Further, the assessment results corresponding to the cloud resource usage information and/or the fault information and/or the process service quality information of the target government cloud may be classified into classes, for example, when the assessment score is greater than 90 minutes, the class is determined to be excellent; when the assessment score is between 80 and 90 points, the grade is determined to be good; when the assessment score is between 60 and 80, the grade is determined to be general; when the assessment score is less than 60 minutes, the level is determined to be poor.

In the embodiment of the invention, the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is finally obtained through the government cloud assessment model, and the specific calculation process of the target performance assessment score is explained in detail through the following examples: based on a government affair cloud assessment model, firstly, determining that a weight factor of a first performance assessment score corresponding to cloud resource use information of a target government affair cloud is 0.3, determining that a weight factor of a second performance assessment score corresponding to fault information of the target government affair cloud is 0.4, determining that a weight factor of a third performance assessment score corresponding to process service quality information of the target government affair cloud is 0.3, wherein the first performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud is calculated to be 80 points according to the cloud resource use information of the target government affair cloud, the second performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud is calculated to be 70 points according to the fault information of the target government affair cloud, the third performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud is calculated to be 90 points according to the process service quality information of the target government affair cloud, and the specific calculation process of the government affair cloud assessment model is as follows: the target performance score of the target government cloud is finally 79 points, namely 80 points 0.3+70 points 0.4+90 points 0.3 points.
Therefore, by the implementation of the performance assessment method of the government affair cloud described in the embodiment of the invention, after the first target information of the target government affair cloud is obtained, the weighting factors and the assessment scores corresponding to the cloud resource use information, the fault information and the process service quality information are respectively calculated based on the government affair cloud assessment model, and finally the final target performance assessment score is obtained according to the weighting factors and the assessment scores of the cloud resource use information, the fault information and the process service quality information of the target government affair cloud, so that a large amount of government affair clouds can be comprehensively and accurately assessed for performance, and the performance assessment effect of the government affair clouds is further improved.
In an optional embodiment, the method may further comprise the operations of:
obtaining the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud recorded within the determined first time period;
determining a performance rating criterion for the target government cloud based on the target performance assessment score for the target government cloud recorded during the determined first time period, wherein the performance rating criterion comprises at least one performance rating.
In this optional embodiment, the determined first time period may be flexibly adjusted according to actual requirements, and when the required historical data is large, the time period of the determined first time period is longer (for example, 6 months); when less historical data is needed, the time period of the determined first time period is shorter (for example, 1 month), the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud in the determined first time period is subjected to statistical analysis, and finally the performance grade standard of the target government cloud is determined.
In this optional embodiment, the performance level criteria may be divided into a high performance level, a medium performance level, and a low performance level, or may be other manners capable of classifying the performance levels of the target government affair cloud, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the alternative embodiment can determine the performance level standard of the target government affair cloud according to the target performance appraisal score of the target government affair cloud historical record, and the performance level standard determined in the above way is closer to the actual situation of the target government affair cloud, so that the accuracy of determining the performance level standard can be improved.

determining a performance grade corresponding to the target performance appraisal score of the target government affair cloud according to the target performance appraisal score of the target government affair cloud and the performance grade standard;
determining a performance assessment plan of the target government affair cloud according to a performance grade corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud, wherein the performance assessment plan comprises performance assessment frequency information;
performing performance assessment on the target government affair cloud according to the performance assessment plan of the target government affair cloud to obtain a performance assessment result of the target government affair cloud;

In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further include the operations of:
determining whether the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is less than or equal to a performance score threshold;
when the judgment result is yes, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting to improve the target performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud in time;
comparing the first performance assessment score, the second performance assessment score and the third performance assessment score corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government affairs cloud to obtain a target comparison result;
when the target comparison result indicates that the second performance assessment score corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is the lowest, analyzing the fault information of the target government cloud to obtain an analysis result of the fault information of the target government cloud;
and obtaining a fault data report of the target government affair cloud according to the analysis result of the fault information of the target government affair cloud, wherein the fault data report comprises fault type information of the target government affair cloud and/or fault frequency information corresponding to the fault type and/or fault processing time length information and/or fault processing result information.
As can be seen, the alternative embodiment can analyze the reason for the low performance score when the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is lower than the performance score threshold value, so as to quickly know the reason for the low performance score of the target government cloud.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further include the operations of:
judging whether the failure times corresponding to a certain failure type of the target government affair cloud are more than or equal to a failure time threshold value or not according to the failure data report of the target government affair cloud;
when the judgment result is yes, marking the fault type to obtain a marked fault type;
calling log data of the target government affair cloud corresponding to the moment when the marked fault type occurs, and analyzing the log data based on the determined first algorithm to obtain an analysis result of the log data;
and determining a fourth early warning parameter corresponding to the mark fault type according to the analysis result of the log data, wherein the fourth early warning parameter is used for early warning in a second time period before the mark fault type occurs.
In this optional embodiment, the second time period may be flexibly adjusted according to an actual situation, for example, the warning is performed within 1 hour before the occurrence of the mark fault type, or the warning may be performed within another time period (e.g., 2 hours) before the occurrence of the mark fault type.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can analyze the fault information of the target government affair cloud, mark the frequently-occurring faults, and perform early warning before the marked faults occur, and can prepare for the faults in advance through the early warning, so that the loss caused by the faults is reduced.

