of various settlement services. The charge settlement type may include billing, deduction, arrearage, and the like.
Wherein, the charging indicates that the bank should receive the account of the settlement object about the contracted product. When the charge settlement type is charging, the charge information may include receivable charges, receivable manner, receivable object (single stroke, time, etc.), period, settlement manner, etc.
The deduction represents that the bank actually collects the account of the settlement subject about the contracted product. When the charge settlement type is a fee deduction, the charge information may include a real charge, a real charge object (single time, etc.), a period, a behavior classification (fee deduction, fee refund, right charge), a charge mode (time point, time period), an operation mode (automatic, manual), and the like.
The arrears indicate that the bank does not charge the account of the settlement subject with respect to the contracted product. When the charge settlement type is arrears, the charge information may include an arrear amount, a granularity (single stroke, time) arrear object, an arrear state (exemption, subsidy, deduction), and the like.
The expense settlement type enables the expense information to be gathered from different expense settlement types, and the expense data of settlement products issued by each department and each branch of a bank can be effectively integrated.
The fee data model refers to a model for processing and verifying fee information. The fee data model is determined based on the association between the fee settlement types of the current settlement product. The incidence relation between the expense settlement types is expressed as the relation between the expense amount of any expense settlement type and the expense amounts of other expense settlement types in quantity or proportion, can be determined according to various service rules of settlement products, and can be obtained by formally expressing the settlement knowledge of service experts.
For example, for a certain settlement product, the association relationship between the fee settlement types may be "the charging amount equals to the sum of the deduction amount and the arrearage amount", or "the charging amount equals to the deduction amount", or "the charging amount equals to the arrearage amount".
The fee information may be imported into the fee data model according to the corresponding fee settlement type.
The cost information may be data split and data integrated prior to import. The data is split into a plurality of independent data by splitting the unified and integral data. Data integration logically combines or centralizes data from different sources, formats, and characteristic properties.
The expense data model can be analyzed and processed according to the split or integrated data. The fee data model can analyze and process data under a certain fee settlement type in the current settlement product, for example, the imported arrearages are summed to obtain the sum of the arrearages of the settlement product.
The fee data model can also perform fee verification according to the data under each fee settlement type corresponding to the current settlement product. The expense checking result is used for measuring whether the income account and the expenditure account of the settlement product realize balance of income and expenditure.
Fig. 2 is a relational block diagram of a charge data model provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the charge data model may process billing data, deduction data (including deferred income data), and arrearage data. The expense data model can sum items of data under each expense settlement type to obtain the expense sum under each expense settlement type, and then check accounts of the settlement products according to accounting rules. For example, the charge data model can respectively count the total charge, the total deduction and the total arrearage in the settlement product, and then judge whether the charge is equal to the total deduction and arrearage according to the balance principle of charges in the accounting principle, if so, the charge accounting result of the settlement product is determined as balance, and if not, the charge accounting result of the settlement product is determined as balance.
Step 130, the cost verification result of the current settlement product is sent to the settlement module.
Specifically, the expense verification result can be used for carrying out voice broadcast or screen display to the staff at the settlement module, and is used for reminding the staff to carry out financial account verification.
The expense data processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention receives the expense information of the current settlement product sent by the settlement module, guides the expense information into the expense data model according to the corresponding expense settlement type, determines the expense checking result of the current settlement product according to the expense data model, and sends the expense checking result to the settlement module.
Based on the above embodiment, the deduction includes a deferred income.
Specifically, the deduction can be divided into a time point posting and a time period posting according to a posting manner. When the posting mode of the deduction fee is selected to be posted according to the time period, the fee amount in the fee information corresponding to the deduction fee generates a delay income according to the time period.
The delayed income refers to the items of income which are collected in advance and confirmed during the later accounting, and is mainly used for checking the amount of the account entered by the accounting level.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
if the fee settlement type of the fee information is abnormal fee deduction in fee deduction, determining a fee deduction mark of the fee information based on system operation record information corresponding to the fee information;
and importing the expense information and the deduction mark of the expense information into an expense data model.
Specifically, the deduction fee may be divided to obtain a normal deduction fee and an abnormal deduction fee. The charge information corresponding to the normal fee deduction is charge data generated when settlement is carried out according to the business rule of the settlement product. For example, data generated by automatic deduction according to deduction parameters set by settlement products. For the cost information generated by normal fee deduction, the cost data model can be directly imported.
