Description

Bottle cap with straw and with anti-reflux function
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bottle cap with a straw and with a backflow prevention function, in particular to a bottle cap with a straw and with a backflow prevention disc, which is characterized in that: the anti-reflux disc is arranged at the opening part at the upper side of the bottle, so that the phenomenon of reflux caused by the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the bottle and the air pressure difference can be prevented when the nipple and the suction nozzle of the milk bottle or the beverage bottle are screwed by the screwing body.
Background
Generally, when a child sucks milk and beverage in a container through a nipple and a spout in a state where the bottle is tilted, the inner lower portion of the container becomes a vacuum state. In order to maintain the space in a vacuum state in an air pressure state, a vent hole is provided at one side of the nipple and the mouthpiece so that air outside the container flows into the vacuum space.
In this way, the feeding bottle and the straw bottle equipped with the vent hole or the ventilation device can prevent the infant from sucking out the milk and the beverage in the container too hard, so that the intake is easy, and the prevalence rate of the infant possibly suffering from otitis media when the milk and the beverage are taken is reduced.
In addition, in order to maintain the air pressure in the vacuum space formed during feeding, the conventional nursing bottle and the conventional straw bottle cause air bubbles to be generated by allowing air to flow into the bottle through the nipple and the spout, and thus, an infant excessively takes residual air in the nipple and the spout, thereby causing abdominal pain.
Moreover, a family that nurses a baby usually uses about 4 to 6 feeding bottles and straw bottles at the same time, and at this time, if the number of components constituting the feeding bottles and the straw bottles is large, a plurality of components need to be disassembled when the feeding bottles and the straw bottles are cleaned, which is not only very cumbersome, but also easily lost due to small size and large number of components when the components are disassembled.
As a conventional art related thereto, korean registered patent No. 10-0591535 (2006, 6/13) discloses an air vent for a baby bottle.
As shown in fig. 1, the above conventional art discloses a feeding bottle, which is characterized in that: a nipple 4 having a discharge hole at an upper opening 2 of a baby bottle container 1, an upper disk 8 having a content discharge hole 10, and a lower disk 9 having a vent part 13 are coupled to a screw cap 5, the lower disk 9 forms a vent pipe 14 communicating with the vent part 13, the vent pipe 14 is telescopically inserted into a length-adjustable air duct 16, and a lower end of the air duct 16 is provided with a known air valve device (A).
Namely, the air duct 16 is further provided, so that the air duct can be combined with feeding bottles of various specifications.
However, in the above conventional technique, since the ventilation means such as the upper disc 8, the lower disc 9, and the screw cap 5 are attached with a plurality of parts, it is necessary to prepare the parts at high manufacturing cost. Further, since the conventional products are composed of a plurality of parts, even if a plurality of feeding bottles are provided with parts or the parts are reduced, the number of parts is large, which makes the cleaning difficult.
In the conventional technology, the upper disk 8 and the lower disk 9 are fixed to the upper opening 2 of the baby bottle container 1 by tightening the cap 5. At this time, a gap is formed between the upper disk 8, the lower disk 9 and the upper opening 2 of the baby bottle container 1, and therefore, when the main body is laid down on its side, milk and drink leak out through the gap.
In particular, when infants use baby bottles and baby bottles, there are many times when they lie down to ingest milk and beverages in the containers. Therefore, if milk and drink are leaked to the outside through the gaps between the upper plate 8, the lower plate 9 and the upper opening 2 of the baby bottle container 1 when the baby bottle container 1 is laid down on its side, it causes great inconvenience to the infant and the parent who use it.

First embodiment
Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the structure of a bottle cap with a straw according to a first embodiment of the present invention having a reverse flow preventing function, fig. 3 is a sectional view of the bottle cap with a straw shown in fig. 1, and fig. 4 is a sectional view of the bottle cap with a straw shown in fig. 1 in a screw-on state. In this case, the bottle cap with straw shown in fig. 2 is formed according to an embodiment, and the components thereof are not limited to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and some components may be added, changed or removed as needed.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the bottle cap with straw having a reverse flow prevention function according to the first embodiment of the present invention is composed of a bottle body 10, a reverse flow prevention fluid 20, a top 30 and a top screw 40.
The bottle body 10 may have an upper opening portion having a receiving space for receiving milk and beverage.
