Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flat-rolling mills, in particular to a fixed flat-rolling mill train.
Background
The vertical rolling mill is classified into a C-type stand rotation type and a fixed type stand according to a structural type of a stand of a fixed rolling mill body. The C-shaped frame rotary type vertical rolling mill has earlier appearance, and the main principle is that a rolling mill body rotates on a C-shaped frame for 90 degrees to realize the switching between a horizontal state and a vertical state. The rolling mill train is characterized in that a set of main motor is adopted for driving, and the main motor is distributed and output to the mill rolls of a flat rolling mill or a vertical rolling mill through a gear box, a clutch and other devices, and the problems of inconvenient installation and maintenance are caused by complex transmission structure and high equipment processing and installation requirement precision.
The structure of the fixed frame type vertical rolling mill is that the horizontal rolling mill and the vertical rolling mill are arranged on the same fixed frame, the rolling mill body is not turned over, the structure is simplified compared with a C-shaped frame rotary vertical rolling mill, and the fixed frame type vertical rolling mill has the characteristic of low installation and manufacturing precision requirements. Because the flat vertical rolling mill shares a set of fixed frame, the flat rolling mill is arranged below the vertical rolling speed reducer platform, and can not be directly hoisted by a crown block to move in and out of the station, and because the traversing stroke is large, a special traversing device is required to be equipped to move the flat rolling mill to a proper position for roll changing of the flat rolling mill.
However, the existing fixed frame type horizontal vertical rolling mill technology does not realize that a horizontal rolling mill and a vertical rolling mill are replaced by a set of roll replacing device, and a special horizontal traversing mechanism is required to be arranged for roll replacement of the horizontal rolling mill. The horizontal traversing device has a complex structure, the transmission of the horizontal rolling mill and the transmission of the vertical rolling mill have different structural dimensions, and key components such as a rolling mill moving base, a spindle bracket, a universal spindle, a spindle hydraulic cylinder and the like cannot be exchanged and used in a horizontal vertical rolling system, so that spare parts are inconvenient to manage, overhaul and maintain.
In the existing patent technology, a vertical rolling roll changing trolley and a transverse moving device are adopted for a vertical rolling mill body and a flat rolling mill body. In patent CN110090863a, the "horizontal rolling mill system is mounted on the base of the gear box", and the gear box, universal joint shaft and rolling mill are integrally moved during hole-changing of the horizontal rolling mill ", and its technical method is to adopt two-section universal joint shaft to increase the traversing stroke and realize the moving out of the horizontal rolling mill. In the CN212190606U, a roll changing trolley is provided for roll changing of the vertical rolling mill, "the vertical rolling mill is transported to the vertical rolling mill stand for installation and use by the roll changing trolley", the horizontal rolling mill is moved and changed by the horizontal rolling mill through a first transmission device to provide power for the horizontal rolling mill, and a horizontal traversing cylinder in a first hydraulic cylinder is installed on the side of the horizontal rolling mill stand opposite to the roll changing trolley to realize the removal and the change of the horizontal rolling mill, so that the roll changing of the horizontal rolling mill and the vertical rolling mill cannot be realized by a set of roll changing trolley.

Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides a fixed type horizontal and vertical rolling mill train, which can meet the rolling process of horizontal rolling and vertical rolling and realize the rapid conversion of the horizontal rolling and the vertical rolling, wherein the horizontal rolling and the vertical rolling adopt independent transmission systems, the mechanism is simple and reliable, the overhaul and the maintenance are convenient, the roll changing device can rapidly move in and out of a rolling mill body and a movable base, the requirement of rapid roll changing operation of the horizontal rolling and the vertical rolling is met, the roll changing efficiency is high, in the horizontal rolling and vertical rolling transmission systems, the rolling mill body, the movable base, a universal spindle, a spindle bracket and a spindle hydraulic cylinder are all interchangeable and universal due to the main structural dimensions, the spare part specification is reduced, and the spare part management is convenient.
