the spraying assembly (6) comprises a second hollow pipe (63), a pressing pump (62) and an atomizing spray head (61), the second hollow pipe (63) is arranged in an ear canal, one end of the second hollow pipe (63) is open, the opening direction faces to a mask, one end of the pressing pump (62) is in threaded connection with the opening of the second hollow pipe (63), the other end of the pressing pump is in through connection with one end of the atomizing spray head (61), a spray opening of the atomizing spray head (61) extends into the body, and liquid is filled in the second hollow pipe (63);

A method of using a mask according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising: the body of the mask is worn to the mouth and nose positions of the face of a user through the ear bands, a switch of the fan assembly (5) is pressed before or after the mask is worn, the fan assembly (5) works, and when the fan assemblies (5) are one, air is blown towards the outer side of the mask; when more than one fan assembly (5) is arranged, the fan assemblies (5) are divided into two groups, one group blows air towards the outer side of the mask, the other group blows air towards the inner side of the mask, and the amount of the fan assemblies (5) blowing air towards the outer side of the mask is larger than or equal to the amount of the fan assemblies blowing air towards the inner side of the mask;