The check fluid 20 may include: a support part 21 extending outward from the inner periphery along one side and having a chuck, wherein the outer side part of the bottom surface of the chuck is clamped by the upper opening part of the bottle body 10; an insertion wall 21a extending downward from an inner end of the support 21 and inserted into an inner peripheral edge of the bottle body 10; a sealing wall 22 extending upward from an inner end of the support portion 21 and abutting an inner peripheral edge of the top portion 30; a central through hole portion 23 extending inward from one side of the inner periphery of the sealing wall 22, the central through hole portion being formed with a delivery hole 23a for delivering milk and beverage; a straw connecting tube 24 extending downward from the delivery hole 23 a; and a first sealing part 25 which is positioned on the bottom surface of the support part 21 and which abuts the bottom surface of the bottle body 10 with the upper end of the upper opening inserted into the lower bottom surface. In this case, the first sealing portion 25 is made of PP or PE, and may be formed on the bottom surface of the holder of the support portion 21 by double injection molding.
The top 30 may be provided with: a second sealing part 31 inserted into the upper front ends of the bottle body 10 and the sealing wall 22; a tightening body recessed portion 32 extending upward from an inner end of the second seal portion 31; a central inclined portion 33 obliquely extending from an upper end portion of the tightening body recessed portion 32 toward an upper center; a penetrating pipe 34 having a lower bottom surface located at a predetermined distance (about 2mm to 3mm) above the central through hole portion 23 and longitudinally penetrating through the center of the inner side of the central inclined portion 33.
Fig. 5(a) and (b) illustrate an embodiment of a top structure of a bottle cap with a straw according to the present invention having a reverse flow prevention function. In the top 30, the penetration pipe 34 may have a nipple shape as shown in fig. 5(a), or may have a mouthpiece shape as shown in fig. 5 (b).
Also, the top 30 may further include: a venting end 31a recessed toward a lower portion above the second sealing portion 31 to facilitate venting when the top tightening body 40 is tightened; and a tightening body catching end 32a recessed inside the tightening body recess 32 such that an upper inside end portion of the top tightening body 40 is recessed and caught.
Also, the top 30 may further include: a milk delivery cut-out portion (not shown) cut in a cross shape to deliver milk and beverage to an upper portion of the penetration pipe 34; a removable top cover (not shown) combined with the outer circumferential edge of the bottle body 10 to protect the outside of the top 30.
At this time, the screw body catching end 32a of the top 30 is recessed into the inner end of the top screw body 40, and thus the top 30 is also removed when the top screw body 40 is removed from the bottle body 10.
Also, the tightening body recess 32 may be provided with an outward ventilation groove 32b recessed inward so that external air is delivered to the ventilation end 31a when the top tightening body 40 is tightened. That is, the outward ventilation groove 32b is formed as a groove recessed inward so as to allow the external air to pass therethrough when the top tightening body 40 is coupled with the bottle body 10.
The bottom surface of the second sealing portion 31 may include: and a wall contact end 31b protruding downward so as to enhance a contact force when inserted into an upper front end of the sealing wall 22 of the check fluid 20. That is, the wall abutment end 31b will press the upper front end of the seal wall 22 more strongly.
Fig. 6(a) and (b) show a top-screw state of the bottle cap with straw in the first embodiment shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 6(a) and (b), when the top tightening body 40 is tightened and the penetration pipe 34 is extended, the lower bottom surface thereof is spaced apart from the upper surface of the central through-hole portion 23. That is, as the head part fastening body 40 is fastened and locked, the head part 30 is positioned in the central through hole part 23 with a certain distance in a state where the second sealing part 31 is inserted into the upper front end of the sealing wall 22, and finally, the outer bottom surface of the second sealing part 31 is pressed against the upper front end of the bottle body 10.
Also, the center of the check fluid 20 may further include: a stopper vent hole 21b forming a perforation for communicating the bottle body 10 and the venting end 31a of the top 30. Wherein the vent end 31a of the top 30 and the barrier vent hole 21b are spaced apart by a distance (about 2mm to 3mm) and are not sealed from each other. This can solve the problem that the sealing of the top 30 vent end 31a and the barrier vent hole 21b creates a vacuum space inside. That is, in order to maintain the air pressure in the vacuum space formed during feeding, air is caused to flow into the bottle body 10 through the nipple and the mouthpiece, and air bubbles are generated, so that the infant excessively takes in the air remaining in the nipple and the mouthpiece.
