The calibration device is provided with a first calibration area and a second calibration area which are symmetrical to each other, the first calibration area is provided with an L-shaped handle, a calibration block is arranged at the first end of the L-shaped handle, a handheld ring is arranged at the second end of the L-shaped handle, the L-shaped handle is provided with an anti-falling connecting rod, and the anti-falling connecting rod of the first calibration area and the anti-falling connecting rod of the second calibration area are fixed through a positioning pin; the upper step base plate adjusting part is provided with an L-shaped fixed frame, a driving hydraulic cylinder and a moving frame which are arranged on the rolling mill, and a calibration device is arranged between the driving hydraulic cylinder and the moving frame; the step pad position is calibrated, the problems of difficult calibration, long time, inaccuracy and the like of the step pad position on the hot rolling finishing mill group are effectively solved, the calibration precision can reach within 1mm, and the problems that the roll changing time is prolonged and the production is influenced due to inaccurate calibration of the step pad position are reduced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of positioning of step pad positions, and particularly relates to a device and a method for calibrating a step pad position on a rolling mill.
Background
The screw-down system of the finishing mill unit of the hot rolling line F1-F7 mainly comprises an upper step cushion plate, an HGC hydraulic cylinder 15, an upper supporting roller, a lower supporting roller, an upper working roller and a lower working roller, wherein the supporting roller and the working roller are periodically ground off and then used on the machine, and in order to compensate the change that the roller diameter is gradually reduced by multiple times of grinding, each mill is provided with an upper step cushion plate thickness adjusting device.
The upper step pad thickness adjusting device is composed of a driving hydraulic cylinder 6 with a displacement sensor, an L-shaped fixed frame 3, a moving frame 7, step pad plates (8-10) and the like, as shown in figure 1. Because the sizes such as the width (179mm) of the step base plate, the center distance (180mm) of the adjacent step base plates, the distance (183mm) between the first-stage step base plate 8 and the upper lug plate 14 of the movable frame, the width (170mm) of the lugs of the HGC hydraulic cylinder 15 are basically close, and the relative height difference exists in the vertical direction, before each station is positioned, the HGC hydraulic cylinder 15 needs to move up and down, the movable frame 7 needs to move horizontally, if the horizontal positioning of each station is not accurate, the lugs of the HGC hydraulic cylinder 15 can interfere with the lug plates 14 of the movable frame and the step base plates (8-10), thereby causing the difficulty of roll replacement and prolonging the roll replacement, and influencing the production.
Therefore, in order to ensure the positional accuracy of the 5 stations, it is necessary to periodically perform positional calibration of the step pad device, particularly after maintenance and replacement of the drive hydraulic cylinder 6, the displacement sensor, the step pad, and the like. However, the position space of the step pad device in the rolling mill is narrow, the position size of the step pad device cannot be effectively observed and accurately measured, and time and labor are wasted and the step pad device cannot be accurately measured at one time in conventional calibration and verification.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a calibration device for the position of a step pad on a rolling mill comprises an upper step base plate adjusting part and a calibration part, wherein the calibration part is provided with a first calibration area and a second calibration area which are symmetrical to each other, the first calibration area is provided with an L-shaped handle, a calibration block is arranged at the first end of the L-shaped handle, a handheld ring is arranged at the second end of the L-shaped handle, the L-shaped handle is provided with an anti-falling connecting rod, and the anti-falling connecting rod of the first calibration area and the anti-falling connecting rod of the second calibration area are fixed through a positioning pin; the adjusting part of the upper step base plate is provided with an L-shaped fixed frame arranged on the mill housing, the driving hydraulic cylinder and the movable frame are arranged on the L-shaped fixed frame, and a marking part is arranged between the inner side of the fixed frame and the movable frame.

2) on the transmission side ladder platform of the rolling mill, a calibration block is placed on the inner side of an L-shaped fixed frame and is close to the end part, and a positioning pin is inserted in the middle position of an anti-falling connecting rod;
3) adjusting an upper step base plate adjusting part to enable the second working position to be in a working position, driving an HGC hydraulic cylinder to rise to a high position by an upper supporting roller, driving the hydraulic cylinder to slowly drive the moving frame to enable the first working position to be in the working position, and enabling the outer side of the end part of the moving frame to be just close to the calibration block, so that no gap is formed among the outer side of the end part of the moving frame, the calibration block and the inner side of the end part of the L-shaped fixed frame;
4) calibrating the displacement of the displacement sensor of the driving hydraulic cylinder, and calibrating the displacement of the first working position in the control system;
5) operating the step pad to enable the second working position to be in the working position, stopping the power source and hanging the brand, disassembling the positioning pin at the middle position of the anti-falling connecting rod of the calibration block, and removing the calibration block.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the device and the method for calibrating the position of the step pad on the rolling mill directly calibrate the position of the step pad, effectively solve the problems of difficult calibration, long time, inaccuracy and the like of the position of the step pad on a hot rolling finishing mill group, and the calibration precision can reach within 1mm so as to reduce the influence on production caused by prolonging the roll changing time due to inaccurate calibration of the position of the step pad; the existing calibration can also be effectively verified.

4) calibrating the displacement of the displacement sensor of the driving hydraulic cylinder, and calibrating the displacement of the first working position in the control system;
5) operating the step pad to enable the second working position to be in the working position, stopping the power source and hanging the brand, disassembling the positioning pin at the middle position of the anti-falling connecting rod of the calibration block, and removing the calibration block.
(6) An operator completes the operation flow of one-time work roll changing and rolling mill calibration according to the work roll changing flow, and the calibration accuracy is verified;
(7) during the calibration period, the safety operation rules need to be strictly executed, the procedures of related medium power sources and operation tickets are handled, and the operation safety during the calibration period is ensured.