2. Technical proposal
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

the upper part of the rolling mill platform is provided with a vertical rolling main motor, the output end of the vertical rolling main motor is connected with a vertical rolling speed reducer through a vertical rolling motor coupler, the bottom of the vertical rolling speed reducer is connected with a vertical rolling universal joint, the bottom of the vertical rolling universal joint is provided with a vertical rolling joint bracket, the upper part of the vertical rolling joint bracket is hinged with a vertical rolling universal joint trunnion, and the lower part of the vertical rolling joint bracket is connected with a movable base;
the flat rolling transmission system comprises a rolling mill body, a movable base, a flat rolling universal joint, a flat rolling joint bracket, a flat rolling speed reducer, a flat rolling motor coupler and a flat rolling main motor;
the output end of the flat rolling main motor is connected with a flat rolling speed reducer through a flat rolling motor coupler, the output end of the flat rolling speed reducer is connected with a flat rolling universal joint shaft, a flat rolling joint shaft bracket is arranged on the shaft body of the flat rolling universal joint shaft, the flat rolling joint shaft bracket is hinged with the flat rolling universal joint shaft trunnion, and the lower part of the flat rolling joint shaft bracket is hinged with the movable base;
the rolling mill comprises a rolling mill body, a movable base, a fixed frame device, a trolley track, a vertical rolling base surface and a horizontal rolling base surface, wherein the rolling mill body is arranged on the movable base;
the inner side of the fixed frame device is provided with a roll changing device, the roll changing device consists of a trolley, a roll changing hydraulic cylinder and a bolt mechanism, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the equipment foundation, a piston rod of the roll changing hydraulic cylinder is connected with the bolt mechanism, the front end of the bolt mechanism is connected with the trolley, and the roll changing hydraulic cylinder drives the bolt mechanism and the trolley to walk along a trolley track on the fixed frame device; the surface of the bolt mechanism is provided with a roll-changing bolt cylinder and a plunger rod, the roll-changing bolt cylinder drives the plunger rod to extend and retract, and when the plunger rod extends, the plunger rod is in pin joint with a pin hole II on the movable base.

Further, the flat rolling universal joint and the vertical rolling universal joint are telescopic universal joints, a bolt cylinder and a shaft hole are arranged at the lower part of a bracket of the vertical rolling universal joint, and the bracket of the vertical rolling universal joint is hinged with a pin hole I on the movable base through the bolt cylinder and is hinged with a hydraulic cylinder of the vertical rolling universal joint through the shaft hole;
the lower part of the flat rolling connecting shaft bracket is also provided with a bolt cylinder and a shaft hole, and the bolt cylinder is hinged with the first pin hole on the movable base through the bolt cylinder and is hinged with the flat rolling connecting shaft hydraulic cylinder through the shaft hole.
Further, when the vertical rolling transmission system works, the rolling mill body is horizontally arranged on the vertical rolling base surface of the fixed frame device through the movable base and can slide on the vertical rolling base surface, and the vertical rolling joint shaft bracket is arranged on the vertical rolling base surface of the fixed frame device. When the rolling mill body and the movable base are required to move, the locking cylinder on the surface of the vertical rolling base is retracted, the movable base is loosened, the vertical rolling joint shaft hydraulic cylinder acts, the vertical rolling joint shaft bracket is driven to move along the action direction of the hydraulic cylinder together with the movable base and the rolling mill body on the surface of the vertical rolling base, the horizontal rolling joint shaft hydraulic cylinder is retracted in the vertical rolling working state, the horizontal rolling joint shaft bracket moves towards the side of the horizontal rolling speed reducer, and the horizontal rolling universal joint shaft is retracted to avoid the movable base in the vertical rolling state.
Further, when the flat rolling transmission system works, the rolling mill body is horizontally arranged on the flat rolling base surface of the fixed frame device through the movable base and can slide on the flat rolling base surface, the flat rolling spindle bracket is arranged on the flat rolling base surface of the fixed frame device, when the rolling mill body and the movable base need to move, the locking cylinder on the flat rolling base surface is retracted, the movable base is loosened, the flat rolling spindle bracket is driven to move along the action direction of the hydraulic cylinder together with the movable base and the rolling mill body on the flat rolling base surface, in the horizontal rolling working state, the vertical rolling spindle bracket is retracted, the vertical rolling spindle bracket is moved upwards, the vertical rolling universal spindle is retracted to avoid the rolling mill body in the horizontal state, and when the vertical rolling or horizontal rolling works, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder is required to be retracted, and the trolley is far away from the rolling center line.
Further, when the vertical rolling is used for roll replacement, the working steps of moving the rolling mill body and the movable base out of the mill train are as follows: the first step, a roll changing hydraulic cylinder stretches out to move a trolley of a roll changing device to a rolling center line; secondly, the locking cylinder loosens the movable base, the vertical rolling connecting shaft hydraulic cylinder drives the movable base and the rolling mill body, and the rolling mill body is placed on the trolley; thirdly, a bolt cylinder of the vertical rolling spindle bracket is disconnected and connected with a first pin hole on the movable base, a hydraulic cylinder of the vertical rolling spindle is retracted, the vertical rolling spindle bracket is lifted, and the vertical rolling universal spindle is disconnected from the rolling mill body; and fourthly, retracting the roll changing hydraulic cylinder, transporting the rolling mill body and the movable base carried above the rolling mill body and the movable base away from the rolling line by the trolley, and then adjusting away by an overhead travelling crane in a workshop, otherwise, replacing the rolling mill body and the movable base, and moving the rolling mill body and the movable base into the train.