and the assessment module 302 is used for assessing the target government affair cloud based on the determined government affair cloud assessment model according to the first target information to obtain a target performance assessment result of the target government affair cloud.
Therefore, the performance assessment device for the government affair clouds, which is described by the embodiment of the invention, can analyze information such as cloud resource use information, fault information and process service quality based on the government affair cloud assessment model after acquiring the first target information of the target government affair cloud, finally obtain the performance assessment result of the target government affair cloud, and can perform comprehensive and accurate performance assessment on a large number of government affair clouds, so that the performance assessment effect of the government affair clouds is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the assessment module 302 assesses the target government affair cloud according to the first target information based on the determined government affair cloud assessment model, and the specific way of obtaining the target performance assessment result of the target government affair cloud is as follows:
obtaining a first performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud according to the cloud resource usage information of the target government affair cloud, wherein the cloud resource usage information comprises usage rate information of the target government affair cloud on cloud resources;
obtaining a second performance assessment score of the target government cloud according to the fault information of the target government cloud, wherein the fault information comprises information related to the fault of the target government cloud;
obtaining a third performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud according to the process service quality information of the target government affair cloud, wherein the process service quality information comprises process overtime link information and/or process overtime proportion information and/or process overtime duration information of the target government affair cloud;
and calculating the first performance assessment score, the second performance assessment score and the third performance assessment score of the target government cloud based on the determined government cloud assessment model to obtain the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud.
In another optional embodiment, the assessment module 302 calculates the first performance assessment score, the second performance assessment score and the third performance assessment score of the target government cloud based on the determined government cloud assessment model, and obtains the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud by:
determining weighting factor information based on the determined government cloud assessment model, wherein the weighting factor information comprises a weighting factor of the first performance assessment score, a weighting factor of the second performance assessment score and a weighting factor of the third performance assessment score;

a determining module 303, configured to determine a performance level criterion of the target government cloud according to the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud recorded in the determined first time period, wherein the performance level criterion includes at least one performance level.
Therefore, the alternative embodiment can determine the performance level standard of the target government affair cloud according to the target performance appraisal score of the target government affair cloud historical record, and the performance level standard determined in the above way is closer to the actual situation of the target government affair cloud, so that the accuracy of determining the performance level standard can be improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the determining module 303 is further configured to determine a performance level corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud according to the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud and the performance level criteria; determining a performance assessment plan of the target government affair cloud according to a performance grade corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud, wherein the performance assessment plan comprises performance assessment frequency information;
the assessment module 302 is further configured to perform performance assessment on the target government affair cloud according to the performance assessment plan of the target government affair cloud, so as to obtain a performance assessment result of the target government affair cloud;
and, the apparatus further comprises:
a first report generating module 304, configured to generate a performance assessment report of the target government cloud according to the performance assessment result of the target government cloud.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can determine the performance assessment plan suitable for the current performance level according to the performance level of the target government affair cloud, can effectively improve the performance assessment efficiency, and can reduce the waste of performance assessment resources.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further comprises:
a determination module 305 for determining whether the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is less than or equal to a performance score threshold;
a prompting module 306, configured to generate first prompting information when the determination result of the determining module 305 is yes, where the first prompting information is used to prompt to increase the target performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud in time;
a comparing module 307, configured to compare the first performance assessment score, the second performance assessment score and the third performance assessment score corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud, so as to obtain a target comparison result;
an analyzing module 308, configured to analyze the fault information of the target government cloud to obtain an analysis result of the fault information of the target government cloud when the target comparison result of the comparing module 307 indicates that the second performance assessment score corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is the lowest;
the second report generating module 309 is configured to obtain a fault data report of the target government affair cloud according to an analysis result of the fault information of the target government affair cloud, where the fault data report includes fault type information of the target government affair cloud and/or fault frequency information corresponding to a fault type and/or fault processing duration information and/or fault processing result information.
As can be seen, the alternative embodiment can analyze the reason for the low performance score when the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is lower than the performance score threshold value, so as to quickly know the reason for the low performance score of the target government cloud.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the determining module 305 is further configured to determine, according to the fault data report of the target government cloud, whether a number of faults corresponding to a certain fault type of the target government cloud is greater than or equal to a threshold number of faults;
and, the apparatus further comprises:
a marking module 310, configured to mark the fault type to obtain a marked fault type when the determination result of the determining module 305 is yes;
the retrieving module 311 is configured to retrieve log data of the target government affair cloud corresponding to the time when the marked fault type occurs;
the analysis module 308 is further configured to analyze the log data based on the determined first algorithm to obtain an analysis result of the log data;
the determining module 303 is further configured to determine a fourth early warning parameter corresponding to the marked fault type according to an analysis result of the log data, where the fourth early warning parameter is used for early warning in a second time period before the marked fault type occurs.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can analyze the fault information of the target government affair cloud, mark the frequently-occurring faults, and perform early warning before the marked faults occur, and can prepare for the faults in advance through the early warning, so that the loss caused by the faults is reduced.