And the cost information corresponding to the abnormal fee deduction is the cost data generated by the abnormal fee deduction process due to factors such as manual intervention and the like. For the cost information generated by abnormal deduction, the cost information needs to be marked. The system operation record information of the expense information corresponding to the abnormal fee deduction can be analyzed, the fee deduction reason corresponding to the abnormal fee deduction is obtained, and the fee deduction mark of the expense information is generated according to the fee deduction reason. For example, the system operation record information of the charge information corresponding to the abnormal deduction is analyzed, the reason of the charge corresponding to the abnormal deduction is determined to be manual charge deduction or protocol charge deduction, then a charge deduction mark is generated according to the manual charge deduction or the protocol charge deduction, and the charge information corresponding to the abnormal deduction is marked.
And finally, importing the expense information and the deduction mark of the expense information into an expense data model.
When the fee deduction mark is determined, keyword search can be carried out on the system operation record information of the fee information corresponding to the abnormal fee deduction, so that the fee deduction reason corresponding to the abnormal fee deduction is determined. The keywords for searching can be set according to business requirements, for example, the keywords can be "manual" or "protocol" and the like.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
if the expense settlement type of the expense information is the delay income in the fee deduction, determining the delay information of the expense information based on the delay period and the fee deduction proportion corresponding to the expense information;
importing the expense information and the delay information of the expense information into an expense data model;
the delay information comprises a total delay period, delay times, delay amount, delay stroke number and fee deduction subjects.
Specifically, the fee deduction data collected according to the time period is delayed according to the delay period and fee deduction proportion set by the business rule, and the delay information of the fee information.
The delay information comprises a total delay period, delay times, delay amount, delay stroke number and a fee deduction subject. The deferred total period refers to the total number of periods that the settlement product can make a deferred deduction. The delay times are the times when the current expense information occurs when delay deduction is adopted. The delay amount is the amount of the current expense information when delay deduction is adopted. The number of delay strokes is the number of times of deducting the delay amount currently. The fee deduction subject is a fee category or account corresponding to the fee information.
The expense information and the delay information of the expense information are led into the expense data model, so that the expense data model can carry out integral check on the accounting entry of the calculation product according to the expense information and the delay information, and the accuracy of expense calculation is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
if the expense settlement type of the expense information is arrearage, determining an arrearage state corresponding to the user based on the expense information and historical expense information of the user corresponding to the expense information;
and importing the expense information and the arrearage state corresponding to the user into an expense data model.
Specifically, when the charge settlement type is arrears, the timeliness of arrears also needs to be updated. The invalidity of the arrears can be represented by the arrear state corresponding to the user.
The corresponding arrearage status of the user can be represented by an arrearage amount. For example, a settlement product for settlement by the user and historical charge information of the user under the settlement product are determined based on the charge information paid by the user at the current settlement. And determining the residual amount of the arrearage of the user according to the deduction amount in the expense information and the deduction amount in the historical expense information, and taking the residual amount of the arrearage as the arrearage state.
The expense information and the arrearage state corresponding to the user are led into the expense data model, so that the expense data model can carry out integral check on the accounting entry of the calculation product according to the arrearage state corresponding to the user, and the accuracy of expense calculation is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
if the charge settlement type of the charge information is charging and the charge information does not contain charging detail data, determining the charging detail data of the settlement product based on the deduction detail data and the arrearage detail data in the historical charge information of the settlement product;
and importing the charging detail data into the charge data model.
Specifically, when the charge information corresponding to the charging is imported, the data completeness check may be performed on the charge information. If the charging detail data exists in the charge information, the charge information corresponding to charging is complete, and a charge data model can be directly imported. If the charging detail data does not exist in the charge information, the fact that the charge information corresponding to the charging is lost is indicated, and at the moment, the charging detail data can be determined according to the deduction detail data and the arrearage detail data.