The check fluid 20 is made of PP material, and not only has excellent hardness and heat resistance, but also can easily make the bottom surface of the penetration pipe 34 contact the central through hole 23.
The top screw body 40 may abut against the upper surface of the second sealing part 31 to be combined with the upper outer circumferential edge of the bottle body 10, so that the top 30 abuts against and is fixed to the bottle body 10 and the upper front end of the anti-reverse fluid 20. Also, the top tightening body 40 may be screwed with the upper outer circumferential edge of the bottle body 10 by screws.
The top tightening body 40 has a tightening protrusion 41 protruding downward from the upper bottom surface thereof so as to press the upper surface of the second sealing portion 31 when the top portion 30 abuts against the upper end of the bottle body 10, thereby increasing the adhesion force of the top portion 30 to the upper end of the bottle body 10.
Second embodiment
Fig. 7 is an oblique view showing the structure of a bottle cap with a straw according to a second embodiment of the present invention having a reverse flow preventing function, fig. 8 is a sectional view of the bottle cap with a straw according to the second embodiment of fig. 7, and fig. 9 is a sectional view of the bottle cap with a straw of fig. 7 in a tightened state. In this case, the cap with straw shown in fig. 7 is formed according to an embodiment, and the components thereof are not limited to the embodiment shown in fig. 6, and some components may be added, changed or removed as needed.
The first embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that: the position of the receiving portion 21 of the anti-reflux body 20 differs when the receiving portion is inserted into the upper front end of the upper opening of the bottle body 10.
That is, in the first embodiment, the lower bottom surface of the engagement portion of the support portion 21 of the check fluid 20 is inserted into the upper end of the upper opening of the bottle body 10, whereas in the second embodiment, the lower bottom surface of the engagement portion of the support portion 21 of the check fluid 20 is inserted into the insertion end 11 protruding inward along the inner periphery of the upper opening of the bottle body 10.
When the support portion 21 of the check fluid 20 is placed at the upper end of the upper opening of the bottle body 10, as in the first embodiment, the top tightening body 40 tightens the upper portion of the bottle body 10, thereby forming a step corresponding to the thickness of the support portion 21. Due to the difference in level, the top tightening body 40 is formed short toward the inner side of the inner peripheral edge to a height corresponding to the length of the screw so as to be tightened with the screw to the outer peripheral edge of the bottle body 10.
Therefore, when the anti-reverse fluid 20 is not inserted into the straw-equipped bottle cap, the screw length of the top tightening body 40 is insufficient, so that the top tightening body 40 cannot be stably fixed to the bottle body 10.
In order to solve the above-described problems of the first embodiment, in the second embodiment, the check fluid 20 is disposed inside the inner peripheral edge of the upper opening of the bottle body 10.
The detailed description based on the above constitution is as follows: as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the bottle cap with straw having a reverse flow prevention function according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be composed of a bottle body 10, a reverse flow prevention fluid 20, a top 30 and a top screw 40.
At this time, the top portion 30 and the top tightening body 40 have the same configuration as that described in the first embodiment, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted here.
The bottle body 10 is used for containing milk and beverage, and the inner circumference of the bottle neck is provided with an insertion end 11 protruding inwards, and can be provided with a containing space for containing milk and beverage.
The check fluid 20 extends outward from the inner periphery along one side and has a chuck, and the insertion end 11 provided inside the upper opening of the bottle body 10 may include: a support part 21 for clamping the outer side part of the bottom surface of the clamping platform; an insertion wall 21a extending downward from an inner end of the support 21 and inserted into an inner peripheral edge of the bottle body 10; a sealing wall 22 extending upward from an inner end of the support portion 21 and abutting an inner peripheral edge of the ceiling portion 30; a central through hole portion 23 extending inward from one side of the inner periphery of the sealing wall 22, the central through hole portion forming a delivery hole 23a for delivering milk and beverage; a straw connecting tube 24 extending downward from the delivery hole 23 a; and a first sealing part 25 which is positioned on the bottom surface of the support part 21 and in which the insertion end 11 of the bottle body 10 is inserted into the bottom surface of the lower part and abuts.
In this case, the first sealing portion 25 is made of PP or TPE, and may be formed on the bottom surface of the support portion 21 by double injection molding.
