Abstract

The invention discloses a locking structure which comprises a support, a pressing part and a fixing part. In addition to improving the performance of the computer equipment, how to easily lock or unlock the card body in the computer equipment is an important issue of great concern in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a locking structure includes a bracket, a pressing portion and a fixing portion. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the computer apparatus 300 includes a housing 310 and a locking structure 100, and the locking structure 100 is disposed in the housing 310.
Please refer to fig. 3-4. Fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating the locking structure 100 of fig. 2, wherein the expansion card 200 is outside the bracket 110. Fig. 4 is a partially enlarged schematic view showing the range M of fig. 3. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the locking structure 100 includes a bracket 110, a pressing portion 120 and a fixing portion 130. The bracket 110 defines an accommodating space S and an opening O that are communicated with each other, the accommodating space S and the opening O are arranged along a first direction D1, and the bracket 110 includes a first fastening portion 111. The pressing portion 120 is connected to the bracket 110 and abuts the opening O of the bracket 110. Further, as shown in fig. 4, the fixing portion 130 has a first through hole H1, and the first through hole H1 of the fixing portion 130 is configured to allow the limiting rod 122 of the pressing portion 120 to at least partially pass through.
In addition, the first locking portion 111 of the bracket 110 has a second through hole H2, the second through hole H2 is communicated with the accommodating space S, the second locking portion 131 of the fixing portion 130 includes a spring piece 131a and a protruding piece 131b connected to each other, the spring piece 131a is disposed to be at least partially located in the accommodating space S, and the protruding piece 131b is disposed to be at least partially located in the second through hole H2 of the bracket 110. Please refer to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is an enlarged perspective view of the locking structure 100 of fig. 2, wherein the expansion card 200 is at least partially disposed in the bracket 110. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after the expansion card 200 is at least partially inserted into the accommodating space S through the opening O of the bracket 110, the fixing portion 130 rotates around the axis X relative to the pressing portion 120, the second locking portion 131 enters the accommodating space S of the bracket 110, and the protrusion 131b presses against the inner wall of the bracket 110 and slides against the inner wall, so that the elastic sheet 131a elastically deforms and stores a plurality of elastic potential energy. When the protrusion 131b of the second locking portion 131 reaches the second through hole H2 of the bracket 110, the protrusion 131b no longer presses against the inner wall of the bracket 110, and the elastic piece 131a releases the stored elastic potential energy, so that the protrusion 131b can be located in the second through hole H2 of the bracket 110. At this time, the engagement between the second engaging portion 131 of the fixing portion 130 and the first engaging portion 111 of the bracket 110 is also completed. In addition, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the fixing portion 130 has at least one recess R, and the recess R at least partially extends along the second direction D2. When the locking structure 100 is installed in the housing 310 along the second direction D2, the structure (not shown) beside the computer 300 can be at least partially accommodated in the recess R of the fixing portion 130, so as to achieve the effect of avoiding the space and saving the space.

Claims (8)

1. A locking structure, comprising:
the bracket defines an accommodating space and an opening which are communicated with each other, the accommodating space and the opening are arranged along a first direction, and the bracket comprises a first buckling part;
the pressing part is connected with the bracket and is adjacent to the opening; and
the fixing part is pivoted with the pressing part and is configured to at least partially cover the opening, and the fixing part comprises a second buckling part which is configured to be mutually buckled with the first buckling part;
when an expansion card is at least partially inserted into the accommodating space through the opening, the fixing part rotates relative to the pressing part, so that the fixing part at least partially presses the expansion card, and the second buckling part buckles the first buckling part.
2. The locking structure of claim 1, wherein the fixing portion rotates relative to the pressing portion about an axis extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
3. The locking structure of claim 2, wherein the fixing portion has at least one recess extending at least partially along the second direction.
4. The locking structure of claim 1, wherein the pressing portion further comprises:
a pressing plate, a normal of the pressing plate is substantially parallel to the first direction; and
the limiting rod is arranged on the pressing plate and at least partially extends along the first direction, and the limiting rod is configured to limit the position of the expansion card relative to the bracket.