For example, the historical fee information of the settlement product may be acquired according to the fee deduction period, and the fee deduction detail data and the arrearage detail data may be obtained by keyword search and classification. According to the principle that charging is deduction plus arrearage, summing data in deduction detail data and arrearage detail data according to corresponding data items to obtain the charge detail of the corresponding data items in the charging detail data, and sorting to obtain the charging detail data.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
acquiring historical expense information of a current settlement product in a target settlement time;
determining the amount corresponding to each expense settlement type of the current settlement product based on the historical expense information;
if the charging amount is equal to the sum of the deduction amount and the arrearage amount, determining the cost verification result of the current settlement product as a tie account;
and if the charging amount is not equal to the sum of the deduction amount and the arrearage amount, determining that the cost verification result of the current settlement product is not flat.
Specifically, the fee data model performs business-level verification on the fee data of the bank settlement products. The checking method is that according to the principle that charging is the deduction plus the arrearage, whether the charging amount of the settlement product is equal to the sum of the deduction amount and the charging amount within a given time range is checked.
The charge data model acquires historical charge information of a current settlement product in a target settlement time, and performs classified accounting on the historical charge information according to three charge settlement types of charging, deducting and owing to obtain the charging amount, the deducting amount and the owing amount of the current settlement product.
And if the charging amount is equal to the sum of the deduction amount and the arrearage amount, determining that the cost verification result of the current settlement product is a tie account, and indicating that the financial account of the current settlement product can realize balance of income and expenditure without operation risk.
And if the charging amount is not equal to the sum of the deduction amount and the arrearage amount, determining that the cost checking result of the current settlement product is uneven, and indicating that the financial account of the current settlement product cannot realize balance of income and expenditure and that the operation risk exists.
In this case, the processing logic in the fee data model may be checked, and if there is no problem with the processing logic, an operation risk prompt may be issued to the staff.
According to any of the above embodiments, before step 120, the method includes:
preprocessing the expense information;
preprocessing includes data integration, data deduplication, business rule filling, and label classification.
Specifically, before the fee data model is imported, the fee information of the current settlement product sent by the settlement module can be preprocessed, so that format standardization of the fee information, abnormal data removal, error correction, repeated data removal and the like are realized.
Data integration is used for organically and logically concentrating data with different sources, formats and characteristic properties so as to provide comprehensive data sharing. And data deduplication is used for deleting the repeated data in the expense information. And the business rule filling is used for adding the description of the business definition and the constraint to the data in the expense information. And the label classification is used for adding labels to the data in the expense information, for example, the labels of the normal fee deduction and the abnormal fee deduction are added in the settlement mode of the fee deduction in the expense information.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of importing the fee data into the model according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the data importing process according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
preprocessing data, which mainly comprises basic operations such as data integration, data deduplication and the like, and standardized processing according to business rule filling and standard label classification;
step two, importing deduction data. And dividing the fee deduction data into normal fee deduction data and abnormal fee deduction data, and respectively processing the two types of fee deduction data.
For normal fee deduction data, the data is generated according to normal flow (product signing, related fee deduction parameters are set, and system automatic fee deduction). This portion can be imported directly into the cost data model.
For abnormal deduction data, the part is deduction data generated by abnormal processes caused by factors such as manual intervention and the like. And marking the expense data according to the system operation record, wherein the expense data mainly comprises manual fee deduction, protocol fee deduction and the like. This portion of the data is then imported into the expense data model.
According to the charging mode of the deduction fee, the deduction fee data also comprises a delay income. The deduction data collected by time period is divided into delay income according to the period and proportion set by people. And (4) performing index processing on the original delay data, wherein the index processing mainly comprises a total delay period, delay times, delay amount, delay stroke number and corresponding natural subjects. The part of data is imported into a charge data model and is mainly used for accounting check.
And step three, importing arrearage data. And updating the arrearage state of the user according to the processed fee deduction data. Updating the timeliness of the arrears according to the completed total fee deduction or partial fee deduction, and determining the latest state of the arrears, mainly the amount of the arrears. This portion of the data is imported into the expense data model.
And step four, importing the charging data. The completeness of the charging data is checked. If the charging detail data exists, the charging data is imported into the charge data model. And if the charging detail does not exist, generating the charging detail through a certain rule. According to the charging period, the processed charging data and the processed arrearage data are reversely deduced to obtain corresponding charging detail data according to the charging which is charging plus arrearage.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a fee data processing system provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the system includes:
