Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco packaging, in particular to a label type lining for a cigarette box and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The moisture content of the cigarette tobacco leaves not only influences the physical properties of the cigarette tobacco leaves and the safety of the cigarettes, but also influences the sensory quality of the cigarettes: under dry climatic conditions, the tobacco shred loses moisture quickly, the mainstream smoke has low moisture, the irritation is large during smoking, the dry feeling is obvious, and the oral cavity of a smoker is easy to generate phlegm, so the smoking comfort of the cigarette is reduced; under humid conditions, tobacco shreds absorb moisture from the surrounding air, causing smoke to be stuffy and the tobacco shreds are prone to mildew. Therefore, the moisture content control of tobacco products becomes an important technical link in the tobacco industry.
At present, the method for keeping the moisture of cigarettes mainly comprises the following two methods: one is to add humectant directly into cigarette liquid or perfume. However, in practical application, the moisture retention mode is found to have unsatisfactory effect, and especially in winter in northern areas, cigarettes are very dry in a short time after package opening, so that the comfort level of cigarette smoking is seriously influenced. The other is to improve the packaging structure in the existing cigarette case, so that the cigarette case can isolate cigarettes from air to achieve the moisture-keeping effect.
