Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a first embodiment of a control method of a vehicle door according to the invention, which method is carried out by a vehicle. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 110: when detecting that a key of the vehicle is within a preset range of a vehicle body, acquiring first external environment data;
when the vehicle detects a key matched with the vehicle through a radio frequency technology, a Near Field Communication (NFC) technology and/or a Bluetooth technology, the vehicle starts to acquire first external environment data when the current time is within a preset range of a vehicle body.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset range may be a distance range that is correspondingly set based on different design requirements of practical applications and correspondingly extends outward with the vehicle body as a central area, for example, the preset range may specifically be a range of 1 meter, 2 meters, or 3 meters and the like outside the vehicle body, it should be understood that any different values may be adopted in any feasible implementation, and the control method of the vehicle door of the present invention is not limited to the specific values of the preset range.
In an optional implementation manner, the "acquiring the first external environment data" in the step 110 may specifically include:
step 1101: and acquiring the first external environment data through an external data acquisition device arranged in a corresponding area of the vehicle door.
When the vehicle detects that a key matched with the vehicle is in a preset range of a vehicle body at the current moment, the distance between the key and a vehicle door of the vehicle can be further detected and determined to be the closest, and therefore real-time first external environment data are collected through one or more external data collecting devices arranged in an area corresponding to a target vehicle door closest to the key.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the vehicle may be provided with one or more external data acquisition devices in advance in corresponding areas of each of the vehicle doors (the front left door, the front right door, the rear door, and the rear left door).
In addition, the corresponding region of the vehicle door is a position region for arranging the data acquisition device at one or more positions on the vehicle door, taking the tail gate of the vehicle as an example, the corresponding region may specifically be a position region such as the middle or the bottom of the back gate of the vehicle, and the corresponding regions of other vehicle doors may be substantially the same as this example. It should be understood that, based on different design requirements of practical applications, the specific location or the data amount of the corresponding region of each vehicle door may be different in different feasible embodiments, and the control method of the vehicle door of the present invention is not limited to the corresponding region of the vehicle door, as long as the data acquisition device disposed in the corresponding region can acquire the external environment data when the user is located near the vehicle door.
Specifically, when the vehicle detects that a key matched with the vehicle is within a preset range of a vehicle body at the current moment through the radio frequency technology, the NFC technology and/or the bluetooth technology, the vehicle further determines which door of the vehicle is closest to the key through the radio frequency technology, the NFC technology and/or the bluetooth technology, so that when the key is determined to be closest to a tailgate of the vehicle, the tailgate is determined to be a target door and one or more external data acquisition devices in a corresponding area of the tailgate are called to acquire real-time first external environment data.
In an alternative embodiment, the external data collecting device disposed in the area corresponding to the vehicle door includes but is not limited to: a radar sensor, an image pickup device, and a sound collection device.
The "acquiring the first external environment data" in the step 110 may specifically include:
detecting whether a key of the vehicle is within a preset range of a body of the vehicle based on the radar sensor;
and if so, acquiring the first external environment data based on the image pickup device and/or the sound acquisition device.
When the key is detected to be located near the vehicle door, the first external environment data containing user data generated by the user is acquired through an image pickup device and/or a sound acquisition device in the plurality of external data acquisition devices synchronously.
Step 120: analyzing the first external environment data to obtain first user data, wherein the first user data comprises: first user image data and/or first user sound data;
the method includes that after real-time first external environment data are acquired by a vehicle, analysis processing is immediately carried out on the first external environment data, so that first user data at least including first user image data (such as splayed feet in standing postures, two legs which are closed and then bent, V-shaped gestures and the like) or first user sound data (such as door opening or door closing) or first user data including the first user image data and the first user sound data are obtained through analysis from the first external environment data.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle acquires the real-time first external environment data through the one or more external environment data acquisition devices, the vehicle transmits the data through the vehicle body harness. Specifically, the vehicle may transmit, through the vehicle body harness, real-time first external environment data acquired based on one or more pieces of external environment data to a controller of the vehicle, so that the controller may perform the analysis processing on the first external environment data to obtain the first user data.
Step 130: and matching the first user data with pre-stored standard user data, and controlling the vehicle door to be opened or closed when the first user data is matched with the standard user data.
After the vehicle analyzes the real-time first external environment data to obtain first user data containing first user image data and/or first user sound data, the first user data is further subjected to data matching corresponding to pre-stored standard user data, and therefore when the first user data is matched with the standard user data, a vehicle door of the vehicle is immediately controlled to be opened or closed.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the standard user data pre-stored in the vehicle is specifically used for controlling the opening or closing of the vehicle door, and the standard user data includes the second user image data or the second user sound data, or includes both the second user image data and the second user sound data.
Specifically, when first user data obtained by analyzing real-time first external environment data by the vehicle only comprises first user image data, matching the first user image data with second user image data in pre-stored standard user data, or when the first user data only comprises first user sound data, matching the first user sound data with second user sound data in pre-stored standard user data by the vehicle, or when the first user data simultaneously comprises the first user sound data and the first user sound data, correspondingly matching the first user sound data and the first user sound data with the second user image data and the second user sound data in pre-stored standard user data.
In an optional embodiment, in order to ensure the safety of the vehicle, when the vehicle matches the first user image data with the second user image data, specifically, if the vehicle user is authorized or authorized, face recognition may be performed on the first user image data in advance, so that the first user image data is further matched with the second user image data only when it is recognized that the first user image data is indeed generated by the user of the vehicle (the face in the first user image data is the same as the face data of the vehicle user); or, when the vehicle matches the first user sound data with the second user sound data, specifically, when the vehicle user is authorized, the vehicle may perform voiceprint recognition on the first user sound data in advance, so that the first user sound data is further matched with the second user sound data only when it is recognized that the first user sound data is indeed generated by the user of the vehicle (the voiceprint of the first user sound data is the same as the voiceprint of the vehicle user).
In an alternative embodiment, the step 130 of controlling the opening or closing of the vehicle door when the first user data matches the standard user data may specifically include:
step 1301: detecting whether a matching result of the first user data and the standard user data meets a preset user data matching condition, wherein the user data matching condition is that the similarity between the first user data and the standard user data is consistent or smaller than a preset error threshold;
the vehicle obtains a matching result after matching the first user data obtained by analysis with the standard user data, and the matching result indicates whether the similarity between the first user data and the standard user data is consistent or smaller than a preset error threshold. Therefore, after the vehicle obtains the matching result, it is immediately detected whether the matching result meets a preset user data matching condition, that is, whether the matching result indicates that the similarity between the first user data and the standard user data is consistent or smaller than a preset error threshold.
Specifically, after matching the first user data which is obtained by analysis and only contains the first user image data with the second user image data in the standard user data, if the obtained matching result shows that the similarity between the first user image data and the second user image data is consistent, or the similarity is smaller than a preset error threshold, the vehicle determines that the matching result meets the user data matching condition, otherwise, determines that the matching result does not meet the user data matching condition.
Or after the vehicle matches the first user data which is obtained by analysis and contains the first user image data and the first user sound data with the second user image data and the second user sound data in the standard user data, if the obtained matching result shows that the similarity between the first user image data and the second user image data is consistent, or the similarity is smaller than a preset error threshold, and the similarity between the first user sound data and the second user sound data is inconsistent and larger than the preset error threshold, the vehicle still determines that the matching result meets the user data matching condition; or if the obtained matching result shows that the similarity between the first user image data and the second user image data is inconsistent or exceeds a preset error threshold, and the similarity between the first user sound data and the second user sound data is inconsistent and is greater than the preset error threshold, the vehicle determines that the matching result does not meet the user data matching condition.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset error threshold is a maximum error value of the similarity between the first user image data and the second user image data, and a maximum error value of the similarity between the first user sound data and the second user sound data. It should be understood that the preset error threshold value may of course be set to different sizes in different possible embodiments based on different design requirements of the actual application, and the method of controlling the vehicle door according to the present invention is not limited to the specific size of the preset error threshold value.
Step 1302: and if the matching result is detected to meet the user data matching condition, determining that the first user data is matched with the standard user data, and controlling the vehicle door to be opened or closed.
When the vehicle detects that a matching result of matching the first user data with the standard user data meets a user data matching condition, the vehicle determines that the first user data is matched with the standard user data, and accordingly the vehicle immediately controls a corresponding vehicle door to open or close.
Specifically, assuming that the user is located near the tailgate of the vehicle at this time, after the vehicle performs data acquisition, analysis, and matching through the above processes, it is determined that a matching result of matching the first user data with the standard user data satisfies a user data matching condition, and thus when it is determined that the first user data matches with the standard user data, the vehicle immediately controls the tailgate to be opened or closed.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the vehicle controls the vehicle door to open or close, the vehicle door may be specifically controlled to open or close according to whether the current first user data matches with the standard user data is second user data for controlling the vehicle door to open or second user data for controlling the vehicle door to close, for example, when the vehicle determines that the first user data specifically matches with the second user data for controlling the vehicle door to open in the standard user data, the vehicle controls the vehicle door to open, or when the vehicle determines that the first user data matches with the second user data for controlling the vehicle door to close in the standard user data, the vehicle controls the vehicle door to close.
In addition, when the vehicle controls the door to open or close, the door may be further controlled to open or close according to a real-time state of the door when it is determined that the first user data matches the standard user data, for example, when it is determined that the first user data matches the standard user data, the real-time state of the door is: when the vehicle door is closed, the vehicle controls the vehicle door to be opened, or when the vehicle determines that the first user data is matched with the standard user data, the real-time state of the vehicle door is as follows: when the door is opened, the vehicle controls the door to close.
In an optional implementation manner, when the vehicle detects that a matching result of matching the first user data with the standard user data does not satisfy the user data matching condition, and thus it is determined that the first user data is not matched with the standard user data, the vehicle does not perform any control operation on the vehicle door at this time, and correspondingly outputs a preset prompting message for prompting the user that the vehicle door fails to be opened or closed.
