本发明涉及橡塑管制品领域,特别涉及采用硫化技术和风冷系统的彩色橡塑管制品制备工艺。
背景技术
彩色大直径多用于暖通管道保温。有闭孔柔性结构可抗渗透、导热系数较低等优点,管道内介质种类各异,彩色橡塑美观且可以区分不同管道的功能,目前市面上尚无此种制品,多用橡塑保温板替代,但保温板在裁剪、弯曲和涂胶后包裹性较差,贴合度不高,且限制了施工速度和浪费材料,胶水也存在不环保等危害。现有的技术存在以下缺点:
1、市面尚无此种彩色大直径橡塑制品;
2、大直径橡塑由于工艺限制较难以制备,且加入颜料后易收缩、龟裂,发泡不均匀且闭孔率不高等缺点;
3、常规冷却水槽长度有限,冷却不彻底导致彩色橡塑管内部结构不够稳定,抗水汽渗透能力差、抗撕裂强度低等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种满足暖通要求的新型大直径彩色橡塑制品,以解决用新材料,稳定泡孔结构,使其不出现收缩和龟裂,启用新型硫化工艺,发泡后材料均匀,闭孔率达到要求,改善冷却工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种彩色橡塑管制品,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:丁腈3308橡胶:25-35份;丁苯橡胶:10-20份;聚氯乙烯:15-25份;发泡剂:偶氮二甲酰胺:20-30份;消烟剂:消烟剂(氢氧化铝)50-55份;填料:滑石粉10-20份;二氧化硅5-10份;硬脂酸0.5-1.5份;氧化锌3-8份;防老剂(MBT)0.5-1份;防老剂(4020)0.5-1.5份;蒙坦蜡5-8份;2280石蜡油10-20份;二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5-2份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.5-1份;六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆0.5份;硫磺母粒:0.5-1.5;颜料(各色):5-15份。

步骤四:将上述一号胶和二号胶倒入开炼机完全薄通两次降温后投自动摆料架翻胶240秒后切片,切出的胶片厚度7-8mm,胶片宽度900-1000mm,胶片长度4000-5000mm,冷却待用,得一号和二号胶片;
步骤五:将一号胶片和二号胶片一起投入开炼机,压热包辊后依次加入按重量份数称取促进剂:二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1.5份、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份;六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆0.5份,发泡剂20份,搅拌均匀后投胶料到自动翻料擘、开计时器、自动翻料300秒开始下料、胶条厚度7-8mm,胶条宽度150mm-200mm,胶条不切断直至料下完,得三号胶条;
步骤六:采用多螺杆挤出机,将三号胶条放入挤出机,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口,进过多层磨具挤出成型,得成型料;
步骤七:挤出胶料后再牵引压延,调整尺寸;
步骤八:将上述成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道的烘箱发泡出橡胶管,得橡塑管;
步骤九:将上述橡塑管用引料棒将其引入多层循环风冷管道冷却5-10分钟后经传递带送至切台;
步骤十:调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切。
步骤十一:将制备好的橡塑材料包装放入存放区。
优选的,步骤二中的密炼温度不得高于128℃,在进行投料时,先投下橡胶及炭黑后密炼三分钟,再依次其它物料,步骤二中促进剂、发泡剂、丁苯胶、聚氯乙烯和颜料不进行添加。
优选的,步骤四中,卸料放置时每层铺垫塑料并在双面刷适量滑石粉预防粘连。
优选的,在步骤六中,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段30℃-35℃、挤出段30℃-35℃、塑化段30℃-35℃、螺杆段25℃-30℃,启动挤出机,调整转速25-35转/分。
优选的,步骤八中,多节烘道为七节,各节烘道温度为:一节120℃-125℃,二节125℃-135℃,三节135℃145℃-,四节145℃-155℃,五节155℃-165℃,六节165℃-175℃。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、引入新材料丁苯橡胶和聚氯乙烯单独与彩色料密炼,多一次成品胶密炼,使其混炼均匀,保持泡孔结构稳定;
2、采用新型硫化技术,采用湿法填充促进剂,使其快速硫化,发泡均匀且闭孔率高;
3、摒弃常规水冷和风冷的方式,将冷却段改为多层循环风冷方式,通过鼓风机输送低温风快速冷却,使泡孔结构温度;

