As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, a support frame 19 is fixedly connected to the left side of the outer surface of the fixing base 181 adjacent to the water outlet 9, and a baffle 20 is fixedly mounted at the middle position of the lower surface of the support frame 19.
During operation, when sewage rises, the baffle 20 connected with the fixing base 181 through the support frame 19 moves upwards, the baffle 20 can block the water inlet 7, and therefore sewage cannot be conveyed to the inside of the first box body 1 through the water inlet 7 continuously, and further sewage rising is avoided.

When the water level in the first box body 1 is lowered, the fixed seat 181 and the floating ball 183 are lowered, the first magnet 184 is far away from the second magnet 187, the sealing block 186 does not block the through groove 12 any more, however, the sealing block 186 is close to the filter cloth 11, when the filter cloth 11 moves, the sealing block 186 scrapes off waste residues on the surface of the filter cloth 11, so that the cleaning efficiency of the scraper 16 on the filter cloth 11 is influenced, and the waste residues scraped off by the sealing block 186 fall into the first box body 1 and cannot be discharged, by arranging the elastic mechanism 21, in the process that the second magnet 187 pushes the sealing block 186 to move by repulsive force, the connecting plate 211 fixedly connected with the sealing block 186 moves, the spring 213 fixedly connected with the connecting plate 211 is stretched, when the first magnet 184 is far away from the second magnet 187, the second magnet 187 does not receive repulsive force any more, the spring 213 resets, so as to pull the connecting plate 211 and the sealing block 186 fixedly connected with the connecting plate 211 to reset, so that the sealing block 186 is far away from the filter cloth 11, and the waste residue on the surface of the filter cloth 11 is prevented from being scraped off by the sealing block 186.