In the embodiment, when the vehicle detects a key matched with the vehicle through a radio frequency technology, an NFC technology and/or a Bluetooth technology, the vehicle starts to acquire first external environment data when the current time is within a preset range of a vehicle body; after acquiring real-time first external environment data, the vehicle immediately analyzes and processes the first external environment data so as to analyze and acquire first user data at least comprising first user image data or first user sound data or simultaneously comprising the first user image data and the first user sound data from the first external environment data; after the vehicle analyzes the real-time first external environment data to obtain first user data containing first user image data and/or first user sound data, the first user data is further subjected to data matching corresponding to pre-stored standard user data, and therefore when the first user data is matched with the standard user data, a door of the vehicle is immediately controlled to be opened or closed.
Therefore, the control method of the vehicle door is analyzed based on the collected external environment data near the vehicle door, so that the vehicle door can be directly controlled to be opened when the user data in the external environment data is matched with the standard user data which is stored in advance and set for opening the vehicle door, the user does not need to use a hand to operate an integrated button or use a key to carry out remote control, the user does not need to sense that the legs extend into a specific position below a vehicle bumper under the condition that the two hands are occupied by heavy objects, the convenience of controlling the vehicle door to be opened or closed in the vehicle using engineering of the user is greatly improved, and the use experience of the user for the vehicle is relatively better.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention can realize intelligent opening or closing of the vehicle door based on detection of the vehicle key and collection of external environment data of the corresponding area of the vehicle door, and does not need to additionally install and rotate hardware facilities of a sensor specially used for sensing the legs and feet of a user, thereby further saving the production and manufacturing cost of the vehicle.
A second embodiment of the method is proposed based on the above first embodiment of the method for controlling a vehicle door according to the invention, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 showing a flow chart of this embodiment of the method for controlling a vehicle door according to the invention, which in this embodiment is also performed by the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling a vehicle door according to the present invention may further include:
step 310: acquiring second external environment data according to a preset mode;
the vehicle also acquires second external environment data in a preset mode before starting to detect whether the key is within a preset range of the vehicle body so as to acquire real-time first external environment data.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the preset manner includes but is not limited to: the data are collected in real time based on the external environment data collecting device, or extracted from the locally stored data, or received from the external terminal equipment.
In an optional implementation manner, the step 310 may specifically include:
step 3101: acquiring the second external environment data through an external data acquisition device arranged in a corresponding area of the vehicle door;
when the vehicle detects a user data setting instruction for setting and controlling the vehicle door to open or close, the vehicle detects and determines which door of the vehicle is closest to a user carrying a vehicle key, and therefore, the real-time second external environment data is acquired through one or more external data acquisition devices arranged in an area corresponding to a target door closest to the user.
Specifically, when the vehicle generates a user data setting instruction for setting and controlling the vehicle doors to open or close through terminal application software matched with the vehicle, the radio frequency technology, the NFC technology and/or the bluetooth technology are further used for determining a user carrying a vehicle key, which door is closest to each door of the vehicle, so that when the user is determined to be closest to the tailgate of the vehicle, the tailgate is determined to be a target door and one or more external data acquisition devices, namely an image pickup device and/or a sound acquisition device, in a region corresponding to the tailgate are called to acquire second external environment data including user data generated by the user when the user is located near the door at the current time.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in the process that the vehicle acquires the second external environment data when the user is located near the vehicle door based on the plurality of external data acquisition devices disposed in the corresponding area of the vehicle door, the same method may first detect whether the user carrying the key associated with the vehicle is located within the preset range of the vehicle body at the current time based on the radar sensor in the plurality of external data acquisition devices.
Step 3102: and taking the local storage data or the environment data transmitted by the external terminal equipment as the second external environment data.
The vehicle can collect second external environment data in real time based on an external data collecting device, and can directly use environment data containing user data generated by a user as the second external environment data in local storage data through a selection instruction triggered by the user independently; alternatively, the vehicle may receive the environment data including the user data generated by the user from the external terminal device through the connection with the external terminal device used by the user, and use the environment data as the second external environment data.
In the present embodiment, assuming that the user of the vehicle has previously collected the environment data including the user data by the external environment data collection device of the vehicle and stored the environment data locally, the vehicle may use data selected directly among the locally stored data by the user as the second external environment data. Alternatively, the vehicle may directly use the environmental data including the user data as the second external environmental data after the user of the vehicle collects the environmental data through the external terminal device connected to the vehicle and transmits the environmental data to the vehicle.
In addition, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, step 3101 and step 3102 may be executed synchronously or asynchronously or only any one of the steps may be executed.
Step 320: analyzing the second external environment data to obtain second user data;
step 330: storing the second user data and setting the second user data as standard user data for controlling opening or closing of the vehicle door; wherein the second user data comprises: second user image data and/or second user sound data.
After the vehicle acquires the second external environment data, the vehicle immediately analyzes and processes the second external environment data to obtain second user data including second user image data and/or second user sound data generated by a user, and then the vehicle correspondingly stores the second user data and sets the second user data as standard user data for controlling opening or closing of a vehicle door.