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种彩色橡塑管制品,由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:丁腈3308橡胶:25-35份;丁苯橡胶:10-20份;聚氯乙烯:15-25份;发泡剂:偶氮二甲酰胺:20-30份;消烟剂:消烟剂(氢氧化铝)50-55份;填料:滑石粉10-20份;二氧化硅5-10份;硬脂酸0.5-1.5份;氧化锌3-8份;防老剂(MBT)0.5-1份;防老剂(4020)0.5-1.5份;蒙坦蜡5-8份;2280石蜡油10-20份;二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5-2份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.5-1份;六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆0.5份;硫磺母粒:0.5-1.5;颜料(各色):5-15份。
采用硫化技术和风冷系统的彩色橡塑管制品制备工艺,
步骤1、工作人员逐一核对检查原、辅料的品名,橡胶:丁腈3308橡胶:25-35份;丁苯橡胶:10-20份;聚氯乙烯:15-25份;发泡剂:偶氮二甲酰胺:20-30份;消烟剂:消烟剂(氢氧化铝)50-55份;填料:滑石粉10-20份;二氧化硅5-10份;硬脂酸0.5-1.5份;氧化锌3-8份;防老剂(MBT)0.5-1份;防老剂(4020)0.5-1.5份;蒙坦蜡5-8份;2280石蜡油10-20份;二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5-2份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.5-1份;六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆0.5份;硫磺母粒:0.5-1.5;颜料(各色):5-15份。并根据组分以及各组分的重量进行原料准确称量;
步骤2、将上述称量好的物料放入密炼室进行密炼(先投下橡胶及炭黑后密炼三分钟再依次其它物料(促进剂、发泡剂、丁苯胶、聚氯乙烯和颜料不加),密炼机冷水全通每炉时间炼胶6分钟以上),密炼至110℃-125℃出料(不得高于128℃),低温出胶,得一号胶;
再将丁苯胶10-20份、聚氯乙烯15-25份、石蜡油5-10份和颜料5-15份按照相同方式密炼,得到二号胶;
步骤3、将上述一号胶和二号胶倒入开炼机完全薄通两次降温后投自动摆料架翻胶240秒后切片,切出的胶片厚度7-8mm,胶片宽度900-1000mm,胶片长度4000-5000mm,冷却待用,得一号和二号胶片(卸料放置时每层铺垫塑料并在双面刷适量滑石粉预防粘连);
步骤4、将一号胶片和二号胶片一起投入开炼机,压热包辊后依次加入按重量份数称取促进剂:二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1.5份、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份;六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆0.5份,发泡剂20份。搅拌均匀后投胶料到自动翻料擘、开计时器、自动翻料300秒开始下料、胶条厚度7-8mm,胶条宽度150mm-200mm,胶条不切断直至料下完,得三号胶条;
步骤5、采用多螺杆挤出机(一般是单螺杆挤出),多螺杆的啮合区增多,碾压剪切面积成倍增加,进过这种多层挤出,胶料的密度和质量,大大提高。将三号胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段30℃-35℃、挤出段30℃-35℃、塑化段30℃-35℃、螺杆段25℃-30℃,启动挤出机,调整转速25-35转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口(防止表面起皱),进过多层磨具挤出成型,得成型料;
步骤6、挤出胶料后再牵引压延,调整尺寸;
步骤7、将上述成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道的烘箱发泡出橡胶管(板);多节烘道为七节,各节烘道温度为:一节120℃-125℃,二节125℃-135℃,三节135℃145℃-,四节145℃-155℃,五节155℃-165℃,六节165℃-175℃,得橡塑管;
步骤8、将上述橡塑管用引料棒将其引入多层循环风冷管道冷却5-10分钟后经传递带送至切台;
步骤9、调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切。
步骤10、将制备好的橡塑材料包装放入存放区。

Claims (6)
1.一种彩色橡塑管制品,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:
腈3308橡胶:25-35份;
丁苯橡胶:10-20份;
聚氯乙烯:15-25份;
发泡剂:偶氮二甲酰胺:20-30份;
消烟剂:消烟剂50-55份;
填料:滑石粉10-20份;
二氧化硅5-10份;
硬脂酸:0.5-1.5份;
氧化锌:3-8份;
防老剂:0.5-1份;
防老剂:0.5-1.5份;
蒙坦蜡:5-8份;
2280石蜡油:10-20份;
二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:1.5-2份、
二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌:0.5-1份;
六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆:0.5份;
硫磺母粒:0.5-1.5份;
颜料:5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用硫化技术和风冷系统的彩色橡塑管制品制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备原料,橡胶:丁腈3308橡胶:25-35份;丁苯橡胶:10-20份;聚氯乙烯:15-25份;发泡剂:偶氮二甲酰胺:20-30份;消烟剂:消烟剂50-55份;填料:滑石粉10-20份;二氧化硅5-10份;硬脂酸0.5-1.5份;氧化锌3-8份;防老剂0.5-1份;防老剂0.5-1.5份;蒙坦蜡5-8份;2280石蜡油10-20份;二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5-2份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.5-1份;六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆0.5份;硫磺母粒:0.5-1.5;颜料:5-15份,对原料进行检查,取检查质量合格的原料,根据组分以及各组分的重量进行原料准确称量;
步骤二:将步骤一中的称量好原料的物料放入密炼室进行密炼,密炼机冷水全通每炉时间炼胶6分钟以上,密炼至110℃-125℃出料,低温出胶,得一号胶;
步骤三:将丁苯胶10-20份、聚氯乙烯15-25份、石蜡油5-10份和颜料5-15份按照相同方式密炼,得到二号胶;
步骤四:将上述一号胶和二号胶倒入开炼机完全薄通两次降温后投自动摆料架翻胶240秒后切片,切出的胶片厚度7-8mm,胶片宽度900-1000mm,胶片长度4000-5000mm,冷却待用,得一号和二号胶片;
步骤五:将一号胶片和二号胶片一起投入开炼机,压热包辊后依次加入按重量份数称取促进剂:二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1.5份、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5份、二乙二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份;六硫化五亚甲基秋兰姆0.5份,发泡剂20份,搅拌均匀后投胶料到自动翻料擘、开计时器、自动翻料300秒开始下料、胶条厚度7-8mm,胶条宽度150mm-200mm,胶条不切断直至料下完,得三号胶条;
