The fifth fixing column 176 moves forwards, the fifth fixing column 176 drives the second speed reducing motor 177 to move forwards, the fifth rotating shaft 174, the scraping cylinder 175 and the fixing plate 173 are driven to move forwards, the distance between the scraping cylinder 175 and the coating roller 138 is shortened, then the second contact switch 171 is pressed, the control module controls the second speed reducing motor 177 to be started, the output shaft of the second speed reducing motor 177 rotates to drive the fifth rotating shaft 174 to rotate, the scraping cylinder 175 is driven to rotate, the scraping cylinder 175 scrapes off more silicone oil on the coating roller 138, so that the amount of the silicone oil on the coating roller 138 is consistent, the purpose that the coating roller 138 can uniformly coat a proper amount of silicone oil on the PET release film is achieved, after the PET release film is completely loaded, the second contact switch 171 is pressed again, the control module controls the second speed reducing motor 177 to be turned off, then the fifth fixing column 176 moves backwards, the fifth fixing column 176 drives the second speed reducing motor 177 to move backwards to reset, thereby driving the fifth rotating shaft 174, the scraping cylinder 175 and the fixing plate 173 to move backward for resetting.

Referring to fig. 2, 18 and 19, the PET release film manufacturing device further comprises a control box 2, the control box 2 is fixedly connected to the middle of the rear side of the main frame body 1 through bolts, a storage battery, a power supply module and a control module are installed in the control box 2, the storage battery supplies power to the silicone oil coating equipment for manufacturing the whole PET release film, the output end of the storage battery is electrically connected with the power supply module, the power supply module is connected with a power supply main switch through a circuit, and the power supply module is electrically connected with the control module; the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; the distance sensor 1512, the temperature sensor 181, the speed sensor 161, the first contact switch 3 and the second contact switch 171 are electrically connected with the control module; the electric push rod 152, the first speed reducing motor 5, the second speed reducing motor 177, the third speed reducing motor 185 and the hot air blower 165 are all connected with the control module through the relay control module.