1. A method of performance assessment of a government cloud, the method comprising:
acquiring first target information of a target government affair cloud, wherein the target government affair cloud comprises any government affair service platform using cloud resources, and the first target information comprises cloud resource use information and/or fault information and/or process service quality information related to the target government affair cloud;
and according to the first target information, checking the target government affair cloud based on the determined government affair cloud checking model to obtain a target performance checking result of the target government affair cloud.
2. The method for assessing the performance of the government affairs cloud according to claim 1, wherein the assessing the target government affairs cloud based on the determined government affairs cloud assessment model according to the first target information to obtain a target performance assessment result of the target government affairs cloud comprises:
obtaining a first performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud according to the cloud resource usage information of the target government affair cloud, wherein the cloud resource usage information comprises usage rate information of the target government affair cloud on cloud resources;
obtaining a second performance assessment score of the target government cloud according to the fault information of the target government cloud, wherein the fault information comprises information related to the fault of the target government cloud;
obtaining a third performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud according to the process service quality information of the target government affair cloud, wherein the process service quality information comprises process overtime link information and/or process overtime proportion information and/or process overtime duration information of the target government affair cloud;
and calculating the first performance assessment score, the second performance assessment score and the third performance assessment score of the target government cloud based on the determined government cloud assessment model to obtain a target performance assessment score of the target government cloud.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the calculating the first, second and third performance assessment scores of the target government cloud based on the determined government cloud assessment model to obtain the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud comprises:
determining weighting factor information based on the determined government cloud assessment model, wherein the weighting factor information comprises a weighting factor of the first performance assessment score, a weighting factor of the second performance assessment score and a weighting factor of the third performance assessment score;
and calculating according to the weighting factor information of the target government affair cloud, the first performance assessment score, the second performance assessment score and the third performance assessment score to obtain a target performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud.
4. A performance assessment method of a government cloud according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said method further comprises:
obtaining the target performance assessment score for the target government cloud recorded over the determined first time period;
determining a performance rating criteria for the target government cloud from the target performance assessment score for the target government cloud recorded over the determined first time period, wherein the performance rating criteria includes at least one performance rating.
5. The performance assessment method of a government cloud according to claim 4, further comprising:
determining a performance grade corresponding to the target performance appraisal score of the target government affair cloud according to the target performance appraisal score of the target government affair cloud and the performance grade standard;

performing performance assessment on the target government affair cloud according to the performance assessment plan of the target government affair cloud to obtain a performance assessment result of the target government affair cloud;
and generating a performance assessment report of the target government affair cloud according to the performance assessment result of the target government affair cloud.
6. The performance assessment method of a government cloud according to claim 4, further comprising:
determining whether the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is less than or equal to a performance score threshold;
when the judgment result is yes, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting to improve the target performance assessment score of the target government affair cloud in time;
comparing the first performance assessment score, the second performance assessment score and the third performance assessment score corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government affairs cloud to obtain a target comparison result;
when the target comparison result shows that the second performance assessment score corresponding to the target performance assessment score of the target government cloud is the lowest, analyzing the fault information of the target government cloud to obtain an analysis result of the fault information of the target government cloud;
and obtaining a fault data report of the target government affair cloud according to an analysis result of the fault information of the target government affair cloud, wherein the fault data report comprises fault type information of the target government affair cloud and/or fault frequency information corresponding to the fault type and/or fault processing time length information and/or fault processing result information.
7. The performance assessment method of a government cloud according to claim 6, further comprising:
judging whether the failure times corresponding to a certain failure type of the target government affair cloud are greater than or equal to a failure time threshold value or not according to the failure data report of the target government affair cloud;
when the judgment result is yes, marking the fault type to obtain a marked fault type;
calling log data of the target government affair cloud corresponding to the moment when the marked fault type occurs, and analyzing the log data based on the determined first algorithm to obtain an analysis result of the log data;
and determining a fourth early warning parameter corresponding to the marking fault type according to the analysis result of the log data, wherein the fourth early warning parameter is used for early warning in a second time period before the marking fault type occurs.
8. A performance assessment device for a government cloud, the device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring first target information of a target government affair cloud, the target government affair cloud comprises any government affair service platform using cloud resources, and the first target information comprises cloud resource use information and/or fault information and/or process service quality information related to the target government affair cloud;

9. A performance assessment device for a government cloud, the device comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to perform some or all of the steps in the performance assessment method of the government cloud of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, perform some or all of the steps of a performance assessment method of a government cloud according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
