Abstract
The invention provides a grouting-free low-retraction anchor cable system which comprises an anchor, a cable body and a heat-shrinkable sleeve, wherein the anchor comprises a tensioning-end anchor and a fixed-end anchor, and the cable body comprises a protective sleeve, anti-corrosion grease and a steel strand. One end of the cable body is provided with an anchorage device at the tensioning end, and the other end of the cable body can be provided with an anchorage device at the fixed end and also can be provided with an anchorage device at the tensioning end. The tensioning end anchorage device comprises an anchor head, a bearing nut and a steel base plate. A first inner hole is drilled in the end face of one end of the anchor head, and the head of the cable body is inserted into the first inner hole and is fastened and connected. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the problems of overlarge retraction value and incompact pore channel grouting of the conventional anchorage device are solved, and the problem caused by easy fracture of the prestressed steel bar during tensioning is also avoided.

The invention provides a grouting-free low-retraction anchor cable system which comprises an anchor, a cable body and a heat-shrinkable sleeve, wherein the anchor comprises a tensioning-end anchor and a fixed-end anchor, the anchor consists of a protective sleeve, anti-corrosion grease and a steel strand, one end of the cable body is provided with the tensioning-end anchor, the other end of the cable body is provided with the fixed-end anchor, and the tensioning-end anchor can also be arranged. The tensioning end anchorage device comprises an anchor head, a bearing nut and a steel base plate. A first inner hole is drilled in the end face of one end of the anchor head, and the head of the cable body is inserted into the first inner hole and is fastened and connected.

The invention is further described with reference to the following description and embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a grouting-free low-retraction anchor cable system comprises an anchorage device 1 at a tensioning end, a heat-shrinkable sleeve 2 and a cable body 3, wherein one end of the anchorage device 1 is an anchorage device containing the tensioning end, the other end of the anchorage device 1 can be the anchorage device at the tensioning end or a fixed end, and the anchorage device 11 at the tensioning end comprises an anchor head 11-1, a bearing nut 11-2 and a steel backing plate 11-3. The anchor head 11-1 is provided with a first inner hole on one end face of the anchor head, and the head of the cable body 3 is inserted into the first inner hole and is fastened and connected.
The cable body 3 comprises a steel strand 3-1, anticorrosive grease 3-2 and a protective sleeve 3-3, and the anticorrosive grease 3-2 is filled between the steel strand 3-1 and the protective sleeve 3-3.
The tensioning end anchorage device comprises an anchor head 11-1, a steel backing plate 11-2 and a bearing nut 11-3, wherein a first inner hole is drilled in one end face of the anchor head 11-1, the head of the cable body 3 is inserted into the first inner hole and is fastened and connected, an external thread is arranged on the outer surface of the other end of the cable body, a second inner hole is formed in the steel backing plate 11-3, an external thread section of the anchor head 11-1 penetrates through the second inner hole, the bearing nut 11-2 is in threaded connection with the external thread of the anchor head 11-1, and the bearing nut 11-2 is tightly attached to the end face of the steel backing plate 11-3.
The steel backing plate 11-3 is positioned between the bearing nut 11-2 and the cable body 3.
The hole opening of the second inner hole in the steel base plate 11-3 is provided with a chamfer, the chamfer is close to the first inner hole of the anchor head 11-1, the hole diameter of the second inner hole in the steel base plate 11-3 is larger than the outer diameter of the anchor head 11-1, and the outer diameter of the bearing nut 11-2 is larger than the hole diameter of the second inner hole in the steel base plate 11-3.
The second inner hole on the steel backing plate 11-3 is a through hole, and the first inner hole on the anchor head 11-1 is a blind hole.
The connecting part of the anchor head 11-1 and the cable body 3 is provided with a heat shrinkable sleeve 2.
The steel shim plate 11-3 is a round or polygonal steel plate with a certain thickness.
The grouting-free low-retraction anchor cable system provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the prestressed reinforcing steel adopts high-strength steel strands, and compared with a finish rolling deformed steel anchor and a prestressed steel bar, the material is saved;
2. the standard thread knob is adopted for follow-up after the first tensioning, the second tensioning is not needed, the operation is simple, and the problem that the retraction value of the conventional anchor is overlarge is solved;
3. can adopt the construction of unbonded, avoided the not closely knit risk that leads to prestressed reinforcement corrosion fracture of grout.