As shown in fig. 9, the insertion end 11 may be provided inside the upper opening of the bottle body 10 at a depth equal to or greater than the thickness of the support portion 21.
The bottle cap with straw according to the present invention configured as described in the first and second embodiments has the following effects:
as shown in the drawings, the bottle cap with straw of the present invention having the reverse flow prevention function has the reverse flow prevention fluid 20 for preventing the milk and beverage contained in the bottle body 10 from flowing backward to the outside; the support portion 21 extends outward from the inner periphery of the check fluid 20 along one side and includes a locking portion for supporting the inner periphery of the neck of the bottle body 10 when the support portion is inserted, and the top portion 30 is inserted into the upper front end of the check fluid 20 and tightened by the top tightening body 40.
At this time, the penetration pipe 34 of the top part 30 is positioned on the upper surface of the central through hole part 23 of the check fluid 20 in a state where the lower bottom surface is spaced apart by a certain distance (about 2mm to 3mm) according to the tightening of the top part tightening body 40. Then, the upper front end of the bottle body 10 abuts against the second seal portion 31 of the top portion 30 and is fixed.
The support portion 21 has a first seal portion 25 on a bottom surface of the chuck table, so that when the support portion 21 is inserted into the inner circumferential edge of the neck of the bottle body 10, the upper end of the upper opening of the bottle body 10 is fixed by abutting the check fluid 20 against the first seal portion 25.
When a general nursing bottle contains hot milk in the bottle body 10, it is often the case that the milk is reversely flowed to the outside or is spouted due to the sharp sealing of the nipple. This is caused by the fact that the internal pressure is higher due to the difference between the internal temperature and the external temperature of the bottle body 10, and the milk contained inside is caused to flow backwards.
However, the top 30 of the present invention may prevent complete closure until the top tightening body 40 is fully tightened; a second seal portion 31 of the top portion 30 is inserted into and abutted against the upper end of the bottle main body 10 in a state of abutting against the check fluid 20; preventing a sharp seal until the top tightening body 40 is fully tightened; preventing a sharp sealing until the top-fastening body 40 is completely fastened, so that the air pressure inside the bottle body 10 is slowly changed to prevent the milk from being sprayed to the outside.
And, the vent end 31a of the top 30 and the barrier vent hole 21b are spaced apart by a certain distance (about 2mm to 3mm) so as not to be sealed with each other, thereby solving the problem of forming a vacuum space inside due to the sealing.
Moreover, when a baby uses a bottle or a pipette, the baby often lies down to take in milk and drink in the container. At this time, the adhesion force between the top 30 and the bottle body 10 is reduced, and a gap is formed between the upper opening 2 of the bottle container 10 and the top 30, and the milk and the beverage are leaked to the outside through the gap.
However, the anti-reverse fluid 20 of the present invention forms the first sealing portion 25 on the bottom surface of the chuck abutting against the supporting portion 21 of the bottle body 10, thereby improving the adhesion force between the top portion 30 and the bottle body 10, preventing a gap from being generated between the upper opening 2 and the top portion 30 of the bottle container 10, and preventing the milk and the beverage from leaking to the outside.
In order to prevent the inside of the bottle body 10 from being vacuumed when an infant drinks milk or beverage, the vent end 31a of the second sealing portion 31 and the stopper vent hole 21b of the check fluid 20 are communicated with each other, so that the inside of the bottle body 10 is prevented from being vacuumed, and smooth transfer of the milk or beverage is ensured. At this time, the tightening body recess 32 of the top 30 is provided with the outward ventilation groove 32b, so that the outside air can smoothly pass through even if the top tightening body 40 is tightened.
In addition, the central through hole part 23 of the anti-reflux body 20 is provided with a suction pipe guide wall 23b, which can be easily assembled and combined with the top part 30; the wall contact end 31b placed on the bottom surface of the second sealing portion 31 and the tightening protrusion 41 placed on the upper bottom surface of the top tightening body 40 are provided, so that the top 30 is more firmly pressed against the check fluid 30 and the upper front end of the bottle body 10 when the top tightening body 40 is tightened.
In addition, all documents cited by the apparatus described in the embodiment, including publications, patent applications, patents, and the like cited in the embodiment, are the same as documents individually and specifically described in an integrated manner in each cited document or documents in which the embodiment is fully described in an integrated manner, and may be integrated into the embodiment.