Further, when the flat rolling roll is replaced, the working steps of moving the rolling mill body and the movable base out of the mill train are as follows: the first step, a locking cylinder loosens a movable base, a flat rolling connecting shaft hydraulic cylinder retracts, and the movable base and a rolling mill body are driven to move to the limit position of a transmission side; the second step, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder stretches out, the trolley of the roll changing device moves to the rolling center line, and at the moment, the center of the plunger rod on the bolt mechanism coincides with the center of the pin hole on the movable base; thirdly, a roll changing bolt cylinder in the roll changing device acts, and a plunger rod extends out to be in pin joint with the pin hole II; fourth, the roller changing hydraulic cylinder drives the trolley, the trolley is connected with the movable base and the rolling mill body in a pin mode to slide on the surface of the flat rolling base, the rolling line is transported away, then the movable base and the rolling mill body are regulated away by the crown block in the workshop, otherwise, the rolling mill body and the movable base are replaced, and the working steps of moving into the mill train are the reverse steps.

The rolling mill body 1 is installed on the movable base 2, a fixed frame device 5 is arranged at the bottom of the movable base 2, the rolling mill body 1 and the movable base 2 are installed on the fixed frame device 5, and the rolling mill body and the movable base 2 can be horizontally installed or vertically installed on the fixed frame device 5 according to the rolling process.
The fixed frame device 5 comprises a vertical rolling base surface 52 and a flat rolling base surface 55, wherein a vertical rolling joint shaft hydraulic cylinder 51 is hinged on the inner side of the vertical rolling base surface 52, a flat rolling joint shaft hydraulic cylinder 54 is hinged on the inner side of the flat rolling base surface 55, locking cylinders 53 are arranged on the surface of the vertical rolling base surface 52 and the flat rolling base surface 55 at intervals, the locking cylinders 53 are arranged and fixed on the fixed frame device 5 and used for locking and loosening the movable base 2, when the locking cylinders 53 retract, the movable base 2 can slide on the vertical rolling base surface 52 or the flat rolling base surface 55, when the locking cylinders 53 extend, the movable base 2 cannot slide on the flat rolling base surface 55 or the vertical rolling base surface 52, trolley tracks 56 are arranged on the inner side of the flat rolling base surface 55, and avoidance grooves 57 are formed at the junction of the vertical rolling base surface 52 and the flat rolling base surface 55; to avoid interference of the moving base 2 with the fixed frame means 5 when moving on the edgewise base surface 52 and the flatwise base surface 55 of the fixed frame means 5.
The inner side of the fixed frame device 5 is provided with a roll changing device 15, the roll changing device 15 consists of a trolley 151, a roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 and a bolt mechanism 153, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 is fixedly arranged on the equipment foundation 16, a piston rod of the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 is connected with the bolt mechanism 153, the front end of the bolt mechanism 153 is connected with the trolley 151, and the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 drives the bolt mechanism 153 and the trolley 151 to walk along a trolley track 56 on the fixed frame device 5; the surface of the bolt mechanism 153 is provided with a roll changing bolt cylinder 154 and a plunger rod 155, the roll changing bolt cylinder 154 drives the plunger rod 155 to extend and retract, when the plunger rod 155 extends, the roll changing bolt cylinder is in pin connection with a pin hole II 22 on the movable base 2, when vertical rolling and horizontal rolling work, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 must retract, and the trolley 151 is far away from the rolling center line.
The lower part of the movable base 2 is provided with a movable bottom plate 23, the transmission side of the movable base 2 is provided with a first connecting seat, the first connecting seat is provided with a first pin hole 21, the flat rolling connecting shaft bracket 11 and the vertical rolling connecting shaft bracket 3 are hinged with the movable base 2 through the first pin hole 21, the operation side of the movable base 2 is provided with a second connecting seat, the second connecting seat is provided with a second pin hole 22, and the roll changing device 15 is in pin joint with the second pin hole 22 of the movable base 2.
The flat rolling speed reducer 12 and the flat rolling main motor 14 and the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 are respectively installed and fixed on the equipment foundation 16.
An overhaul crane 17 is arranged at the lower part of the rolling mill platform 9 and is used for moving the flat rolling speed reducer 12 in and out from the lower part of the rolling mill platform during overhaul.
