The invention can also help the POI to automatically display a picture with relatively optimal quality as a cover page under the condition of no manual operation, or help the caller in other scenes to select a high-quality picture (such as a home page, off-site delivery and the like).
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an implementation process of the image pushing method based on travel products of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the process of one embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
first, the server of the travel site receives reservation information of the travel product from the reservation user 17, the reservation information including at least a keyword of a name of the travel product, location information, and a future travel period. The server establishes the shooting time as a screening condition set at least according to the keywords, the place information and the future travel time period.
The server uses the crawler program, collects the user uploaded photos in the platform database of the tourism website, and the photo information of the user uploaded photos at least comprises: shooting time and shooting time point information. The uploaded photos of the user 11 are tagged according to at least the photo information of the uploaded photos of the user. And selecting a user uploaded photo meeting the set according to the selection condition from the user uploaded photos of the platform database of at least one travel website as a second picture sample set 12.
And identifying the user uploaded photo through the image identification model, and obtaining the festival element label and the character expression label in the user uploaded photo. And at least screening the second picture sample set according to the festival element labels and the character expression labels corresponding to the future travel time periods of the reservation information to obtain an alternative third picture sample set 13. (since the data of the second picture sample set is too huge, the calculation power required for directly performing subsequent picture quality scoring is too high, and therefore in this embodiment, screening is performed in advance through the holiday element tags and the human expression tags, so that the calculation power requirement for subsequent picture quality scoring is reduced, and the overall calculation speed is increased) and the first picture sample set 14 and the third picture sample set 13 are combined to serve as the sample total set 15. The photos are scored and sorted in the sample collection 15 using existing photo scoring techniques. And taking the preset number of photos with the highest photo scores as an advertisement display photo set 16, and displaying the advertisement display photo set 16 to a booking user 17 who proposes booking information. The invention can optimize the quality score of the picture, add subjective aesthetic factors of people, enable the abstract emotion score to be a measurable value, and provide guidance for selecting the picture, removing low-quality pictures, sequencing the pictures and other scenes. The invention automatically recommends a better picture by combining a deep neural network model with image aesthetics and semantic information. The old picture quality system only carries out grade classification on objective quality factors (such as resolution, saturation and the like) of the picture, and the method combines a large amount of manual labels, adds quality factors related to human perception, and makes a decision to better accord with the picture quality score perceived by a user. The invention utilizes the semantic hierarchical characteristics related to emotion and aesthetic feeling in the image and the strong automatic characteristic learning capability of the deep convolutional neural network to enable the image quality evaluation system to be more humanized. For example: taking pictures of different scenes as samples → defining basic score intervals under each scene → manually marking specific scores for the divided scenes → feeding back to a machine for deep learning → feeding back scoring results after machine learning → manually verifying the scoring satisfaction degree of the machine → model optimization iteration → acceptance → interface online, and automatically scoring the pictures.
When the booking user 17 finishes the travel order 18 and includes at least one photo uploaded by the user 11 in the advertisement display photo set 16 of the booking user, an advertisement payment amount is generated and fed back to the user 11 account corresponding to the photo uploaded by the user based on the proportion of the photo uploaded by each user in the advertisement display photo set, the total amount of the travel order and the preset proportion. In this embodiment, the advertisement display photo set 16 has two photos, wherein 1 photo is the photo uploaded by the user 11, so that the ratio of the photos uploaded by each user in the advertisement display photo set accounts for 50% of the photos uploaded by the user in the advertisement display photo set, the total amount of the travel orders is 10000 yuan, and the preset ratio is 1%, and then the advertisement payment amount is the product of the total amount of the travel orders, the photo ratio, and the preset ratio, that is, the advertisement payment amount is 10000 × 50% × 1% × 50 yuan, and the travel platform in this embodiment feeds back 50 yuan as the advertisement payment amount to the user 11, but not limited thereto.
And finally, counting the times M of each user uploading photo to participate in completing the travel order in the second picture sample set regularly, and adding the user uploading photo into an advertisement photo library corresponding to the location information corresponding to the user uploading photo when the times M are relative to a preset value.
Through the process, the photos released by the users 11 on the tourism platform can be possibly used as advertisements for propagandizing tourism products by the tourism platform and corresponding advertisement profits are obtained, so that a personalized advertisement photo set can be provided in a targeted manner according to the reservation information of each user, the flexibility of selecting the advertisement photos is improved, the advertisement conversion rate is greatly enhanced, and the enthusiasm of uploading the photos on the OTA platform is facilitated.

The picture sample collection module 53 selects a preset advertisement picture library corresponding to the location information as a first picture sample collection, and selects a user uploaded picture meeting a collection according to a selection condition from user uploaded pictures of the platform database of at least one travel website as a second picture sample collection.
And the advertisement photo display module 54 combines the first picture sample set and the second picture sample set to perform photo scoring, uses a preset number of photos with highest photo scoring as an advertisement display photo set, and displays the advertisement display photo set to a subscribing user who proposes subscription information.
In a preferred embodiment, the system further comprises an advertisement revenue sharing module 55, wherein when the booking user completes the travel order and the set of advertisement display photos of the booking user comprises at least one user upload photo, an advertisement payment amount is generated and fed back to a user account corresponding to the user upload photo at least based on the total amount and the preset proportion of the travel order. In a preferred embodiment, an advertisement payment amount is generated and fed back to a user account corresponding to the user uploaded photo based on the proportion of each user uploaded photo in the advertisement display photo set, the total amount of the travel orders and a preset proportion.
In a preferred embodiment, the advertisement photo library updating module 56 is further included, which counts the number M of times that each user uploads photos to participate in completing a travel order in the second image sample set, and when the number M is a preset value, adds the user uploaded photos to the advertisement photo library corresponding to the location information corresponding to the user uploaded photos.
The image pushing system based on the travel product can provide a personalized advertisement photo set in a targeted manner according to the reservation information of each user, improves the flexibility of selecting the advertisement photos, greatly enhances the advertisement conversion rate, and is beneficial to promoting the enthusiasm of uploading the photos of the OTA platform.
