In this embodiment, by providing the third transmission gear 521, the third transmission rack 522 and the fourth transmission rack 523, the third transmission rack 522 is fixed to the telescopic end of the first cylinder 111, and the fourth transmission rack 523 is fixed to the third elastic unit 512, the third transmission rack 522 is driven to ascend by lifting the telescopic end of the first cylinder 111, and the third elastic unit 512 is pulled down by the third transmission gear 521 and the fourth transmission rack 523, so as to drive the one end of the lifting plate 511 to descend to discharge the throw pillow 100.

The working process comprises the following steps:
firstly, the throw pillow 100 is manually placed on the lifting plate 511, the hemming strip 400 is placed on one side of the throw pillow 100, the second cylinder 121 starts to work to push the first transmission rack 122, the first transmission rack 122 drives the first transmission gear 123 to rotate, so that the pressing shaft 112 is driven to work to rotate the throw pillow 100, the pressing shaft 112 stops rotating after the throw pillow 100 is driven to rotate to one side due to the fact that the first transmission rack 122 is of the interrupted tooth structure, and meanwhile the movable sewing machine 41 is manually operated to hem the throw pillow 100. Meanwhile, the pressing shaft 112 drives the second transmission gear 321 to rotate, under the action of the second transmission gear 321 and the second transmission rack 322, the slitting component 31 starts to perform advanced slitting on the edge sealing strip 400, so as to facilitate edge sealing of the throw pillow 100 (see fig. 1 for details), after the edge sealing around the throw pillow is completed, the first transmission rack 122 is pushed to the control unit 66 and contacts with the control unit 66, the control unit 66 drives the telescopic end of the third cylinder 62 to push the fourth support plate 63 to press downwards, and the edge sealing strip 400 is cut off by matching with the pressing block 65 and the cutter 64, so that the edge sealing work of one throw pillow 100 is completed.
Therefore, the control unit 66 senses the telescopic end of the first cylinder 111 to lift up, drives the second transmission assembly 52 to cooperate with the lifting assembly 51, and finishes discharging the throw pillow 100.

the rotating assembly (12) comprises a second air cylinder (121) horizontally arranged in the telescopic direction, a first transmission rack (122) fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the second air cylinder (121) through a connecting rod, the length of the first transmission rack is arranged along the telescopic direction of the second air cylinder (121), and a first transmission gear (123) fixedly sleeved on the pressure shaft (112), wherein the first transmission rack (122) is of an interrupted tooth structure;
the slitting assembly (31) comprises:
a first elastic supporting member (311), wherein the first elastic supporting member (311) includes a first supporting plate (3111), a first supporting rod (3112) perpendicularly fixed to a sidewall of the operating table (2) and supporting the first supporting plate (3111), and a first elastic unit (3113) parallel to the first supporting rod (3112) and mounted on the first supporting plate (3111); and
the pressure opening piece (312) comprises a second supporting plate (3121) mounted at the other end of the first elastic unit (3113), a pressure knife (3122) fixedly arranged on the second supporting plate (3121) and having a right-angle opening structure, and two sets of pressure plates (3123) symmetrically arranged at the upper and lower sides of the pressure knife (3122); both sets of the pressing plates (3123) are mounted on the second supporting plate (3121) through a second elastic unit (3124); and
the drawing opening (313) is arranged in a plurality of groups along the height direction of the operating table (2) at equal intervals, and the two groups of pressure plates (3123) are located between any two groups of drawing openings (313).

The automatic edge sealing device for the rattan-imitated woven chair cushion according to claim 1, further comprising a discharging mechanism (5), wherein the discharging mechanism (5) comprises a lifting assembly (51) arranged on the operating platform (2), a second transmission assembly (52) which is in synchronous transmission with the pressing assembly (11) and is used for driving the lifting assembly (51) to move along a vertical direction, and a limiting assembly (53) which is arranged on the operating platform (2) and is used for controlling the lifting assembly (51) to automatically rotate and discharge.

the lifting plate (511) is arranged in a square groove formed in the operating platform (2) in a penetrating mode and is located right below the pressing shaft (112) in a matching mode, and the throw pillow (100) is placed on the lifting plate (511) to be subjected to edge sealing operation; and
the third elastic unit (512) is vertically and rotatably arranged on the base below the lifting plate (511).
4. The automatic edge banding device for rattan-woven chair cushion according to claim 3, wherein said limiting member (53) comprises:
the third support rod (531), the third support rod (531) is vertically and upwards arranged at the lower end of the operating platform (2) and is positioned at one side of the third elastic unit (512); and
the jacking block (532), the jacking block (532) is fixed on the upper end of the third support rod (531);
and a storage box (300) is arranged on the other side of the third elastic unit (512) relative to the third support rod (531).
5. The automatic edge banding device for rattan-woven chair cushion according to claim 1, further comprising a cutting mechanism (6), wherein the cutting mechanism (6) is used for automatically cutting off a group of edge banding strips of the throw pillow (100) after edge banding is finished.
6. An automatic edge sealing device for rattan-woven chair cushion according to claim 5, wherein said cutting mechanism (6) comprises:
the fourth supporting rod (61), the fourth supporting rod (61) is vertically arranged above the operating platform (2) upwards;
the telescopic end of the third cylinder (62) is vertically arranged downwards and is fixed on the fourth supporting rod (61);
the fourth supporting plate (63), the said fourth supporting plate (63) is fixed to the flexible end of the said third air cylinder (62);
the cutter (64), the said cutter (64) is fixed to the lower end of the said fourth shoe plate (63) synchronously;
the pressing block (65) is vertically arranged below the fourth supporting plate (63) through a fourth elastic unit (651), and the pressing block (65) is arranged behind the cutter (64); and
a control unit (66), wherein the control unit (66) is in transmission connection with the third air cylinder (62) through signals.