The flat rolling universal joint 10 and the vertical rolling universal joint 4 are telescopic universal joints, the lower part of the vertical rolling joint bracket 3 is provided with a bolt cylinder 31 and a shaft hole 32, the vertical rolling joint bracket 3 is hinged with a first pin hole 21 on the movable base 2 through the bolt cylinder 31, and is hinged with a vertical rolling joint hydraulic cylinder 51 through the shaft hole 32;
the lower part of the flat rolling joint shaft bracket 11 is also provided with a bolt cylinder 31 and a shaft hole 32, and is hinged with a first pin hole 21 on the movable base 2 through the bolt cylinder 31 and is hinged with a flat rolling joint shaft hydraulic cylinder 54 through the shaft hole 32.
When the vertical rolling transmission system works, the rolling mill body 1 is horizontally arranged on the vertical rolling base surface 52 of the fixed frame device 5 through the movable base 2 and can slide on the vertical rolling base surface 52, the vertical rolling spindle bracket 3 is arranged on the vertical rolling base surface 52 of the fixed frame device 5, when the rolling mill body 1 and the movable base 2 need to move, the locking cylinder 53 on the vertical rolling base surface 52 retracts, the movable base 2 is loosened, the vertical rolling spindle hydraulic cylinder 51 acts, the vertical rolling spindle bracket 3, the movable base 2 and the rolling mill body 1 are driven to move on the vertical rolling base surface 52 along the action direction of the hydraulic cylinder, the horizontal rolling spindle hydraulic cylinder 54 retracts under the vertical rolling working state, the horizontal rolling spindle bracket 11 moves towards the horizontal rolling speed reducer 12 side, and the horizontal rolling universal spindle 10 retracts to avoid the movable base 2 under the vertical rolling state.
When the flat rolling transmission system works, the rolling mill body 1 is horizontally arranged on the flat rolling base surface 55 of the fixed frame device 5 through the movable base 2 and can slide on the flat rolling base surface 55, the flat rolling spindle bracket 11 is arranged on the flat rolling base surface 55 of the fixed frame device 5, when the rolling mill body 1 and the movable base 2 need to move, the locking cylinder 53 on the flat rolling base surface 55 is retracted, the movable base 2 is loosened, the flat rolling spindle bracket 11, together with the movable base 2 and the rolling mill body 1, is driven to move along the action direction of the hydraulic cylinder on the flat rolling base surface 55, the vertical rolling spindle bracket 3 is retracted, the vertical rolling spindle bracket 3 is moved upwards, the vertical rolling universal spindle 4 is retracted to avoid the rolling mill body 1 in the horizontal state, and when the vertical rolling or the horizontal rolling works, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 is required to be retracted, and the trolley 151 is far away from the rolling center line.
When the vertical rolling is changed, the working steps of moving the rolling mill body 1 and the movable base 2 out of the mill train are as follows: the first step, a roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 stretches out to move a trolley 151 of the roll changing device 15 to a rolling center line; secondly, the locking cylinder 53 releases the movable base 2, and the vertical rolling joint shaft hydraulic cylinder 51 drives the movable base 2 and the rolling mill body 1 to place the rolling mill body 1 on the trolley 151; thirdly, a bolt cylinder 31 for disconnecting the vertical rolling spindle bracket 3 is connected with a first pin hole 21 on the movable base 2, a vertical rolling spindle hydraulic cylinder 51 is retracted, the vertical rolling spindle bracket 3 is lifted, and the vertical rolling universal spindle 4 is disconnected with the rolling mill body 1; fourth, the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152 is retracted, the trolley 151 carries the rolling mill body 1 and the movable base 2 carried above the rolling mill body away from the rolling line, and then the rolling mill body 1 and the movable base 2 are replaced by an overhead crane in a workshop, and the working steps of moving into the mill train are the reverse steps.

The roll changing operation in the vertical rolling and flat rolling states can be realized through the roll changing device 15, when the vertical rolling is used for changing the rolls, the trolley 151 moves the rolling mill body 1 and the movable base 2 which are borne above the trolley into and out of the rolling line, when the flat rolling is used for changing the rolls, the roll changing bolt cylinder 154 in the roll changing device 15 acts, the plunger rod 155 stretches out to be in pin connection with the pin hole II 22, the trolley 151 is driven by the roll changing hydraulic cylinder 152, and the trolley 151 pin-connected movable base 2 and the rolling mill body 1 slide on the flat rolling base surface 55 to move into and out of the rolling line.
